The North 84 is a custom-built estate nestled up on the bluffs overlooking the Missouri River Valley and 84 acres that are entirely yours to use and explore during your big day. Highlights at this location include a scenic lake that's perfect for photo ops and an airstrip and aircraft hanger. The main attraction is the elegantly appointed and expansive villa, where loved ones can gather to mark your nuptials. You can make an entire weekend of it with overnight accommodations that sleep up to 14 guests. The master suite boasts 1,600 square feet, a slate tile ensuite, a jet hot tub, and a large changing room. This is where you and your wedding party can beautify and prepare on the morning of your ceremony. The villa also has a full chef kitchen complete with granite countertops, as well as a large dining room that's ideal for rehearsal dinners. You can choose from several equally appealing ceremony sites outdoors, and there is the option of indoor areas also. Following a cocktail hour on the lawn and grounds, larger receptions are hosted in the air hangar, while more intimate parties can be curated indoors, outdoors, or a combination of both.

We used The North 84 for our wedding day. Cole and his brothers were very responsive and accommodating. We were able to go out to the venue on multiple occasions to plan our day....
This venue not only has breathtaking views but also comes with no neighbors and unlimited parking. It is great to have all the amminities of a house for getting ready and the option to stay the night. The tables and chairs they provided were beautiful on their own. Much better than the standard folding tables that require a table cloth to be suitable. It was also extremely helpful that we get the venue all day; making setup so much less stressful. The staff is very helpful and up for making your visions come true. When it rained and hailed the morning of our wedding, Cole was open to any and all changes we may need to make to get everyone inside. Ultimately, the weather was perfect that afternoon and the day went smoothly. But the fact remains they were open to massive changes day of to accommodate whatever we wanted for the weather. One other nice detail was that for a reasonable fee, they would be our bartenders for the duration of the event, serving any beverages we provided. We had around 140 guests and they kept up well from both a space and service standpoint.

The reception space - is a blank canvas for decorating however you like, they have a heater( accommodated for cold weather), lighting is absolutely stunning in the evenings.
