The Olde Farmhouse Barn

The Olde Farmhouse Barn was exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for the perfect wedding venue. The setting is just magical! The owners, Andy and Shannon, as well as the other staff really make your wedding day everything you imagined. They were so helpful in planning from start to finish, making sure every detail is just how you want! We were married at the farmhouse and utilized the barn and the entire grounds for our cocktail hour and reception. The barn is absolutely beautiful! All night long, I was hearing guests say they were amazed at how gorgeous and delicious everything was. The food was absolutely outstanding!! It was a beautiful fall day!! We had an amazing time and really enjoyed getting to know Andy and Shannon!

Several weeks ago we had our wedding and reception here. In the months before the event we were assisted and guided by the owners Andy and Shannon Minor. As most wedding planning time goes, there were always a lot of details and questions that needed to be addressed and decided upon. Andy and Shannon were there for us, they helped us when we were not quite sure or confused with the many tasks at hand. Finally the weekend arrives for all the months of planning and preparing for that special day, our only daughters wedding. With that being said, and as life would have it, we experienced a problem with mother nature that seemed to be impossible to resolve, due to the fact that you cannot control what mother nature will do, especially, when you are in a beautiful and natural setting such as, the great outdoors! Regardless, as insurmountable as the situation was, both Andy and Shannon went to work to minimize the problem quickly to the best of their ability. As a result, what was once a big issue became a small and insignificant problem that pretty much disappeared as the evening went on. Reflecting back now on everything, I can honestly say that we are so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Andy and Shannon when life can be so unpredictable. They both had the foresight and experience to transform this situation into something positive which imprinted on our minds, only the beautiful memories of the day that we will carry in our hearts for a lifetime.

What a beautiful wedding venue! The food was delicious and the presentation colorful and creative. The barn and grounds were clean and neatly kept. We even had a chance to meet the owners Andy and Shannon who were very friendly and went out of their way to make wedding guests feel at home. We truly enjoyed the wedding at the Olde Farmhouse, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to hold a barn wedding/reception.

It is beautiful out there it made my wedding into my dream wedding. All of my guests complemented how beautiful the wedding turned out. Usually you don't have very good food at weddings but there food was outstanding. If I have another party I would go to them for food. Andy and Shannon help with everything through out the process getting up to the big day. They are like family at the end.

If the gorgeous layout of the big white farmhouse and the big and little red barns aren't enough wonder for you to get married here, the owners, Andy and Shannon, are wonderful and very helpful! The Minors helped us plan our entire wedding from napkin type and color to food choices and even where each wedding event would take place. They have many great vintage, rustic, and delicate decorations as well as yard games! The venue itself is beautiful enough that not much decoration is needed and any decoration we wanted to add they helped us envision and place. Andy and Shannon worked with our florist, DJ, and the baker who delivered our desserts in order to make the day go flawless! If I could do it all over again, I'd choose the same place, same owners, same decor, same time, and place. The Olde Farmhouse Barn and Andy and Shannon made our day perfect!
