Absolutely amazing! We had our wedding reception here in October and everything was fabulous! Cyndi was amazing to work with and when our dj bailed last minute and sent a replacement she not only stepped in to help calm me down made sure the night stayed on track and was organized and even hooked up their sound system for toasts. We did a burger buffet for dinner and got compliments on the food all night! Couldn't be more happy with our choice to have our reception here!

The room was a great size for our wedding of about 175. The people there, Cyndi and Pete, were fantastically helpful the entire time from planning to the day itself. The food was great and the service during the wedding was also on-point. The bride and I were very happy with our experience.

That is what our guests kept saying. We did a burger buffet with all of the toppings & fries/veggies as our sides. They were delicious. We also had a cocktail hour prior to our dinner & that was great too! Have I mentioned the charm that the venue brought to our reception? It was fabulous! Exposed brick, hard wood floors, & the perfect amount of vintage meets modern. The linens were included & so was the cake cutting fee and parking. As you probably have figured out, that is almost unheard of. I must say that everything went seamlessly & the staff were super friendly without being intrusive. I gave the service four stars instead of five because I had a hard time communicating with Cyndi, but in the end she came through with flawless execution. I mean, it was PERFECT. I am kind of "type A" and asked a lot of questions via email and the response times were slower than I would have liked, but honestly that is my only complaint. Cyndi is very effective at what she does and will make sure you have whatever you need and walk you through the entire evening. All of our vendors had the access they needed to set up on the day of and I wasn't contacted once. It was a more hands off experience than I was expecting and that made it great! The next day, everything was ready for us to pick it up. By ready, I mean it was put away & packed up. I would recommend them to anyone. ANYONE!

Our reception at The Mat was awsome! They take care of everything for you so you don't have to worry about a thing and can just enjoy your day. Everyone loved the food, atmosphere everything! Great price too!

The Old Mattress Factory was the perfect place for my husband and I to have our reception and the price was perfect too! We could not believe that this amazing location was kept such a secret and only advertised by word of mouth. Cyndi was so amazing, without her we know our evening would not have run so smoothly. Cyndi made sure we got through all of the logistics of our reception, but had fun along the way. She did a great job with the linens and decorations which were simple but nice and even put up decorations that I had dropped off the night before. The service was so great at The Matt and we could not have been happier!!!

Everything went perfect on my wedding day! I had no idea that not only would we be paying to rent a reception hall and food, but we also got a wedding planner as well as a nice bonus! Cyndi was extremely helpful in everything we did, and everything was set up to perfection. The food was amazing as well, and I have never heard so many great compliments on reception food! I would recommend the Old Matt Factory to any couple getting married.

I worked with Cindy throughout the whole process of planning the reception. On the day, Cindy and her staff took care of setup (everything, including centerpieces I dropped off four days before the wedding) and the cake and guest book table. The food was catered through them and was delicious with hamburgers and all the works. The setting was what I wanted and the room is wood flooring with a lounge area that is nicely decorated as well. I would recommend this vendor!!
