Navigating planning a wedding through covid was horrendous, but Alyssa was literally a saving grace. They were very easy to work with and I have zero regrets having my wedding here.

Not only did they help us figure out the setup for our big day, they also connected us with vendors, helped us with setup on the day of, and were on hand until the end of the wedding to help out. A big shout out to Toni Woodard, who was so sweet and so great at communicating with us and answering any and all questions we had. Overall, this is just an incredible venue and I have absolutely zero complaints. Would definitely recommend to any bride out there!

le to find the place, and even though the splash pad was open they had someone closed off the parking lot and allowed ample amounts of spots for all of my guests. There is so much space in the venue I don't believe anyone every felt crowded, and all of my vendors were able to pile in, set up, and get the job done without having to step over anyone else. If you are wanting a venue that allows you the freedom of ceremony & reception in the same area, and a great back up plan for rainy days, I highly suggest this place right here!

he space offers a couple of different outside options as well, from the patio overlooking the creek to the large yard with a silo in the back. I would highly recommend this space for larger wedding parties (it can accommodate up to 300).

rations are needed. I got married in October and it was PERFECT. I could not have picked a better venue. They are very helpful with the layout, having a plan B (for rain if you're getting married outside), and ensuring vendors are all set. The place was clean and ready to go when we came. I cannot express enough how awesome this place is! The bridal suite has tons of mirrors and plugs and can be locked when you leave the room. The staff is just amazing. You guys have got this down to a T!

ing windows around most of the room have such beautiful views. It was amazing to have an inside wedding that felt like we were in the middle of nature but not be outside sweating in July. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially Toni. She has such a pleasant, friendly, and calm demeanor. Toni was great to work with. She answered all of our questions patiently; which I tend to ask a lot of questions so it was great. Toni also worked with my mom and my mom was so happy that planning, paying, etc. was easy and straightforward. We also got married on a late Friday morning and got an awesome deal for the venue. It wasn't too expensive if you rent the whole facility on a weekend, but using just the Great Room / UPS Room on a weekday really saved us money. We came across the venue just through looking on the internet. Even though the venue isn't one of the first listed and doesn't have many (any?) picture on here, this is a venue that you don't want to miss. It's so beautiful, affordable, and they are friendly. If you're not sure, at least go visit. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

of knowing your event won't be compromised by the weather. The space was great for our 175-person reception with a good size dance floor and stage for our band. The cocktail room was perfect for our cocktail hour and they were able to play our slideshow on the projector screen for us throughout our event. The atmosphere was perfect for our wedding reception - We definitely recommend if you are looking for a rustic feel without the worry of an outdoor reception! The park also provided plenty of photo opportunities for our wedding party.

Sam and Toni were both quick and responsive with all of our questions, and worked with us to resolve issues we had with vendors, delivery changes, etc. I highly recommend Gheens Foundation Lodge!

them to do to help with my wedding. They were so flexible and so eager to share in my joy. The UPS Great Room is mostly made up of windows looking out over the park and a creek so it felt like we were outside (which had been my intention). I would not have gotten married anywhere else!
