anxiety even though she'd never met me... the chef even made us these AMAZING sandwiches that day when we were getting ready in their bridal suite, which made me wish we'd used their in-house food!! Like really really good sandwiches lol, so I imagine their food must be excellent. The only hiccup was unannounced major construction, which for you future couples (unless you're reading this in several years and they want to remodel again..) shouldn't be an issue because now it's almost done hahaha. But yeah that was a problem, we got there the week of the wedding to do a final walk through and the whole front of the property was gutted. Would've liked better communication (actually any communication at all LOL), but they scrambled to have it kind of presentable in time.

From the cocktail hour selections to the main courses, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. They were also very accommodating with dietary needs, which was important to us. We came in with a vision, but they elevated it in ways we didn’t even think of. Let them guide you—it will take so much stress off your shoulders. Also, take time on the day to really soak it in. The setting, the atmosphere, the way everything comes together—it goes by quickly, but it’s unforgettable. Amanda and I both had moments where we just looked around and thought, “This is perfect,” and that’s something we’ll carry with us forever.
