Holds ceremonies and receptions
Our wedding in October 2025 at the Osthoff was perfection! The venue, scenery and accommodations were wonderful, and we cant say enough about the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our day/weekend went smoothly. There are event coordinators on site too which made the planning process simple and fun! Highly recommend the Osthoff for weddings or large events!
Thank you to everyone at the Osthoff who helped along the way and made our big day a dream come true!

I cannot say enough good things about the Osthoff as a wedding venue. It is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are beautiful with a few different options for a ceremony. My husband and I married at the Gazebo near the pond and it was gorgeous. Their ballrooms are perfect for anyone who wants an elegant wedding. Lori Urban, the wedding event coordinator, is unmatched in organization, communication, and wedding industry knowledge. She makes sure that your day is perfect and runs smoothly. We cannot thank her enough for guiding us through this process! The food was delicious and so many of our wedding guests expressed how amazing their meal was. We would recommend the Osthoff to any couple!

de and spend significant quality time with all of the incredible people who have impacted our lives and relationship. The Osthoff is more than a stunning setting - it created an opportunity to have a full weekend of memories with everyone in one place.
Lori was fabulous to work with - empathetic, enthusiastic, organized, communicative, professional, and SO kind. She always had an answer and was quick to find solutions. The execution was flawless, and we have received countless compliments on our wedding and the venue.
We hosted events all weekend, and every single one was fantastic.
The one tiny downside was that they weren't providing housekeeping at that time. We had one of the largest suites for hospitality, and trash/towels/dishes often took awhile to be cleared after a request was made. We totally recognize that there are staff shortages everywhere, and clear communication from the reservation team and front desk would have helped!
We've been back several times since our wedding, and the renovations are stunning. We cannot recommend Lori and The Osthoff enough!!!

lf. Luckily, my husband has also fallen in love with the resort in the last six years we have been together. Our August wedding truly made our dreams come true. Lori was fantastic to work with leading up to the event and we knew we were in good hands.
We selected the Palm Garden Ballroom due to the chandeliers and timeless woodworked interior. We could not have imagined how beautiful the ballroom would be decorated, and it was so special for just the two of us to soak it all in before guests began to sit for dinner. The food was delicious, and our guests complimented us again and again on how much they loved not only the wedding venue, but the entire resort. It was truly something special to have everybody that we love at The Osthoff, my home away from home for as long as I can remember, for a weekend full of reconnecting and creating new memories. Thank you to the entire team who made our dreams come true – literally!

One and a half months before our wedding, the original reception venue from my fiance and I cancelled on us. The Osthoff was an absolute God-send, and the staff were so helpful as...
we planned our wedding with them in less than a month. They even created a custom menu for us that was much more in our price range (they are pretty pricey), and we got the room for free, because we had a winter wedding). The venue is spacious and beautiful (we were in the Grand Libelle Ballroom), the rooms were very nice for our guests, and everyone kept raving about the food. We had a buffet line, and I could not believe how quickly everyone got their food. We expected there to be little mishaps the day of, but the wonderful staff had everything covered. They were SO accommodating. The only negative was the Aspira Spa. Although it was very convenient to get my hair and nails done so close to where I was staying, the quality was pretty low for the price I paid -- it might be worth it to go somewhere else.
Overall, an incredible venue. Hassle-free, accommodating, and so beautiful!

Thank you so much to Ellie for everything she did and all the work she put into making our day so perfect.
Even though it was mid October we were able to have our ceremony by the gazebo. We used the AV from the Osthoff and they were able to help our pianist setup so that the music and Reverend would be heard by all of our guests. Ellie was there to direct all of us and make sure we started walking down the aisle (from Lola's) at just the right time.
Our cocktail hour outside the Elkhart Lake room was perfect and a beautiful space for our guests to mingle and relax before the reception. The banquet manager worked with us to create some special shooters to be passed out during this time along with hor dourves which Ellie was thoughtful enough to grab some of each for my husband and I since we arrived late due to pictures.
Our reception was in the Elkhart Lake Room. Perfect size room if you want the bar, DJ and about 130 guests! Not to big and not to small. It has an elegant feel to it. The food was amazing and the wait staff was friendly, nice and prompt.
All in all amazing venue all the way around, location, atmosphere, food, staff and the list could keep going and going.

The wedding planning service was very good. Our planner did a great job the day of making sure everything was perfect.
Quality of the food was exceptional.

My husband and I stayed at the Osthoff resort for our wedding night. It was very pricey, but we were thankful we were able to use the grounds to have beautiful wedding photos!

I also used the spa within Osthoff, Aspira Spa, to do my hair, nails and make up. Like the resort, the spa prices were very high. Since the prices were so high I expected the salon services to be exceptional. Unfortunately, they were not. My French shellac manicure had a couple of errors with the white tip on two different nails. The shellac polish chipped on day 2. My hair was great, I have no complaints! My make-up was also fine. My only complaint was with my fake eyelashes. She had problems applying them evenly. For $30 just to apply eyelashes on top of the $65 make-up fee, I don't expect any problems!

problem was they were very quick to fix it and went beyond our expectations. The rental was very reasonably priced and our room was excellent, including a jacuzzi tub and fireplace, also discounted due to the rate for the old world market fair. I would definitely recommend the Osthoff and we will be going back on a yearly basis to celebrate our anniversary !

I wouldn't have wanted to have the reception anywhere else! Perfect food, perfect ballroom, perfect setting!

The osthoff is a super nice hall. The food portions were large and tasty. The wedding planner helped a ton get everything organized and set up. Great seasonal discounts.
Complaint...
s: not very flexible with the menu unless you are paying for it. Large parties cannot have a bar in the actual hall. They are in the process of updating the whole hotel, but the block of rooms they had for us were all the outdated ones.

om, which if you have to have your wedding inside instead of out, it was just as beautiful! It had gorgeous picture windows with a balcony view of the lake! There service impecable and made sure everything went smoothly! All our guests commented on how good the food and how they hadn't such good food at a wedding in a long time!

There were just a few minor "snafus" but their excellent Event Coordinators were able to help smooth everything out over by their and in the end my husband and I were delighted with all they did to make our wedding day phenomenal.
