an exceptional waiter and suggested excellent drink and menu options. Lydia was very friendly and made sure we had enough of everything. The Mrs. Claus and the Old Fashioned cocktails were amazing! The Lobster Bisque was one of the best I’ve had! The Sea Bass and Prime Rib entrees were prepared perfectly along with our sides of Brussel sprouts, risotto and green beans. To top off our meal, we ended our evening with Key Lime Pie … oh my, Happy New Year to us! Thank you Jesse and Lydia for your great service!

t some wine and a whisky drink! For appetizers we ordered some oysters and calamari. The calamari was absolutely delicious, so much flavor in every single bite and the accompanying sauces just elevated the flavors in every way. Now the oysters, I am very particular about my oysters and these were so fresh. I was impressed. For entrees and side dishes we did the shrimp sauté, lamb t bones, Three-Cheese Au Gratin Potatoes, Crisp Brussels Sprouts, Lobster Macaroni & Cheese. Our favorites were the lobster Mac and cheese and the brussel sprouts they were amazing. I could have it eaten just then and been satisfied. Now for the service, I am not sure I have ever been to a restaurant in downtown Houston with better service than this! High class, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable staff in every area. Our server Jesse James, thank you for making our dinner special and making the best suggestions off of the menu! You were incredible. To the chef, Robert, every single thing brought out to us was exceptionally and magnificently and most importantly deliciously prepared! And to the front host Daniel D., thank you for taking our instagram worthy pictures and suggesting the best spots for photography! We had an incredible time! And to end the night we had the most delicious tiramisu, so creamy and delicious! Thank you The Palm for an incredible experience!

I came to The Palm Downtown Houston for my birthday dinner, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. This is hands down one of the best steakhouses I’ve been to. The food, ambiance, and service were all exceptional.

as delicious, but I highly recommend the crab cakes and the lobster ravioli. Both were outstanding. For dessert, I had the chocolate cake, which was rich and delicious, and I also tried my friend’s carrot cake, which was just as good.
The best part of the night, though, was our server Jesse. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly, and extremely accommodating with all of our requests. He truly elevated the entire experience. Be sure to keep an eye out for their specialty drinks. Jesse recommended the Mrs. Claus specialty cocktail, and it was so good I ordered two.
If you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want an amazing dining experience, The Palm is a must. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

eat recommendations. The palm-tini he recommended was delicious and when I ordered the steak, the Pinot Noir he recommended with it was perfect. My husband had the wagyu lasagna and loved it. I had the 6oz center cut, medium rare, it was perfectly cooked. We ended dinner with the tiramisu for dessert and it had a cute birthday message as well. Anyone that walked by made a point to say happy birthday, it was very nice. Above and beyond service from Logan!!

What we ordered:
- Oysters on the half-shell (tasty & fresh, and the horseradish was more flavorful & potent than most times I've had it)
- Lobster Bisque (very flavorful, one of the best I've had)
- Wagyu Filet (cooked perfectly, not enough space here for all of the m's, so I'll abbreviate....yummmmmmm) with black truffle butter 😋
