THE venue was very accommodating. Great atmosphere for a wedding, wedding shower, baby shower, etc. It also has rooms for business meetings. Great Venue.
I attended a wedding here and the staff was horribly rude to the bride, groom, and kids trying to enjoy their day. The “owner” yelled at a group of kids and said she would lock the...
m in an elevator until they died. The couple rented out the bridal and groom suites and there was a pile of junk in the grooms room. One of the employees also put her hands on one of the kids and that is unacceptable in any situation. Don’t bring kids here, don’t take yourself here. Such a shame, they have such a beautiful building and an ugly attitude.
I attended a wedding at the opera house this weekend and had a horrible experience. The bride left crying along with several kids. The owner threatened a few of the kids that were ...
there by saying "I'm going to lock you in the elevator until you die." These kids were dancing, nothing more. They were not being distructive or disrespectful. When the kids started to cry she began to laugh. When parents of the kids brought it to her, she laughed at them as well.
This place was not worth the money that the bride and groom worked so hard for.
Also, the bartender had no idea what she was doing. We were paying $6 for a drink that nobody was able to finish.
Stay away from this place.
The Opera House in Pacific is an incredible venue for a wedding! Both of my children were married and had their receptions there. They were two completely different styles of weddi...
ngs. Both were perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is historic and beyond beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place for a wedding!
