to be able for my husband and I to come and tour the venue. From the moment we pulled up we knew this was where we were going to get married. It is absolutely stunning. I really wanted a rustic yet industrial modern feel and the venue really hit on those for me. The added grooms suite and very spacious bridal suite was an extra bonus on top on that, and made the getting ready part so much fun with plenty of space. To plan with Lorraine during the months leading up to our wedding was wonderful. She really makes things so effortless and easy and again was so accommodating to our schedules, she was always there to answer any questions I had as well. The staff on our wedding day was incredible, Lisa was the most kind and sweet woman when my day was not going to plan, ( yay, rain), she really stepped up to make sure I was doing okay, to see if I needed anything and helped tremendously with answering questions and helping me with ideas to move our ceremony inside. She reassured me my ideas would go off with out any issues and she even offered to help if we needed it. She was truly my little saving grace when I felt like my whole world was falling apart. The wedding looked so beautiful when it all came together, the barn is truly a magical space that I will always cherish in my memories. The rainy day made it even more beautiful by providing such moody lighting and atmosphere inside and out, exactly what I was going for. Any way you look at it The Old Blue Rooster is so beautiful and romantic and there are so many different ways you can make it your own for your big day. The team here is so AWESOME, thank you for providing such a wonderful experience and remarkable space for my husband and I to get married! Everyone is still telling us how beautiful it was, truly a special place! P.S. The bartenders are awesome, kept the line moving and make amazing drinks and even added in some seasonal fall specialty drinks to the menu.

alk to if we ever had any questions. We weren't able to rehearse the day before so we opted for an extra hour and to rehearse the day of which worked out perfectly. The bar tender was equally amazing and went out of her way to help me and my 6 year old nephew before we walked down the aisle (he had to potty and she fixed his shirt and suspenders as well as fluffed my train before I walked out with my dad). EVERYTHING was perfect and the foundation of it all was the ease of getting married at The Old Blue Rooster!! I could go on and on but I will just end it with: if you are looking for a beautiful place to get married and the most accommodating and caring staff, CHOOSE THE OLD B LUE ROOSTER!!!!

perty is beautiful in itself and did not require a lot of decorating which definitely relived a lot of stress! Not to mention the cost is very affordable and did not seem real with just how beautiful it is and how reliable Lorraine is. We could not have asked for anything more or different. Lorraine is absolutely amazing! She was able to answer all of the questions we had quickly and was very informative. Anytime we had a question and emailed or texted her, she responded very quickly and we did not have to wait for a response. She is very accommodating and we could not have asked for a better person to help us make our day perfect! We rented the groomsmen area, the lodge and the barn and had plenty of room for our wedding party and guests! The day of, it POURED down rain in the morning but cleared up within hours of the wedding and the outside area was dry and we were able to have our wedding outside. Due to the rain, we were not able to decorate outside in time but thankfully due to the property being so beautiful, it wasn't even needed. We will always recommend the venue for future weddings for friends, baby showers, bridal showers and parties!

venue twice before booking. Lorraine answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns throughout the planning process and in the months leading up to the wedding. We had a blast using the lodge and grooms' suite to get ready the morning of the wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning -- inside and outside! If I could go back and do it all over again, I would absolutely make the same decision and get married at the OBR. 10/10 recommend, for sure!!

all of our other venue tours because we knew we found our perfect spot! Lorraine was very hands-on and readily available to answer any questions/ concerns we had in the planning process. The rest of the staff was friendly, professional, and overall amazing, as wel! The outdoor ceremony space required very minimal decor because it is already set up so beautifully- which I loved as a “DIY” bride on a budget! The inside was very spacious and worked very well for our small wedding of 75 guests, but can comfortably accommodate many more people. The property itself is perfect for outdoor activities such as cornhole, s’mores, and lawn games. To say Old Blue Rooster fulfilled my “fairytale” wedding vision would be an absolute understatement. Almost 1 year later and I’m still in awe of how perfect the day went.
