e designer Flora and so I booked my appointment and went in. Since Melanie (the dress) is from a few seasons back, she did not have it in the shop but we still had a blast trying on a bunch of different dresses but Sue saw in all of my reactions that I was still thinking about Melanie. So, Sue created MAGIC and called to have a sample dress be shipped to the shop from LONDON just for me to try on. Well when the dress came in and I went into the shop with my mom, we were hysterically crying because the dress was PERFECT. Sue immediately started snapping photos to capture such a special moment. Through out the alteration process, Sue was organized and responsive. She scheduled all of my alteration days a head of time and kept to that schedule! Each time we went into the shop we made a whole day of it and her positivity and professionalism made the whole process so incredible. The dress was a DREAM everyone on the wedding day could not stop saying how the dress was perfect and it is all because of Sue's dedication to her clients. I am sending all of my friends her way because she is truly the ONE!

sad I hadn't shopped for my actual wedding dress here because their selection is STUNNING. Not to mention the boutique is so dreamy. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind dress, look no further than The One Bridal. The true story of finding/getting the 2nd dress is long but essentially I fell in love with a dress online from Flora (their "Taya" dress) but it was only available to order online with no returns/refund. Long story short - Sue worked with the designer and decided to purchase a few for the boutique which saved me the shipping & all of the risk of it not being the right fit. The whole experience working with this team was amazing, personable & so fun. Can't recommend them enough!

There was no pressure with my 8-month time frame and I always felt confident that I was in good hands with Sue and her seamstress. I also got my beautiful shoes and veil from this shop. erful time trying on dresses and I ended up finding the one after some deliberation (there were SO many beautiful dresses it was hard to choose!) We started this process in late 2019 and Sue was great during COVID and she was able to accommodate our rescheduling and dress storage while NYC was shut down. I finally was able to wear the dress a few weeks ago and it was PERFECT. I would highly recommend to any bride!!

She encouraged me to take my time with the decision even though I was shopping in February/March for an August wedding. She even suggested I wait until a trunk show to buy in order to save money. Planning a wedding is always a bit stressful, and doing it during a pandemic only intensified the stress, but Sue's warmth and professionalism took a weight off my shoulders. I love her aesthetic, and the fact that she carries designers who aren't sold everywhere. I ended up choosing a skirt and two tops from Cortana, a designer whose ethereal pieces happen to be made with sustainable organic fabrics. Sue helped me find a bridal look that was timeless, made me feel beautiful, and, most importantly, made me feel like myself. I can't recommend The One Bridal Boutique enough--I have told all of my friends to go there, and I encourage you to check it out too!

right on me and after spending hours with me (that never happens in a bridal boutique btw!) and trying on pretty much the last dress on the rack, I found THE ONE because of Sue. It was the most beautiful dress I could have dreamed of! It fit me perfectly.Sue is so sweet and talented. Her style is out of this world and she has so many different dresses. I just loved working with her and her shop and if you are in the NYC, Philly, Boston, wherever in the world area; go The One Bridal Boutique! It is so dreamy! A few months prior to the wedding, I found One Bridal through my online search as I fell in love with two designers that they sell there, Cortana and Halfpenny London. When I reached out to Sue with a tough time frame, specific dresses, she was warm and accommodating. Sue said she had worked with a lot of last minute brides and it was best to come in and see what I liked. When I arrived, I fell in love with all of her dresses, as she has wonderful taste as to what pieces she brings in the shop. I picked two dresses out to see which could be rushed in time and I got very lucky with my gorgeous silk, champagne Cortana dress. I also got my gorgeous hair piece there. There are so many elegant pieces here and Sue provided such personal attention... that I couldn't be happier with the end result. I highly recommend checking out The One Bridal Boutique in Brooklyn.
