rried there in May 2025, with a progressive wedding (Grand Hall, Gatsby Room, and Main Hall). From the beginning, Jennifer and Shannon were so helpful! As we got closer to the wedding, I was in constant contact with both ladies and they did everything to make the wedding as stress free as possible. Jennifer even coached me on how to walk down the stairs when entering the ceremony space (which I very much needed help with) and every guest commented on the beautiful entrance. I really feel like Olde Wick's went above and beyond to make our day perfect... which it was absolutely perfect. I will never stop recommending this venue! My husband loved it so much that he joked the day after our wedding that we need to get a date for a vow renewal there, so we can do it all over again!

ree different halls. There was no stress over flipping any rooms, and our guests were never crammed into any room. The venue was so beautiful for our winter wedding, we have had so many compliments. Every hall is unique, but still cohesive. It is a very flexible space- you could choose to do minimal decor or really lean into your own personal style and the halls would look beautiful either way. Our pictures are absolutely stunning and I cannot imagine a more beautiful venue to suit our vision. Additionally, Jennifer and Shannon were amazing to work with. We visited the venue a couple of times- they were always very accommodating, answered all of our questions, and even helped point us in the direction of some of our other vendors. They completely simplified the process and made planning and the day-of as stress free as possible. We were truly able to be in the moment and enjoy our day, while Jennifer and Shannon took care of everything behind the scenes.

our rehearsal dinner here as well and can’t speak to the amount of help and patience that the olde wicks team showed us. Everything I wanted out of my wedding they helped make happen. They even took the time to go above and beyond when my videographer canceled at 7:30 pm the night before the wedding by calling people they knew in the Industry and helping find a backup. While big events like this do have small hiccups, as the bride I never felt stressed during the day of my wedding and got to fully enjoy being present and I know a lot of that was because the olde wicks team was handling so much in the background. Truly so happy with the team and the venue. I couldn’t have imagined a better wedding, it exceeded my total expectations.

West Hall. Each room had its own vibe, but they blended seamlessly together so it didn’t feel like a shock when we went from room to room. Each room provided the perfect backdrop for our stunning day and photos. Jennifer and Shannon were beyond knowledgeable and went completely above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. I joke to everyone that the building could have been on fire, and I wouldn’t have noticed with how they handled everything. I was able to enjoy every moment of the day with my guests and I didn’t stress over anything since they had it handled. I couldn’t recommend this venue more.

With so much to offer across their property, we utilized the Bridal & Groom suites, Gatsby room & Grand Hall for our cocktail hour, and the Main Hall for our reception. The Main Hall was perfect for our vision and accommodating 400 guests. We also took pictures on their beautiful property as well. Shannon, Jennifer and the rest of the staff truly made our day perfect for us! If you’re looking for a stunning venue with exceptional service, we can’t recommend the Olde Wicks Factory enough!

They don't let you worry about anything on your special day, they take care of everything. I would recommend The Olde Wicks Factory to everyone! Having all components in one location made the day so easy for us and our guests. Seriously, we had so many compliments from our guests that both our ceremony and reception were in the same building. We did the progressive setup which allowed our guests to enjoy the ceremony, move to a cocktail hour in the stunning Gatsby Room and finally our reception and dinner in the West Hall. The Olde Wicks Factory also has a huge selection on wedding decor to help make your setup (and budget) easier. Reflecting on our experience, there is no way we would choose any other venue. This historic venue provides a beautiful canvas to fulfill your wedding dreams and will leave your family, friends and guests in awe.

Our son’s wedding day was nothing short of magical, and it would not have been possible without an amazing daughter-in-law and her choice on the enchanting wedding venue her and my son chose. From the moment they stepped foot into The Olde Wick’s Factory, they knew they had found the perfect place to celebrate their love story. The Olde Wick’s Factory located in Highland; Illinois is the picturesque old building that has been transformed into such character with stunning backdrops for their special day. The serene and scenic surroundings added an element of natural beauty for outside shots along with the character of the inside of the building made their wedding truly remarkable. The ambiance was nothing short of breathtaking as the bride, now my daughter-in-law walked down the spiral staircase to join her father to walk her down the aisle in the “Grand Hall.” The elegant architecture and tasteful decor created a romantic and intimate atmosphere that left our guests in awe. Whether it was the “Grand Hall” where the ceremony was performed, the “Gatsby” room for cocktail hour and then on to the “West Hall” for their reception and dance, every space was meticulously designed to perfection. Most guests were from out of town absolutely loved being able to stay in one location for the entire event, yet each room has its own character. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of the wedding was flawless. From their initial inquiry to the day of the wedding, the owner, Jennifer Ostrander made suggestions that were extremely helpful. The event coordinator, Cassie Davis from Occasions from Black Box was responsive, professional, and attentive to their every need. (I would highly recommend having an event coordinator). Jennifer Ostrander and staff made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable. The Olde Wick’s Factory offered a range of amenities which included bridal suites for getting ready that made their wedding day even more special. The bridal suites were luxurious and a comfortable space for getting ready. They had crystal chandeliers, plenty of windows that viewed a beautiful courtyard filled with trees and flowers. It was a comfortable space with a lot of room for the bridal party to get ready. Makeup was done onsite from “Face It Beauty Boutique,” also located in Highland. I would also highly recommend for such a relaxing atmosphere; they made us all beautiful in a timely manner to everyone’s satisfaction. The culinary experience at The Olde Wick’s Factory was a true delight. It was catered by Cygan & Delaney from Highland, Illinois. The catering team collaborated closely with the bride and groom to create a customized menu that catered to our tastes and preferences. The quality of the food was exceptional, and our guests raved about the delicious dishes served during the reception. The bride and groom choice to get married on an unconventional Friday afternoon. This was a suggestion also from owner, Jennifer Ostrander. This really turned out to be one of the finest blessings, since our family was from out of town, a Friday night venue afforded everyone to gather the next day to reminisce about the night before compared to hitting the road to travel back. If you have not thought about a Friday late afternoon wedding, this is also something that I would recommend. Considering the impeccable service, stunning setting, and overall experience, I as the groom’s mother, felt that The Olde Wick’s Factory offered exceptional value for money. The memories that were created at this venue are priceless, and they would choose it again without hesitation. It exceeded all expectations and made their wedding day an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. We are truly blessed that our son and daughter-in-law chose this wonderful venue, we could not be happier. Cannot recommend enough!
