Situated along a meandering creek over-looking the majestic live oaks trees, our venue is the ideal spot to accommodate any size group. We offer your very own bi-storey bridal cottage, grooms compound and additional cottages for guests to stay on-site after the big event. We have an expansive covered outdoor patio overlooking the creek and neighboring hills. With gigantic crystal chandeliers hanging from our 35ft ceilings, its a magical experience on the dance floor. We offer outdoor and indoor ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, decorations, ice-cream truck, food trucks, RV sites, all the bar staff is included. s breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and so helpful throughout the entire weekend. Our coordinator, Kym was amazing—we couldn’t have done the weekend without her, the guests and wedding party haven’t stopped talking about how good she was! Having the cabins onsite for our wedding party was a total game changer and made the whole weekend feel seamless and special. Getting married under the oak tree was absolutely picture-perfect. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free place to celebrate their big day!

They are continually looking to improve the venue to include the latest and greatest amenities - in fact they added outdoor fireplaces the week before our wedding since it was going to be extra cold outside. They were so accommodating and responsive throughout the wedding process, it made the whole event run so smoothly. And the actual venue - WOW. The grounds are stunning and we loved that everything we needed was on-site; we could get ready on-site and stay overnight there as well. Due to COVID we moved the dance portion of the reception to the outdoor patio and it had more than enough space for guests to space out. Highly highly recommend!

Anytime I would reach out to them, I would instantly get a response. That alone says so much in my eyes. I am a firm believer of positive customer service and over communication. There was never a moment that we doubted choosing The Oaks at High Hill as our venue for our wedding. The venue alone is absolutely gorgeous! You will not find chandeliers as large and beautiful at any other location-absolutely breathtaking! We were affected by Covid and had to postpone our celebration to a later date. Never once did we receive hesitation from Rob and Clarissa about the change of date. When I say these venue owners go out on a limb to make your wedding day/weekend special… That is exactly what The Oaks at High Hill did for us. Our guests even brag about the venue and the owners as being so friendly and attentive from what they witnessed. You will not regret your decision with choosing The Oaks at High Hill for your wedding location! I wish we could get married all over again, every single weekend just to be able to work with Rob and Clarissa and the rest of the venue team! ning process go so smoothly. Clarissa is very organized, responsive, and so kind. I feel that ever penny I spent for this venue was well earned and worth it. They are very accommodating and flexible, and they don't cheat you on amenities or limit you when you want to access the venue either before or on your wedding day. They also have a storage full of decorations that you can use for you own wedding. Do not second guess when booking this venue, you won't regret it.

there were less than 100 guests. I can’t imagine what it would sound like for a bigger wedding!!! I couldn’t even hear the speeches, and I was sitting 10 people away from the best man/MOH. I also couldn’t hold a conversation across the table, so I had to step outside. The venue needs to get this fixed immediately by installing some acoustic paneling to soak up the sound. I would highly avoid this place!
