g other than the venue and a prop room. So the rest is up to others and I appreciated how nice the owner was but I will say her assistant was not as professional. She from the Get go was very insistent on what we could play music wise and even tried to cut my music off from my DJ before our send off( not bc of how appropriate it was either) She also had told my mother ( mother of the bride) to start picking up 30 minutes before my close out time and that was with a whole hour after the shutdown that is prearranged in the contract that you must agree to. I also ran into this woman months after my wedding and she informed me ( the bride) that there had been weddings that topped mine afterwards. I just feel that being a professional is very important and when people are paying this much money on their special day it’s important to act in that way . The statement was hurtful and uncalled for.

ng party can get ready. It's really pretty, and there is plenty of space for everyone. The guys enjoyed the separate room for them that had a flat screen tv and a ping pong table. I was married in the chapel which can hold around 200 people. Some people choose to be married under the big oak tree - both are incredible. There is a barn where you can put a band, photobooth, or whatever you like. She hangs lanterns on the trees at night, and it's beautiful. The conservatory had all the food inside, and we were able to use her tables and chairs (included in the cost). All of my friends & family thought it was the best wedding they had been to! I would highly recommend it!

nly complaint is the red gravel in the courtyard. Its hard to walk on in heels and my dress was filthy by the end of the night. Otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend this venue!
I absolutely loved The Oaks and working with Theresa. She was just an email away with answers to the many questions and concerns I had.
