The Osprey View

e hard to not have a good wedding here. Highly recommended!

e best experience from start to finish. As a very detail-oriented person, I had plenty of questions throughout the planning process, and Josh was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He even hosted multiple vision-planning walkthroughs with us so we could thoughtfully map out where everything would go. We stayed on the property the night before and the night of the wedding, and the accommodations were everything we could have asked for and more—comfortable, convenient, and perfect for the occasion. On the wedding day itself, everything went spectacularly. Josh and Kayla were instrumental in making sure the venue looked beautiful and in working seamlessly with our day-of coordinator to ensure she had everything she needed. The Osprey View is a stunning property, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful it was. We truly wouldn’t have changed a single thing about our wedding, and we are so grateful to The Osprey View, Josh, and Kayla for helping make it such a perfect day.

nue came through and was even more beautiful than we imagined! We stayed at the Airbnb and had our ceremony and reception on two different days. Beautiful venue with diverse vibes for different needs, the accomodations were great for both small and large groups, and the house was very well kept to stay there. It was amazing to have everything all in one space for our entire special weekend. Chairs and tables being kept at the venue was a huge plus. The attention to detail cannot be overstated and the work that was put in over the past year is insane (the grooms bunk was very cool, we spent hours there playing games). The best part of this venue hands-down is the property manager, Josh! He was absolutely incredible. From the day we viewed the venue, until the moment we checked out- he was there for us (way more than he had to be). When one of my vendors started to fall through, he did everything he could to help us. We were driven around on a golf cart and given waters when needed. The list of preferred vendors led us to some of the nicest people we worked with! I hope he knows he made this weekend so special for us and we will never forget him! Osprey View couples are so lucky to have him. Privately, we were able to have coffee with the scenic lake view and read our vows to each other under the oak. With our closest family and friends we were able to have an intimate ceremony in front of the wishing well. And with a larger party we were able to have the most fun wedding reception on the large patio (with room for eating, games, and a dance floor all under one roof). We were also a 10 minute drive from Keel Farms for our wedding weekend brunch, very convenient.

to help and the communication was excellent. During the wedding the blended in and helped the day go smoothly. They provided staff to help with parking and when I was in the need of a ladder they were very quick to get me the supplies. We were able to stay in the home and they made the check in and out very smooth. The property itself was very beautiful. It was big enough to have different areas for the reception, ceremony and cocktail hour but small enough that no one would get lost. It’s in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and it feels isolated from those around you. There were so many different spots on the property for photos that we were able to get a large amount of pictures with different backgrounds and aesthetics. I loved the view from the deck that looks out over the lake and the deck is spacious enough to fit all your guests, food tables and dance floor.
