Nestled on 30 picturesque acres surrounded by the beauty of the Ottawa National Forest, The Northern Nevatta Wedding Venue offers a unique and enchanting setting for your dream wedding. "Nevatta" is the Finnish word for barn which is fitting for our space. Originally a serene wooded landscape, this family-owned property has transformed over the years into a stunning destination for unforgettable celebrations.  Our journey began with a simple cabin, where we hosted summer parties that sparked the vision for a wedding venue. Now, we proudly host our guests in our serene barn, featuring three ponds, several nature trails, a skywalk, and a covered bridge. For those wishing to stay onsite, we offer comfortable overnight accommodations with 10 beds available, which are included in your rental package. On top of that, guests can enjoy the atmosphere and tranquility of the forest, with the option to bring their own campers for a truly immersive experience. To ensure seamless access for all and to add some spark to the already perfect day, we can provide tractor-drawn hay wagon shuttles to transport guests around the venue. Our commitment to creating a magical experience for every couple is evident in every detail—our family has lovingly crafted everything from the buildings to the landscaping.
