Hi! I’m the owner of The Pastry Bar! My love for baking began in high school when I started working at a bakery in Worthington, OH until it unfortunately closed. I ended up pursuing a career in I.T. after that until COVID came around and found myself needing a new job. I began working at The Suisse Shop in Columbus, OH eventually moving to become a pastry chef for Abercrombie & Fitch HQ in New Albany, OH. During that time, The Pastry Bar came about! The Pastry Bar strives for excellence and precision to create not only delicious desserts but also a piece of art for your special event! I am honored to be a part of your special day. We are woman owned and LGBTQ+ friendly!

d time deciding. We don’t typically like cake but wanted it for our reception. It was outstanding and so delicious! Not only did the cake taste amazing the design we sent her she duplicated exactly. We also had her delicious shooters and cake pucks that everyone raved about too! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to go with Maya and the Pastry Bar.

what we were looking for I was amazed at how quickly Maya was getting back to us, it was record speeds! They executed exactly what we were hoping for! It was delivered and set up beautifully. Not only was the process beyond easy but the cake was so good! We selected the lemon flavor and it melted in our mouths. We are not exactly dessert people but I cant wait for our anniversary to have this cake again and not share this time! Maya was so amazing to work with!

s on the day of, they first attempted to deliver to our house instead of our venue but we're still able to get everything set up in time. Also, the wedding cake did not have the correct type of filling we had discussed. It was still all delicious.
