The Old Field Club

I would choose the Old Field Club for our wedding over and over again. The venue is stunning on its own, but seeing it with all the décor and personal touches my husband, Morgan, and I had chosen was something I will never forget. Everything came together so beautifully and highlighted all the features that made us fall in love with it in the first place. As beautiful as the setting is, the people made our experience exceptional. Sabine Hoskins, who took over as catering director during our planning process, was terrific—so friendly, accommodating, and willing to work with us to make the day feel like ours. She arranged for the bartenders to batch my late grandfather’s rum punch recipe as my signature drink, which meant the world to me. I also have celiac disease, and she made sure I had gluten-free choices available, even working with me to adapt some of the passed appetizers so I could enjoy more of the food at our own wedding. That thoughtfulness meant so much. Michael, our maître d’, was INCREDIBLE. He had the entire staff working together seamlessly and executed our night flawlessly. He kept everything on time, made sure I ate, and was so warm and personable that Morgan and I left wanting to be friends with him! There is so much happening at a wedding that you never see, and it was clear we were in wonderfully capable hands. Eileen, our bridal attendant, was equally lovely. She made sure I had gluten-free food and helped my sister bustle my dress when we arrived for cocktail hour. Having someone so kind and attentive looking after me made me feel incredibly cared for. And the care didn’t end when the reception did! They sent us home with so much leftover food to enjoy the next day—we were overjoyed. Michael also called the following day to let us know we had left some items behind and kept everything safe until we could pick it up the next morning. The attentiveness was UNMATCHED, right down to making sure we had our belongings back after the celebration was over. The entire staff worked so efficiently behind the scenes that we were able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding without a single hitch. All the thought we put into planning was met with a team who knew exactly how to bring it to life. Old Field Club will always hold such a special place in our hearts. I’m already hoping to return for a baby shower in the coming years! Thank you to Sabine, Michael, Eileen, and the entire team for giving us a wedding we will treasure forever. 🤍

Sabine and all OFC staff were absolutely amazing. They accommodated everything I wanted for my wedding no matter how big the ask. They were so polite and made sure I had everything I needed. The food is delicious, the venue is breathtaking, and the drinks were amazing. I had the best wedding I could have imagined!
