Overall experience with Party Machine was good, with a few things that didn’t go quite as anticipated which is the reason for the rating. •Pros: Jeff is a very nice personable guy to work with, the song portal to build out preferred songs is appealing if you want to be involved in song selections, also offers photo booths & 360 camera for guests to have a little extra fun. Guests always like these! •Cons: Despite the details we put into the portal, some of our song selections weren’t played when we had requested them to be played so felt like those asks were not followed closely, there didn’t seem to be any slow songs during the main dancing window for our guests to partake in during the (most were played during dinner), some unexpected upbeat/rap requests were played during dinner, would also recommend a little smoother transition/fade out between songs. Perhaps more discussion should’ve been had about the songs in the portal during the final consultation before our wedding to be better aligned on this. None of these things by any means caused a damper on our day, but ultimately why we feel it deserves a 4 star rating. Thanks again Jeff and team!

The Party Machine MCed my daughters wedding recently. They did a fabulous job keeping the ceremony flowing. The music selection was great with something for everyone who attended.

We first ran across The Party Machine because they were recommended by our venue, and they were absolutely the way to go! The owner, Jeff, was extremely friendly and flexible in trying to plan our day given that my fiancé and I were both long-distance at the time of booking and out of town the months leading up to the wedding. The questionnaire Jeff sent out was extremely thorough and we actually answered this first before going through our other vendors’ questionnaires because it asked everything we could imagine in our timeline! We were extremely thorough with adding songs to the Party Machine portal and I would definitely recommend taking the time to carefully add the songs and think of the vibe you’d like to have at the event. I was very impressed as many of the ceremony songs we had found on Youtube – and The Party Machine was able to incorporate these seamlessly into our ceremony. Mandy and Brad had our guests out on the floor dancing all night, and the only hiccup in the MC’ing was we had switched the order of the mother-son and father-daughter dances, so at first, the wrong song was playing. This was quickly corrected and Mandy was extremely apologetic even for such a small mistake that really only we would have noticed! We had originally wanted to play a song and go around to all the tables to get a photo with our guests. Jeff actually recommended a “Photobomb” moment on the dance floor where the couple stays stationary and all the guests run in and out to take a photo with them. We coordinated this with our photographer but y’all it was SO MUCH fun and really got everyone out and comfortable on the dance floor when we then transitioned into the cha-cha slide. We got so many compliments on the music for our wedding and I can’t thank jeff and his team enough for making sure our day went smoothly!

Best DJ ever. Kept the crowd dancing the night away. They are very easy to work with and highly recommend them.

Party Machine was a fantastic choice for our wedding day. Jeff is the most personable and organized guy you could meet to plan your timeline and music. We especially loved the 16-page questionnaire, which helped give us an idea what to expect and what all would happen the day-of. They did forget a couple things like the extension for toasts and the welcome we wanted to give at the dinner, which is the only reason I gave four stars. But overall everything was great and they kept the party going - lots of compliments too on music!

Jeff and his team are really awesome. The Party Machine was one of those wedding vendors that I just had blind trust in because they really know what they are doing. Everything was great at my wedding and Sean even threw in a throw back song from my high school days after one of my friends mentioned it in her toast and I wanted to dance to it. 10/10 would hire again. These people are amazing! The website to create our playlist was easy to use. We had a zoom meeting the week of the wedding to go over the final timeline and details of the day to make sure everything runs smoothly. Both the DJ and MC were awesome and they did a really great job picking music from our list and engaging guests to keep people on the dance floor. Highly recommend!!!

The Party Machine provided Sparklers effects for our first dance. Jeff was very professional , responsive and very easy to work with. The day of our wedding his son was in charge of making the magic happen, and as expected he delivered a spectacular sparklers show that left everyone speechless. We are very pleased with the service provided by The Party Machine, we recommend them without any hesitation!

After my about 5 minutes with my initial call with Jeff I decided these were my guys. He’s so laid back and that’s exactly what I wanted for my reception. He’s professional and organized and spent lots of time making sure the music was exactly what we wanted. The DJ Brad caught on that I didn’t keep a schedule, but kept me on the timeline and made adjustments. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We had Sean as our DJ! We knew him before our wedding so picking him to be our DJ was not a tough choice. But he EXCEEDED our expectations! He was awesome. Very interactive with our guests, kept people on the dance floor, and was the cherry on top of the perfect day! Highly recommended!

Personalized experience from start to finish!

The Party Machine MC and DJ were beyond fantastic! All our guests loved dancing. They played our playlist selection appropriately to mix together songs guests enjoyed vibing to. They took appropriate requests as well from guests. They also took fantastic drone shots. Arrival and set up on time and no complaints. The music was also at a good volume. It's a pet peeve of mine when you can't talk to guests at parties because the music is so loud it's deafening and damaging to the ear drums. Perfect volume level and lights set up. Everything was wonderful.

Logan and Sean did an amazing job! Our ceremony and reception were everything we wanted! They played good music and got the crowd up dancing and having a good time!

The Party Machine was great!!! They really work well with you to get the best idea of the music you want played at your wedding!! We enjoyed them and their games that we had during the reception! Their prices were great and didn’t charge the “wedding ceremony fee” a lot of the other places do. They work on a schedule and it made everything flow so well!!

We wanted a party for our wedding reception and The Party Machine exceeded our expectation. We chose the package with up-lighting and the Photo Booth and were thrilled with the outcome. We made a list on their website of songs we like, but we trusted them to play according to the vibe and they killed it! I would recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for a DJ.

All around amazing! Jeff made sure we had a timeline mapped out to the minute before our wedding and that each song picked was the exact version we wanted. The party machine DJ'd my wedding on 9/7/19 and the whole team was absolutely incredible! The owner, Jeff, communicated really well and made all of the planning a breeze. Our DJ played awesome music, and our MC was phenomenal- made sure to keep the party going and got everyone out on the dance floor. Shaun, our MC, was like a mind reader. If I was ready for a song change, all I had to do was look at him, and he knew exactly what I wanted. We also got a photobooth, which was a HIT! Guests got a copy of their pictures, and they put together an album for us of all the photobooth pictures from the night. I 100% recommend the party machine and their incredible team!

Awesome!!! We first experienced The Party Machine at my husbands company Christmas party and knew we needed to have them at our wedding. The DJ and MC were fantastic. They allowed us to customize our music for both the wedding and the reception. We still get compliments about the music at our wedding!

The Party Machine is a great entertainment business to work with! They are very helpful, kind and prepared. We spent time interviewing DJ's in the upstate area and we were very satisfied with our decision to work with the Party Machine. They are all about making your event (in our case a wedding) personalized. Their client log in allows you to create your own playlist and gives a chance for guests to make requests. They gave us over an hour of time to discuss specifics before the wedding to be sure we were all on the same page.

It was great to pick specific songs we wanted played (as well as those songs we did not want played). Jeff flawlessly crafted my processional song as well as our first dance song. I was amazed at his willingness to do this and his speed. He allowed me to preview my song choices to get them just right for my idea. The team was wonderful! Thank you!

Party Machine was great. We had a last minute vendor switch for the music and had to do everything in the three or four weeks before the ceremony. Jeff worked with us, gave us extensions to finish everything as needed, and the final consult was great. He worked with us on the timeline. For the actual event, we worked with Logan and Richard and they were both fantastic! Completely professional, attentive, and nothing cheesy at all about the reception. I highly recommend them.

The Party Machine was everything they promised and so much more than expected. Their service is prompt and professional. Their team is well put together and exceptionally trained. Even with last minute changes including an hour before the ceremony, Jeff had everything nailed down without a single moment of worry. Steps to the dances were taught and guests were involved and the DJ interacted with everyone. Before the wedding day, Jeff talked with us over the phone since my fiancé was out of town, we spent about an hour going over every detail of the ceremony and reception. They had an order of events that made the night flow and was great to have. I can not say enough how much fun my wedding was because of the great DJ and MC.

The Party Machine was amazing. The owner and I could not work out a time to meet in person, so he had a phone meeting with me to ensure we could go over all the details for the reception. He suggested great songs for all the events (entrance, cake cutting, etc) and was generally very pleasant. At the actual event we had an MC and DJ present. The MC was incredibly interactive without being cheesy, which was exactly what we wanted. We had an amazing party and it truly would not have been such a fun time without them. They played great music all night and if I requested music, I had priority which was nice. We also rented a photo booth through them for the night. It included props and everything. The booth was staffed all night and each guest got copies of their photos (ex- 5 people went in the booth, all 5 got a copy, not just two). They then kept a copy and made us an awesome scrapbook! The MC even grabbed our place cards from the head table to include :) it was amazing!

Not only were they a DJ and provided us with an atmosphere, they also helped to direct and coordinate with our other vendors and made our wedding day run so smoothly. We had a great time at the wedding! The Party Machine kept people dancing with a good mix of music. In fact, one of my aunts said that it had to be a great reception because even my grandmother was dancing. Jeff, the MC, was personable, fun, and, as my Matron of Honor said, not obnoxious like a lot of MCs. :) Overall, I heard a lot of people say that our DJ/MC selection was fantastic. We also got the Photo Booth. Guests of all ages seemed to enjoy it. An added bonus was the great scrapbook we got at the end of the night. It was enjoyable to look at all the pictures and the notes people left. A great addition for sure to our reception! We also found that a lot of guests that didn't really know each other ended up taking photos together because of their children, table arrangements, etc.

The Party Machine made our wedding into a PARTY. We had an incredible time, and it was all thanks to Frasier (our DJ) and Jeff (the owner)! They gave us a great deal and blew our minds with the product. We had a sort of quiet crowd, but the Party Machine staff made it a hilariously fun party! Friends that are getting married who attended our wedding are already booking them- please make sure you take this opportunity to make your wedding reception a blast!

Jeff and his team did our wedding in April 2013 and were wonderful to work with. We went to a wedding a few years ago where they DJ'd, and I've always said I would use them when it was time for my wedding because they do such a great job. Not many people realize this, but your DJ and MC make a huge difference when getting your guests on the dance floor and making sure they have a good time. Party Machine kept our guests dancing until the very end of the reception - so many guests have commented on how much fun they had. I've been to many weddings where the same handful of people dance the whole night while everyone else just stands around watching - this was not the case with Party Machine. They were very professional from the time we booked them until the wedding was over. Jeff wanted to know about our taste in music and what we did and didn't want at our reception, and he did a great job executing everything. We wanted our reception to be classy, but we also wanted everyone to have a great time, and he made sure that happened. He checked in with me several times during the reception to make sure I was happy with everything and to see if I wanted anything changed. I highly recommend using Party Machine!

The Part Machine went above and beyond to try to make my reception everything I wanted. They did that and so much more. They kept the party going and everyone dance and had an amazing time. They DJs were great at keeping people dancing. Our planning meeting with them and the hours we put in to our music lists were somewhat ignored. We asked for no requests and more than half way through the reception this was remembered. A couple songs on our do not play list were played. All in all we were the only ones who knew this but we did feel some of our time was wasted. Our guests had a blast.

I could not be happier with the services I received from The Party Machine. I think that everyone wants their guests to have fun at the wedding reception, and I know mine did! We ALL had a BLAST!!! So many people have told us how much fun they had. Our dance floor was still packed even when it was time for our last dance! Two weeks prior to the reception, we met with The Party Machine and they made sure they knew every detail about how we wanted the reception to flow and the atmosphere that we wanted. The Party Machine was a great deal and our Emcee was fabulous. There were just a few things that could have been handled differently, and the DJ kept playing requests from the guests that were kind of random. I think it just depends on which Emcee and DJ you get!

I really loved my DJ. She was nice, funny, and really was great as an MC. All of my guests seemed to have a lot of fun, and the music was perfect.

I was very impressed with the Party Machine's performance at other weddings I'd been to and therefore, used them for mine. The wrong DJ showed up with no warning. (not the one I was told I would have) I had to literally TELL them when to do things after spending hours filling out a paper for them to do it themselves. NOT HAPPY!

My husband said he had never seen so many people dance at a wedding. The dance floor was packed all night. They played all the music we wanted to hear. My sister is using them for her wedding next spring.

He had a plan to get everyone on the dance floor and he succeeded.;He was also responsible for one of the funniest moments at our reception that he got my husband to do. It could be embarassing for the bride but it is all in good fun and your husband has to agree that he wants to do it. It didn't bother me.

Fraser Forde knows weddings and he knows how to work a reception. They have about a 6 page questionnaire you fill out and once that's done, your reception will run w/o flaws. These guys are on it ,from announcing the wedding party, cake cutting, toasts, and bouquet toss...oh, not to mention getting a bunch of people up to dance who would normally sit by and watch!

I met with Frazier beforehand to discuss the reception. He gave me a song list to choose from and I was able to pick every song that was played! He was so easy to work with and so great at guiding the party when it seemed to lose focus. I couldn't say enough about how great The Party Machine was!!
