This venue was absolutely amazing for our wedding and truly the best choice we made. The food was incredible, our guests loved the space, and working with Bailey was a wonderful ex...
perience. From the very beginning, Bailey was extremely kind, professional, and anticipated all of our needs to have the wedding reception fit our vision perfectly. She fielded tons of questions from us over the course of the year and incorporated seamlessly all of the small details we wanted to add to the day. We rented speakers for music and the Oceanaire cleared a dance floor space for our guests, so that we were able to have the perfect mix of truly amazing food and the fun of dancing at a wedding reception. Everything was timed perfectly and made so easy for us and our vendors! I can not recommend the Oceanaire and Bailey enough. Above and beyond !
The Oceanaire is the perfect wedding venue with soaring high ceilings, marble from the former bank (including a vault), and beautiful lighting. Our event manager, Bailey was incred...
ibly helpful and responsive throughout the all our wedding planning. Looking at the many other Boston venues, we loved working with the Oceanaire and avoiding the additional coordination and decisions needed with most ballrooms (selecting caterers, linens, chairs, china and flatware, and valet). These items were all included at the Oceanaire and we got a top-quality meal with chefs and servers familiar experienced with the venue. For a downtown location, the Oceanaire was reasonably priced and our guests raved about the multi-course dinners.
The space worked out great for all phases of our reception. The cocktail hour had plenty of space with an impressively long bar that left no one waiting for drinks. The unique crushed-ice filled raw bar display was customized for our wedding. The reception staffing was impressive and professional with no one waiting for drinks, apps or their dinner. The dining area was spacious, and we were able to see all our guest and during the toasts. The Oceanaire staff seamlessly transformed the cocktail hour area into the dance-floor and our DJ had an elevated stage for the party after dinner.
Bailey thought of everything and our guests, gifts, valet, photobooth and party favors were all in place. We couldn’t be happier with selecting the Oceanaire for our wedding and highly recommend working with Bailey and the Oceanaire team.
