From the beginning, Roxanne was genuine, kind, professional and ultimately the smartest decision I made during wedding planning. Once she came on board, I was able to unleash the reigns and truly enjoy being a bride, and just focus on the festivities leading up to the wedding. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen....and then some! She wrangled in all of the vendors and went to bat where necessary. She and her team beautifully executed our special day with class and professionalism. It was such a relief knowing that I had someone who I could trust to get things done, and make the day run smoothly. I highly recommend Roxanne and the Ordered Step to anyone who wants to experience their wedding’s fullest potential.

It was a pleasure to work with Roxanne! She was involved and pleasant from the first day I met her! I had utilized her Day of services, and she went above and beyond. She worked with me early to make sure she had a good idea of how to coordinate my wedding. The week leading up to the wedding she quickly dealt with problematic last minute changes and remedied them quickly. During the event she was my right hand in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Desi weddings are not easy, and involves lots of people and events, she did all the research, looked into all the details and it was absolutely amazing! All my guests were so impressed that everything was so orderly! Definite compliment in a South Asian wedding!!! Thank you Roxanne and team!!!

Roxanne and her team did an amazing job for our wedding! My Fiance and I were so thrilled to have found her just in the nick of time! She was so organized and professional that she fully executed everything that we had in mind to a T! We couldn't of asked for a better team to work with!

It was such a pleasure to work with Roxanne. She pays great attention to detail, gives good advice, and is very easy to work with. She was great to bounce ideas off of, and gave good insight to help me make decisions. Our wedding day went smoothly and was beautiful. Roxanne made sure the day stayed on schedule and she and her team handled anything that popped up (because I never heard about any problems). I would definitely use her again for another event.
