her team part of our day. Leading up to our wedding we had multiple meetings with Nicole to pre-engage and make sure our wedding went smoothly. From our view the day was perfection. Nicole has over a decade of experience, and took care of every detail working with our vendor teams. The best was her recommendation for a sparkler exit. We are thankful we got married at the gorgeous Oregon Golf Club and will cherish our day forever. From their amazing staff, delicious food, and overall atmosphere of the club – we could have not asked for a better day. In my opinion the golf club aesthetic is very timeless/classic. If you are looking for a venue – look no further, Oregon Golf Club is the best in the business!

d absolutely recommend working with their team, and especially Nicole Ball, for any event. The service and venue truly exceeded our expectations! Planning process: OGC made it super easy to plan our event with detailed planning and information packages that really streamlined the naturally stressful process. Throughout our planning time, Nicole was also open to answering questions and helped us feel supported along the way. She also demonstrated a lot of flexibility; even with needing to postpone our event due to covid, she was happy to work with us to figure out new plans. In addition, we may not have been the typical couple that works with OGC -- with wanting to DIY/customize a lot of details -- Nicole was kind enough to give helpful direction to ensure we made informed decisions. Our plans ended up working out the way we envisioned them! Food & Drinks: Due to planning a wedding from out-of-state, we were unable to attend the complimentary tasting event that OGC holds for their couples, which may have slightly affected our experience with food served as we had to choose blindly. Still, the menu choices were varied and thoughtful, and the kitchen was accommodating to dietary needs. Variety was also not an issue with beverages offered, and half way through the night, many guests were already letting us know that OGC's signature cocktails were serious business. Customization: I would say one of the highlights of OGC is how easy it was to customize our event! In looking through photographs from previous events, we immediately noticed really different designs within the exact same venue space and were excited execute our own vision as well. Having so many locations to potentially utilize (on-site getting ready suites, clubhouse meeting rooms, indoor main dining room, the vineyard lawn, rose garden, and rose pavilion), we were able to design our event to match our needs exactly. Rain plans were also super straight forward to create given the many options. Service: The event team did a great job on the day-of! We could tell they were experienced and attentive and everything ran smoothly. The bartender was great with our guests and all the wait staff were polite and professional. Venue: Lastly, the venue is simply beautiful! There was a good mix of modern and rustic views all around, and we were lucky enough with the weather to have unobstructed views of mt hood. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at the OGC. Super thankful to Nicole and the whole OGC event team for all their efforts in making our special event run so smoothly! They gave us the freedom to focus on our union and our loved ones, which was what we found most meaningful.

ther the maiden voyage ceremony on the vineyard lawn was exciting and seamless. We couldn't have been more proud to host a wedding there!

cabin-like clubhouse and spacious tent brings the very best of the PNW. About 90% of our 130 guests flew in from out of state and had never been to Oregon before, and there was no better way to show off the natural beauty than to arrive at the entrance of OGC. Every single staff member at OGC was a delight to work with and truly came through day-of. Christina was the manager we worked with throughout the 8 months of planning, and from the very first meeting, she was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and flexible with our numerous asks. From the curated wine list to the floor layout to managing multiple vendors, Christina was there for us throughout every step. On wedding day, Nicole was a true gem and periodically checked-in on us and kept everyone, especially the bride, centered and confident. Additionally, I want to give a huge thank-you to Pablo, Jared, Garret, Tim, and the many staff members who set up the tables, wiped off the wet rose garden chairs (it had snowed earlier that week and rained morning-of!), passed cocktail-hour drinks and hors oeuvres, and served us all during dinner, we were treated with respect, kindness, and efficiency. The OGC staff are the day-of heroes for making this joyful yet complex wedding a true success. One of my cherished pre-wedding moments occurred while pausing in the Pavilion to watch the staff meticulously attend to every table set-up detail as the band readied to play. Please do yourself a favor and choose OGC to be your wedding venue – you won’t regret it!

The staff was incredible on wedding day and we truly felt like everything was so well organized and executed. Our ceremony was outside in the garden and the reception was held in the elegant white tent. I would recommend this venue and team to anyone looking for the perfect outdoor/indoor Oregon summer wedding. Nothing beats the beautiful venue, atmosphere, and team at OGC!

as fablous but Nicole Ball really took it to the next level for us. From our first walk through of the venue she made us feel so welcomed and at ease. We looked at a few other venues before but after leaving the OGC we searched no more! My fiance and I both knew we wanted to get married there! Nicole was always easy to contact and communicate with. She really made me feel like it was my special day and not just another wedding. Day of our wedding all the staff were amazing. The dinner was great, the staff were friendly and all our guests were well served.

lly an August 2020 bride, postponed to July 2021. OGC was hands down our easiest and most understanding vendor to make changes with. They made me feel so comfortable during such an uncertain and stressful time. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Christina for my planning process. She is so organized, kind, professional, ALWAYS available for a call when I wanted to talk something through, and all around an absolute joy to work with. We had many guests visit from out of town and they were blown away with the beauty of the club (especially that drive in!), and I am still getting compliments today that it was the most beautiful wedding folks have been to. The space itself is already stunning, so adding florals, décor, etc. just make it that much more beautiful. The food, service and staff were all amazing as well - everything went off without a hitch. I cannot recommend the Oregon Golf Club enough - thank you for everything Christina & Team!!

r a couple looking for a space that can incorporate all their wedding needs: getting ready spaces for the couple, ceremony in the rose garden, cocktail hour on the patio, and a reception space that can be creatively arranged for dinner and dancing! My husband and I were a Covid-19 affected couple and planned to have our wedding at the OGC in July 2020, but like many others, decided to move our date. We reschedule another two times, until landing on July 23, 2021! OGC was super understanding, flexible with us, and supported each of our date changes. As a bride, to have the personal care and support from event coordinators during a stressful time was so appreciated and what makes OGC so special! Highly recommended!

happen :) The view of Mt Hood and the forest look hooked both of us since we wanted elements of nature. Nicole Ball was fabulous with organizing planning meetings and coordinating with us as a couple to know what we wanted for the day. The staff were always very friendly, especially at the in-person tasting when we needed our own due to dietary needs. There are so many lovely spots for pictures (i.e. the grand staircase!) The getting ready rooms also helped pull it all together (since we were largely there before the ceremony started). The Pavilion did not feel like a tent space at all - it envelopes you into this wedding world with the decor and lighting. Overall, we had a wonderful Fall wedding at the Oregon Golf Club!

s, Nicole was communicative, responsive, calm, and kind. She was so patient and gracious answering all of our questions throughout the entire wedding planning process. The Rose Garden and Pavilion are stunning and are perfect for a wedding backdrop. On the day of the wedding, everything was beautifully executed and exactly what we had planned with Nicole. I’m so glad we chose the Oregon Golf Club as our wedding venue!

e was very friendly and always answered our questions. We ended up having to get a tent the day of our wedding for the rose garden area because it rained all day, up until our wedding and then stopped raining. 🙄 For the money you are paying for this venue, it’s definitely prettier without the tent. The tent takes away from a lot of the garden appeal, especially the archway that you would normally stand in front of during the ceremony. We ended up having to pay for an arbor from our florist so that the inside of the tent looked pretty. The venue was still very pretty, and the reception hall is gorgeous with all of the draping. I highly recommend getting the extra draping package, so behind your head table/sweetheart table it looks good. That’s what we ended up doing and we are glad we did it. Without that draping package there would have just been a black wall because behind that black wall, is the kitchen where all of the staff goes in and out of. We only had two small issues with the venue, one of them was the food quantity. The quality was outstanding. We did a Fettuccine Pasta dish which was fantastic, they accommodated is with this since their food package doesn’t normally have a pasta dish, we also did rockfish and the prime rib carving station. All turned out so good. But when they were dismissing tables to go to the buffet line, they ran out of rockfish before all of the tables were even dismissed. They then told one of my bridesmaids that the fish that was put out was enough quantity for everyone at the wedding, when there were still numerous tables that hadn’t been seated yet. They ended up going to get more, but by the time it came out, everyone had already had their servings. Our second issue was with the desserts. It could have been the timing of when we cut the cake, to when we ended up leaving that night maybe? But I had several guests tell me that the venue was cutting our cake into servings and placing it on tableS for guests to get, but the tables they were putting the cake on, had nobody at them. Cause they had already left. So a lot of our cake went to waste unfortunately. But I do recommend this venue. It is so so pretty and we got the best photos from our photographer.

d possibly be. The bridal suite alone is a reason to book, and their grooms' quarters were not in a barn, like the majority (ALL) of the other 14 venues we visited. Barf. Our wedding guests said this venue was the classiest, most beautiful any of them had ever been to. It lightly rained the day of our wedding, and Anna (Ah-nuh, NOT Anna Banana) was working through rain-options with us to the very last minute in the event of a downpour. Everything about the experience was a dream come true. Thank you, Oregon Golf Club team!!

dy areas right there. I will say though that the day-of service while we were getting ready wasn’t amazing. We are members there and know that they like to keep weddings out of sight for members, but they could have been more accommodating. Several times we asked for things (mirrors, for example) and the attendant would just disappear and not address the request for hours if at all. Also, we had no steak knives for steak during dinner so we were trying to cut steaks with butter knives. That said, the venue is just a great set up especially for a big group and I do recommend, I just hope they find a way to be a little more organized and accommodating for people on their big day.

ic. Lots of great places to take photos with lovely scenery. Food and beverages are fantastic. Things to know: I'm not calling these negatives, as they are more so things that some may not care about but others might. The event coordinators that you work with on the details prior to the big day are fantastic, but the actual day of staff is not - I highly recommend hiring your own day of coordinator to handle all the details! There were several little details that were missed that we had to scramble at the last minute to take care of. You cannot take any of the leftover food home or bring in any outside food or beverages. It's pricey but definitely worth the cost in my opinion!

nt, we were completely blown away and delighted with the overall ambiance. Before the day of the wedding, Nicole was very helpful and always willing to answer any of our questions. On the day of the wedding, the staff was extremely accommodating and ready to help us at any moment. In addition, we heard multiple compliments from our guests on how delicious the food tasted and how superior the venue was compared to other weddings they had attended! We would highly encourage any other couple to use The Oregon Golf Club as their wedding venue!

& made sure everything went as planned. Nicole Bergin, especially, was an incredible help. She kept in great contact with me for several months & was there to answer any & all questions I had at any time. Without her help our wedding may not have been as successful as it was. The venue is just absolutely beautiful as well. We had the perfect day with an amazing view of the mountains. Our photographer was able to capture some great sunset shots as well! Everything was very clean & well organized. Everything in the tent was already set up upon our 7:30am arrival & ready for us to begin decorating our tables. Our get ready rooms were set up wonderfully & allowed us & all our hair & makeup artists to have the appropriate space needed to get as all ready in time! Hood - which they have, but are not guaranteed based on weather. (Luckily, Mt. Hood was in full view for our day). The ceremony site is gorgeous - a rose garden that was in full bloom (we were married in September) and has the air of elegance and sophistication. Working with Nicole Bergin, the OGC onsite event coordinator, was a fabulous experience. She answered all of our questions, was available for a couple of onsite meetings, and allowed us to make accommodations to make our day very special. Nicole has been with the venue for over 4 years so that helped earn our trust - knowing we were in great hands with a knowledgeable staff. We used a couple of the vendors that they recommended and we couldn't have been happier with the work they did too. All in all, I would encourage anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue that is all-inclusive to strongly consider OGC. Our entire wedding went off without a hitch - and from what I hear, very few brides can say that!

ast year, and had an opportunity to take a tour, sample the food, and gather information. We were pretty early in our wedding planning process at that point, and honestly didn't know where to start. After visiting OGC, we knew it was 'the' place - nothing else compared. Nicole Bergin was so amazing throughout the entire process. I felt like I had a million questions, and she was fantastic in walking us through every step, and helping us stick to our budget. When the big day rolled around, everything went according to plan. All of the catering staff was fantastic, and we still get compliments to this day about how great the food was. We had both the wedding and reception indoors (roughly 120 people), and the setup of the pavilion was perfect....plenty of room for people to roam, and it looked beautiful. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

he grounds looked amazing, the tent for the reception looked amazing! And not to mention their food! It's so delicious - and yes, I actually got to enjoy it! Our fathers raved about their stuffed mushrooms! My only complaint is that the food cards we requested be placed near each food item were not set out until after my husband and I, and the bridal party, had already gone through the line - thankfully we were first so the cards were there when the people with food allergies went through. I would highly recommend this place as a venue!
