Such an amazing dress shopping experience! I came into it nervous to find the right dress for me. I instantly I felt heard and the staff picked such great dresses based on the information I provided. It was such a welcoming, bright, and understanding environment. I would recommend the one bridal salon to ANYONE looking for a wedding dress.

After visiting three other bridal salons and trying on 30+ dresses I finally found my wedding dress at The One in Charlottesville! They have a unique, modern and sophisticated selection that can be hard to find at a lot of other locations.

My experience at The One Bridal Salon was nothing short of spectacular! I truly felt so cared for and understood during my appointment, and my bridal consultant knew exactly how to work me through different styles while keeping the atmosphere light and fun! I found my dream dress here, and I will never forget the moment I saw myself as a bride in the mirror of the shop 💜 Truly the best experience!

I had such a wonderful experience at The One Bridal Salon in Charlottesville! The staff was so friendly and took the time to really understand my vision fully. Once I told them how I envisioned my day and how I wanted to feel for my wedding, they pulled dresses that perfectly aligned from their expansive collection. I had the most wonderful experience at The One Bridal! Peggie was AMAZING, so sweet, and has a great eye for dresses that fit your style/vision. She was also able to work with my budget. I loved how intimate and relaxed it was. You get the whole place to yourself and whoever is coming along with you. You feel like the star of the moment (as you should!) throughout your time there. They have many beautiful dresses to try on and I would highly recommend this place. They’re also great with communicating and are patient and flexible. This was the first place I looked at and it didn’t take long before I said “yes to the dress!” I’ll remember that moment forever and I’m glad The One Bridal could be a part of it. I had such an amazing and intimate experience at The One Bridal!! I had to make 2 appointments to make sure I found the dress I loved. Peggie and Kelsey were so understanding and accommodating. They were willing to work with me to figure out which type of dress I felt best in. They were both such lovely ladies! I brought my parents to the first appointment and a couple friends to my other appointment. It went amazingly, I would recommend this salon to anyone. They have a variety of beautiful dresses on their website. An appointment is required and scheduling an appointment is super easy. The experience is very intimate which I loved. We were the only ones in the studio. I had gone to David’s Bridal once many months before but was overwhelmed with the amount of people in there. I felt right at home with The One Bridal. It definitely felt like a day dedicated to the bride and finding her dream gown. It’s also tucked away in such a cute part of Charlottesville so we made a day of it since I was coming from out of town. If you’re shopping around for a dress, definitely keep this place in mind! It will be so special.

I absolutely loved my experience trying on dresses at one bridal salon!! Peggie was knowledgeable, patient and has an amazing eye for picking out dresses that fit your body type and style. The shop is clean and simple and really lets the dresses shine. And I love that you and your party are the only ones in the shop. I had such a lovely and relaxed time. I can't say enough positive things about my experience at The One Bridal Salon. I booked a few appointments on the same day at other salons, and The One Bridal was the highlight, by far! Peggie was flexible when making my appointment and got me in first thing when the salon opened. She took the time to ask questions not just about my style preferences, but about our venue and engagement as well which made the experience feel more personal and supportive. Peggie pulled a number of dresses for me to try, she nailed my style right away. She gave practical advice and asked questions throughout the process. The salon itself is gorgeous and comfortable, and the customer service is excellent. I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision, and appreciated the follow up from Peggie afterward checking in on my search for the perfect dress. Despite trying on a number of dresses in the weeks following my appointment here, the very first dress that Peggie pulled for me is the one I kept coming back to and chose!

Had such a great experience trying on dresses for the first (and last) time! Everything I tried on was in my price range and I really appreciated how they asked me questions that helped me figure how what I wanted. This salon is amazing! I loved the atmosphere and that it felt like an exclusive event just for me and my party. Peggy was the best part though. She had amazing taste and helped me try different styles to nail down the one. All the dresses were absolutely stunning. I was happiest being able to find the one. Highly recommend! I can’t say enough amazing things about this place! After trying on dresses at other stores, I was getting discouraged about finding a dress. Peggie was able to schedule me right away for an appointment! As soon as we opened the door, Peggie greeted us and made sure to listen to what I was looking for. It was so relaxing to be the only one in the store! Peggie pulled on a few dresses for me to try on and would pull others as I tried on and reviewed dresses. She was mindful of budget and my likes/dislikes. Peggie saved a dress for me to try on last and it was the first time I had a special bond to a dress. I knew immediately that it was “the one” for me. Excited to work with this lovely store during the alteration process!

After visiting another boutique “just in case”, I couldn’t wait to come back to pick the one here! The quality of the dress surpasses the price tag and offering alteration services makes the process even easier. I can’t wait to wear my dress!

I had a lovely experience at The One Bridal Salon! I found the salon because they had a specific dress I was interested in, but when I got there, I appreciated the relaxed and intimate setting to try on dresses with my mom and 2 friends. They were supportive of me throughout the appointment, helped me think through what I did and did not like about the dresses I tried on, and even recommended a cake shop around the corner for after our appointment! I bought my dress here and look forward to coming back when it arrives in a few months.

While other establishments left me disheartened with their flimsy and tacky designs, this salon's designer dresses exuded elegance, support, and superior craftsmanship. The process of ordering my dress went seamlessly, and it will be delivered and ready for alterations in just 12 weeks. Their diverse range of styles ensured that I had ample choices, and I can't emphasize enough how these dresses far surpassed anything I encountered elsewhere. I am so glad I chose to do my dress shopping at The One. Peggie was so helpful, easy to communicate with (before, during, and after my appointment), and made me feel at ease. The 90 minute appointments are great because you can really get a sense of what you like/don’t like without feeling rushed. If you give them a price range, they will stick to it in all of their selections. I ended up finding my dress here and Peggie has kept me in the loop at every step, including letting me know when my order was processed by the company and the estimated shipping date. She turned what I thought would be a more stressful step of wedding planning into one of the easiest. My experience here was lovely and I would absolutely recommend the One!

I was at the salon this past weekend and going into it I can tell you that I was nervous! I had not had success with other salon appointments and with the need to lock in a dress soon, I was hopeful going into the appointment. The team at The One Bridal asked all the right questions to help guide me towards the perfect dress. They focus on how I want to feel on the day of my wedding and as I tried on dresses, they focused on how I felt in each and asked me to list what I loved and didn't love with each. This helped them narrow down the look and style until I was placed in the perfect dress! I cannot recommend this shop enough and the amazing team that works there. I walked into the store a bit stressed because I had no idea what would work for me, what I really wanted and stressed on the idea of not finding a dress. I left feeling confident in my decision and relieved of how easy the whole experience was. Kelsey was just a god send! She listened to what I thought I wanted, understood what I didn't like in individual dresses (even when I couldn't verbally explain why I didn't like something) and helped me navigate the dress shopping experience effortlessly. She clearly loves what she does and supported me through the whole process. I love that they only take one appointment at a time so it really was a special day. I would recommend them to any bride!

My experience at The One Bridal Salon was everything I had dreamed for picking out a wedding dress! Kelsey made me feel so comfortable and special the whole time. She truly listened to my preferences and helped me see a vision for my dress that I hadn't even fully formed yet. She selected lots of gowns that fit most of the aspects I was looking for, all within my budget, and also pulled some that I wouldn't have thought of to encourage me to try. She was very open to feedback and hearing my honest opinion about each one, and allowed me the space and time to think through my options. In the end, I walked away with the very first dress I had tried on - she had chosen it for me so perfectly! I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service here, and will recommend any bride to come to this shop!

This salon is such a gem! Peggie and Kelsey were so helpful and I found my dream dress. Kelsey was so fantastic to work with! She asked for 2 words to describe the look and feel I was going for and I said Classic and Stunnin' and boy did she deliver! She was transparent, understood what I was looking for, and made me feel comfortable and excited to be buying my wedding dress! I specifically chose The One Bridal Salon because they have Jenny Yoo gowns as well as other designers who make simple and clean designs (which is surprisingly hard to find). Above all else, it was way under budget!

I came to this shop after hearing about it from a colleague who bought her dress there after going to 14 other shops in the DC area, and I was not disappointed. The shop is beautiful and so is the selection of dresses. The shop only does one appointment at a time, so it’s a very intimate experience. Peggie was amazingly helpful, patient, and honest. I was there alone, with my mom and sister on FaceTime, and it still felt like a special experience thanks to Peggie. Counting down the days until my dress is delivered, and I can see it again in person!
