After surviving Hurricane Sally, the current owners began renovating The Oaks at Magnolia Springs, seeing the area’s potential future as a beautiful background for special occasions and creating memories. Just weeks after visiting, they purchased the property in 2020, impressed by the magnificent, strong oak trees that withstood the winds. Now, the venue awaits you and your love to celebrate your once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The 43-acre property features serene rolling pastures, towering and sturdy oak trees, and calm lakes, making a one-of-a-kind rustic backdrop to your big day. At the heart of The Oaks is a recently constructed white pavilion that boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that allow the event space to bathe in glorious natural light. The estate can host indoor and outdoor events; a covered outdoor area is also available. You and your partner can stay on-site at the house to ensure privacy and convenience, and you can relax with a dip in the pool before or after the celebration. The patio is bedecked with a fire pit where you and your loved ones can share an intimate evening. elcome and comfortable from the time we met her up until we packed up the day after the wedding and left. Every detail, question, concern… whatever it was she was on top of it and made sure it happened. A true rockstar to say the least, so great at what she does. I don’t think she should ever stop, I genuinely wish everyone could have her as their wedding planner/coordinator. We did the weekend package and whilst it’s not needed, it made everything so much easier and the cottage is so cozy. I highly recommend staying for the weekend, everything was so much smoother and stress free with already being there. The venue itself is so stunning and the sun hits it in all the right ways it’s angelic!!! Everything is perfect at the Oaks, it’s like you are not on Earth or even in South Alabama lol! You have so many options for where you want the ceremony with so many backdrops and vibes to choose from. The team at the Oaks are the absolute best, there is nothing they won’t do to make sure your day is perfect and what you imagined it to be. They are so good at what they do and providing you with a stress free environment on your day. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about them and if I did this would be a million words. I’m in the middle of post wedding blues because I want to relieve this day again and again and 99% of it being so perfect was The Oaks. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts. to the Oaks, with touches from us and our amazing friends and family. They take your thoughts and make them make sense in a beautiful way. From the time we took the tour we knew that this was the place. It was not only beautiful, but the options are endless. When we asked about options for settings, we were told “if you see it and like it”. Aubrey was so thorough and not only had an answer for every question, but also answered questions that I didn’t know I had. They literally take so many items off of your never ending to do list. To the point when after bringing up things we wanted and to every thing I mentioned “oh, we have that” or “we can do that” I said, “do you have the dress and cake too?” lol. Not only is this place so beautiful with endless options to cater to your taste, but their entire team is exceptional! I quite literally cannot rave enough about the venue and the staff! Whatever your dreams are, they will make them not only happen, but coordinate them for you to take the stress off of you. The weekend package is definitely the way to go. The bride cottage is so gorgeous and spacious and has everything you can think to ever need. I have been and will continue to recommend The Oaks to everyone I can. Thank you to the Oaks, Aubrey, and the rest of the staff (I’m sorry I can’t remember, I am horrible with names) for making my daughters wedding beautiful, fun, and memorable! If you are looking for the most bang for your buck in venues, don’t bother looking elsewhere. I would give 10 stars if I could!

sure the timeline stayed on track or quietly handling little things—like noticing when we ran low on wine and getting more, it really is the small things. Her warmth and attention to detail turned what could have been a stressful process into something genuinely enjoyable.
This venue had an amazing team. Kassidy, the day of coordinator was there during our rehearsal and wedding day and she helped make sure that we are soaking in the joy of everything without worrying about a single detail.
We also stayed at their beautiful cottage, which is included with the venue. It had everything we needed and made the whole weekend so much easier and more relaxed. Being right there on the property meant we could focus on each other and our families instead of logistics, and it added such a warm, personal touch to the celebration.
The venue itself is stunning, and with Aubrey and her team’s support, everything came together even better than we imagined. We’ll always be grateful for how she and the team at The Oaks helped create a day we’ll cherish forever.
