Previously the warehouse portion of a 1900s-era factory, this 10,000-square-foot converted location can host both ceremonies and receptions. With space for over 400 guests, ample parking, and wheelchair access, all your loved ones can celebrate with you, even your furry friends! Featuring juxtaposing industrial architecture and Art Deco details, soon-to-be-weds who book The Ostreum Venue can experience the best of both design worlds. The open floor plan affords great possibilities when it comes to layout, with silver velvet curtains available to divide the room into two or three distinct spaces. Chandeliers awash the room with a warm glow, completing the atmosphere. Customizable additions like cocktail tables, chairs, and bars allow clients to get the most out of their venue experience. High-end, luxe get-ready rooms with restrooms and kitchens are also onsite.

l crowded. Don't let the blank canvas look of the spaces scare you. Our décor was minimal and we still received many compliments about how breathtaking our wedding looked just with flowers and candles. Also, we LOVE the new "pearl" curtains. It made the space seem much more open. The curtains really help section off the different common areas and actually help in making sure guests don't wander off where they're not supposed to be!
We love The Ostreum employees. My sister got married at The Brik in 2017 and they still remembered me and my parents. Brandon was extremely helpful in organizing the space ahead of time and creating a game plan. They're very understanding people who want your wedding to be the best, most stress-free time of your life, and will ensure that that happens.

The blank slate and square tables allow you to customize the layout for your taste and guest count, Lynsie was great with helping us create our table arrangements. The Ostreum team goes above and beyond and were very attentive, helpful and kind. One thing we also loved is that you could see they were thoughtful during their design process as they have a space for vendors, who work so hard on your big day, to break and have meals. Lynsie was instrumental in our one planning meeting with the vendors by offering smart ideas and helping to ensure our vision was carried out. She also was very kind to us on flexibility of time in the bridal suite and ability to set up a complicated floral hanging the night before as it was very time consuming. We had about 250 guests that fit comfortably in the ceremony space and our guests immediately went to cocktail after followed by the reception. I can't say how AMAZING & HASSLE FREE it is to have all the wedding aspects in the same place! Only feedback, the ceremony space is a little dark if you have an evening wedding (we did 5:30pm). team at the Ostreum, it went PERFECTLY. Lynsie and her team made it a point to truly make my day perfect. She helped organize in areas I didn't even realize I needed. She even helped pin my dress after the ceremony because I completely forgot about getting a bustle added. She went above and beyond from the original tour to the wedding day. Now, the Ostreum itself is BEAUTIFUL. It is seriously the perfect vintage warehouse venue. It's got the vintage warehouse feel with a great gatsby type decor that'll impress anyone. Its huge and has so many different options for layouts. My guests were shocked out how big it was and it fit comfortably approx. 225 people in it. I loved that I could have the ceremony and reception all in one space. It made it so convenient for guests. The decor was so unique and perfect and would compliment anyones style of wedding. The bridal and groom suites were unique and stunning. My groom was obsessed with the pool table in the grooms suite. Every little touch just made it so perfect. I would recommend the Ostreum to ANYONE and EVERYONE. If you want the wedding of your dreams... Book the Ostreum.

I loved that I could have the ceremony and reception at the same place! Everyone is still raving about the venue and the wedding. The Ostreum made my wedding day perfect and magical. It was everything I wanted and more.
