The Outpost by Sawtooth Brewery

The Outpost by Sawtooth Brewery is a wedding caterer based in Ketchum, ID. We operate out of a custom built mobile trailer to provide guests with delicious and fresh meals that are made from scratch and directly on-site. We started this venture in 2019 with a passion to deliver food and beverages to the array of events that happen in our idyllic area. In November of 2011 we opened our original taproom, Sawtooth Brewery, in Ketchum. The following years brought us big moves and expansions as well as the canning of our first beers. Along with beer came our culinary vision that was brought into fruition with the help of our talented Executive Chef, Doug Jensen. The Outpost by Sawtooth Brewery has a variety of menu selections that couples can choose from. Whether you want burgers, tacos, coastal varieties, or other categories. Each option comes with brews from Sawtooth, of course! Requests for catering are welcome and a simple form is all that is needed to start the process.
