The excellence of the patrons is only outdone by the staff themselves, exceptionally courteous and welcoming regardless of the hour I come a knocking ( not that I have ever had to knock -mind you- ). Greatest valet staff EVER I see y'all out there ready to go even in the worst weather.

One of the standout features at The Otis was the vinyl record players in the room. We were able to enjoy a selection of records, which added a unique and fun touch to our stay!
We also loved the rooftop pool, with its stunning views of the city. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day spent exploring.
Above all, the hospitality at The Otis was exceptional. The team went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their attention to detail truly made our stay special.

t’s always difficult to find a place that is willing to accommodate. Trent and his team offered us viable options including an upgrade that would be able to fit our family. My older kids had fun picking out vinyls and the younger one enjoyed complimentary snacks. Every member of the staff was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the vinyl DJ. The vibe of the hotel is hip yet family friendly. The location is ideal for west campus. We travel quite a bit and the service is one of the BEST we’ve ever had, including top tier hotels and customer service in Japan. Thank you Trent and the staff for a most memorable stay.

aff member we interacted with, and the birthday bubbly and chocolates delivered to our room was a delightful touch. We ended both our nights there at the rooftop lounge, which was wonderful for a relaxed night cap with an incredible view.
The only snag in our stay was the rooftop pool during the day. On a Sunday, it was packed all day and they were blasting music so loud you could hear it in our room 5 floors down. If a party vibe is what you're after, this is the place. But if you'd rather unplug poolside, keep looking. It might be chiller during the week.
