The Nightcap Bar Company

you truly won’t find anyone better. He is experienced, professional, incredibly friendly, and had the most calming nature that made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I usually have a hard time letting go of control of things, but with Joc it was easy. We had multiple meetings leading up to our wedding, and not a single detail was missed. Joc had an answer for everything, and if he didn’t, he found one! On our wedding day, I placed a year of hard DIY work in his hands, and he made everything come together perfectly. He fixed details I never would have noticed and ran the day so smoothly that I didn’t have to make any decisions – I just enjoyed myself. It truly was the best day of our lives, and we owe so much of that to Joc. Do yourself a favor and hire him – it will be the best decision you make for your wedding!

on. Everything was handled promptly, with meticulous planning and organization that made the entire process stress-free. The rehearsal the day before was a game-changer. Joc led us through every detail, which helped us feel incredibly prepared and confident for the big day. His thorough preparation and guidance ensured that everyone knew exactly what to expect and what was expected of them, which made the wedding day itself run flawlessly. One of the standout aspects of working with Joc was his proactive communication with all of our vendors in advance. This not only helped the day run smoothly but also allowed us, as the bride and groom, to focus on enjoying our special day without worrying about coordinating between different parties. Throughout the weekend, Joc was always readily available for anything we needed. His attention to detail and ability to manage everything so efficiently truly exceeded our expectations. Days after the wedding, guests continued to rave about how wonderful the day was and how well-organized and thoughtfully planned everything was. It was clear that Joc played a huge role in making our celebration so memorable. Our wedding day was perfect, and I genuinely believe it wouldn’t have been the same without his expertise and support. If you’re looking for a day-of coordinator who is professional, reliable, and goes above and beyond, Joc is the one to choose!

s leading up to the night of with all the bartenders, it was better than we could have ever imagined. They were so much fun and flexible and our guests LOVED them! I would not hire anyone else for your wedding!!!

Joc’s estimates for what we’d need were clear and shockingly accurate - we barely had any alcohol leftover! The bartenders were absolutely lovely, very friendly and service was great. And of course, the drinks were delicious! They were even able to get the bar trailer into an impressive corner of my grandfather’s yard after some heavy rain, and it looked GREAT! Definitely recommend them!

t, kindness, and overwhelming support was exactly what we hoped for. Our venue was in the middle of the woods, and they were all about making it happen. Highly recommend Joc, you won't be disappointed!

bove and beyond to ensure that there were not any gaps in our service coverage for the entire day - helping to cut the cake, staffing additional bar backs to help with our buffet, etc. The shasta camper and wagon wheel bar added a fun and stylish touch to the day, and our guests are still raving about the cocktails. We highly recommend Nightcap Bar Co. to anyone looking for fun, friendly, and creative bar service for their events! Thanks again, Joc!!

Their set up is amazing (we had the white Shasta camper) and their signature drinks were delicious! We got so many compliments! If you are contemplating hiring them for your wedding or event, this is your sign to do it. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Joc and team-we love you all! -Nikki & Brendan

ding us through our quantity list and creating our custom cocktails, and all of the staff was very courteous and kind to our guests.

for any event! Thank you for making our day special!

e. He and his team crafted incredibly delicious drinks to our guests and he helped us plan the event from top to bottom effortlessly. I can't wait to hire them for our next event!

and responsive. He made the planning process easy and was super understanding/flexible when we had to postpone due to COVID. Our wedding day was awesome with Nightcap! They went above and beyond to help make our day special, even working with us to have a champagne tower! Everyone loved the hand shaken drinks. The bartenders were all so friendly and professional. The mobile bar was so fun, it served as a great piece of decor as well as a wonderful bar.

park. A huge plus for us was being able to provide our own alcohol so we could have the whiskey and beers we loved served to our guests. Joc made it super simple for us by giving us a detailed shopping list of what was needed and he handled the rest. He was even able to recreate my favorite drink from a local restaurant in RI, A burnt orange old fashioned, by creating a great simple syrup.....felt he went the extra mile on that one.

pecial requests (like a coffee station), and developing awesome signature cocktails for the event. Day-of, their team was prompt, professional, super friendly and managed all the moving parts seamlessly. I really liked that we got to provide our own liquor, because it allowed us to use exactly the brands we wanted - we wanted to use all Maine-made spirits, beer and wine for our event and it was super easy to do that because we were able to do the shopping ourselves. I would love to work with Nightcap again in the future and highly recommend them to others looking for a great bar service!

ve us all the information we needed and had so many ideas and the fact that they created a drink for our fall wedding that was so delicious.

day an even more special touch.

e responsive and helpful from the beginning. Planning from another state, we had a handful of phone calls and exchanged plenty of emails. They answered all of our questions and made our planning process much easier. When we finally met them in person a month before the wedding, we discovered they're great people - and dog people. The wedding itself went seamlessly. They served drinks out of the custom mugs we had made. And a number of my guests mentioned having good conversations at the bar with them. 10/10 recommend these guys.

. They are personable, well-organized professionals, with an uncanny ability to connect with your guests; making every event they work a more personal setting. Planning the wedding with the guys was incredibly easy. They are fantastic communicators and were always available to discuss logistics and event details. They provided consultation and input on things ranging from drink recipes and distributor pricing on kegs of craft beer to the amount of alcohol we would need to purchase. We used their services for our welcome party and for our wedding. Both nights were perfection. The great vibes they bring to your wedding will not be matched by any other vendor. It truly isn't even worth your while to look around. Not only is Nightcap a better decision for your wallet but these guys/girls are hands down the best at what they do. If you have the opportunity to have their services at your function you and your guests are in for a great time.

ust bought their trailer and were in the process of converting it to a bar. Throughout the year, we were in close contact with them and the communication was always great; although we were organizing the wedding from out of state, they were always available to answer all of our questions in a timely manner, and with great professionalism. On the day of, things went perfectly. We received only praise from our guests regarding the bar; people were impressed by the trailer, and loved the signature cocktail (mojito). I (the groom) found a bit of time to talk to them (after such a long time planning afar, it's nice to finally get to know our vendors) and I found them to be extremely nice and professional. We highly recommend their service for your wedding or event!
