e amazing, and overall everything for the day was perfect. We would 1000% recommend going with the Oaks if you're looking to get married in the Madison area, but are looking for something a bit calmer and outside of town.
We loved having our wedding at the Oaks Golf Course! We worked very closely with Melissa Parker and Katie. Honestly, those two are a huge reason why we decided to go with having ou...
r wedding here, aside from how beautiful the venue is! We had our wedding on 10/7/2023 in the white tent. It was magical. The space really came together. We had the Oaks cater our food, and it was delicious! Aside from our guests telling us how beautiful the venue and day was, everyone raved about the food! I highly recommend having the Oaks cater your next event! It was fabulous! We will always remember this day and just how wonderful it all was.
They have a getting ready room too, which is great for the entire bridal party to be together before the ceremony and get hyped up!
The only piece of advice I feel is warranted to future brides are to use my vendors- especially The Oaks Golf Course. If they're booked on your planned date, change it. With how ma...
ny events they have hosted, they know exactly how to plan and execute a seamless day. A common answer I would get when asking questions would be "don't worry about it, we got it" and the confidence they showed made me so trusting in them and their process. From how collaboratively they work with the other vendors, accessibility to visiting and setting up, and their honesty with calculations of food and drinks they made planning so easy. I know sometimes people say "hire a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator" even if the venue has one, but that is 100% not necessary here the staff are your coordinators and are very invested in your day. I'll end it here, but let's just say I could go a lot longer talking about how wonderful this venue is.
Amazing! Melissa, Katie, and Emily were all a huge help in answering questions leading up to the big day, helping to coordinate everything and they just blew us away with service! ...
All our guests RAVED about the food and keep reaching out to tell us how beautiful the venue was! We had so many amazing photo opportunities and it was truly the PERFECT day! Guests loved having the ceremony and reception In one place and there was so much flexibility to really make the space our own! Staff listened to all my requests and followed my itinerary to a T. They worked with our vendors to make sure the day flowed seamlessly. We looked at a lot of amazing places to have our wedding but looking back I can’t imagine our fairytale wedding anywhere else! Absolutely recommend!

o work with. They are patient, kind, responsive, and did a great job of hyping me and my husband up for our wedding at The Oaks. We also loved the tasting event they did with many of the other wedding couples to give us all a chance to try out their dishes! Our guests were impressed with how open and grand the arbor tent was, how large the dance floor was, and they loved the food catered by The Oaks. We had a large wedding and there was hardly ever a line at the bar because their bartending staff was on their game too! And please make sure to schedule some time for sunset photos on the grounds, ours turned out incredible! Thank you so much to everyone at The Oaks!
My husband and I had our wedding at The Oaks this past weekend and it was absolutely EVERYTHING!! The venue coordinators Melissa, Emily and Katie are top tier and made everything a...
bout the planning process and day of so smooth, we literally didn’t need to worry about anything. The three of them absolutely exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend to anyone to work with them.
We have heard nothing but amazing things from our family and friends about the venue, staff, and specifically the exquisite customer service of the venue coordinators and staff. Again- they made everything run so smoothly and effortlessly.
Additionally, nearly every one of our guests commented to us that we had the best wedding food they’d ever had.
We highly highly recommend hosting your wedding with them!
The Oaks was a beautiful venue for our big day. After our first venue closed due to bankruptcy we were in a panic to find a new place. Melissa met with us within just a few days an...
d talked over everything with us. She assured us the previous catering, photographer, and DJ vendor would all be welcome there and that the team at The Oaks would be able to do set up and take down for us as that was a major selling point of our last venue. When Covid hit Melissa worked with us through rescheduling our date and stayed in contact with us to make sure that everything was on track. On the day of Melissa and her team did an amazing job with our decor, and with keeping our day on track. She checked in throughtout the day to make sure we had everything we needed. The Oaks and Melissa truly made it the best day ever.
We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding reception! Melissa and her staff at The Oaks were amazing to work with and made our wedding day absolutely flawless. They...
also did the catering for our wedding and the food was to die for! We have heard from multiple guests that this was the best wedding food they have ever had. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with The Oaks and would highly recommend them for anyone planning a wedding!
This venue is beautiful! It’s a golf course but doesn’t feel like it as their events are held in a beautiful white tent. The walls all have windows and can be opened to allow for a...
irflow. The tent can also be heated, which was perfect for our late fall wedding. The ceremony arch overlooks part of the golf course and the sun sets behind the arch, which made for gorgeous sunset photos. Melissa and Katie, the event coordinators, are also outstanding. They are so organized but very laid back, which helped keep me calm in the stress of planning. They went out of their way to answer any questions I had and made sure the day went perfectly. We did not have to worry about anything knowing I had them helping us with our day. I would absolutely recommend this venue, or any other venue Melissa and Katie are apart of. We cannot thank the Oaks staff enough for all they did for us to make our day amazing.

he clubhouse. The best part about this venue is that it comes with Melissa, the wedding coordinator. Melissa is worth her weight in gold and made this process a breeze, you can tell that she has been doing this for a long time. She made everything a simple process and was so fun to work with.

came true all because we choose this venue. Everything was there, rehearsal, wedding and reception which made it so easy for our guests. Everyone raved about the food and the staff was outstanding from servers to bartenders to clean up!
We didn't have to worry about anything the day of, they were organized and made sure everyone involved had everything they needed to do what they needed to do (band set up, photo booth, flowers, dinner, ceremony)! Unbelievable! Everything went as planned every step of the way. We will recommend the Oaks 110%! Thank you to everyone who was involved!! We can't say enough about it!!
We couldn't have chose a better venue for our wedding! Everything about that day was perfect and the majority of credit has to go to Melissa (The Oaks' Events & Wedding Director) a...
nd her team. They are experts at what they do and made the entire process simple and stress-free. They are responsive, detail-oriented, accommodating, and truly make it a priority to ensure you have the most incredible and most stress-free day. We also had them cater our dinner and the meal was fantastic! We had multiple people compliment how great the food was, especially for 'wedding food'. If you're looking for an outdoor venue this is the place to book!

SENSATIONAL! Where to even begin. First, Melissa worked with us throughout the entire planning process and was Such. A. Gem. She truly grounded & guided us through our questions an...
d decisions and made sure everything the day of went as smoothly as possible. Our guests absolutely loved the the venue. It's very spacious (we had 240+ guests): plenty of ceremony seating, space to setup lawn games, large dance floor, photo booth, etc.
The food. Wow. Get the mac n cheese, our guests STILL talk to us about how delicious it was. Friendly staff too. We would have another event here in a heartbeat.

hat day that I'd be having my dream wedding there. And a dream it was! Melissa was an amazing asset to my wedding planning journey--she was SO knowledgeable about what works best in the big white tent, timelines, and who she'd recommend for vendors. We put together an all star wedding and for that, we are forever grateful for The Oaks. <3
