We used KC FLO for our wedding in September and cannot begin to describe how amazing they were! Katie was so incredibly helpful and responsive during the entire planning process and the band was truly incredibly on the day of our wedding. They played such a great variety of songs that all of our guests enjoyed, kept our dance floor insanely packed all night long and it never stopped! I had wanted a band initially but we had gone back and forth debating it was worth it and I can tell you it most definitely is! KC FLO was one of the highlights of our reception and we are SO thankful we decided to take the plunge and book them, it was worth everything. We went with the 5 piece band and it was perfect, they also did a great job of Emceeing the night. All of our guests have told us how amazing the band was and how much it made the reception. If you are looking for a band, you should definitely go with KC FLO as you will not be disappointed. They helped make our reception so special and something we will never forget!

We had so much fun with KC FLO. We continue to get so many compliments on how amazing the band was. They truly made our night perfect. The song choices were exactly what we were imagining and they were very flexible with our plans. The only hardship we had with them that day was a miscommunication on the dinner playlist. I had pre-made a playlist for dinner that KC FLO was supposed to play but the event space ended up playing their own playlist instead. Otherwise we had such an amazing time partying it up with KC FLO on the most fun and important day of our lives!

We hired KC Flow for our son's wedding reception and all I can say is they far exceeded our expectations! We had an eleven-piece band (I wanted all the instruments) that included at least two singers and one sound engineer. A few months prior to the wedding the bride and groom filled out a questionnaire and then had two planning meetings within the last month. The band was prepared and ready to perform as scheduled that night. Some of the members told me they were super excited as the couple requested a few songs they don't have the opportunity to pay often. The band leader kept the schedule of dances and speeches on track and once those were finished the dance floor was packed the rest of the evening! The band interacted with guests which made it all that more special. We received so many compliments and even more the days after the reception. I was a little nervous hiring a band that I had never heard before knowing that could make or break the reception. All I can say is we couldn't have made a better choice and can't wait to use them again for my other son's wedding! If you want a live band this is the way to go!

We would highly recommend The Patrick Lentz Band & KC FLO. Their communication before the wedding to understand the vision and flow of what we wanted for the wedding was great! Katie took time to visit and get a whole understanding of what we wanted to do. The string quartet did an amazing job at the wedding. The songs were played with perfection and perfectly timed. The flow of the entire evening from the cocktail hour filled with jazz music and the dinner with the keys was perfect! I can’t say enough about the amazing band!! The dance floor was packed the entire evening! They played the perfect songs for us from young to old enjoyed such a great mix of music. They were so professional. They even assisted my daughter who did a surprise for her husband and sang a song on stage! It was truly an unforgettable evening. KC FLO is THE band you want for your wedding!! From planning to execution, we could not be happier with our experience. We added a sax to the 5-piece band, with the addition of a violinist for the ceremony. The ceremony was magical and dreamy to perfection. She was raved about during cocktail hour! For cocktail hour, we had the guitarist and saxophonist play pop instrumentals - amazing, highly recommend. For the reception..the emcee timed everything perfect. From the speeches, dances, and dance floor... the dance floor was packed all night. When they say they can read the room - TRUST THEM. They know what they are doing. They also accommodated the most special of moments- My dad had re-wrote lyrics to our father-daughter dance song, and they performed it live. I also got to rock it out on stage for my favorite song! Lastly, we rented a stage with facade. The facade completely elevated the reception space - would definitely recommend the add on! We had the absolute best time. Run, don’t walk and book KC Flo now for your wedding! I cannot stress how amazing this band is – we wanted our guests on the dancefloor for the entire night and that’s exactly what we got. Finding a band is difficult, especially when you haven’t seen a lot of them in person, but I can guarantee you will love KC Flo. The band has such enthusiasm and their range is amazing, offering all genres. Our wedding was in STL, so they traveled in and were very competitively priced for the amazing service and performance they put on. We added on the ceremony package, so they played the keys for all of our songs throughout the processional/recessional and ceremony, which was beautifully done. The “emcee” for the night coordinated the timing of all the speeches and helped the flow of the dinner move along well. We also added on keys and sax to their standard 5-piece package (male & female vocals, drums, 2 guitars) and it filled out the sound so well for the reception. Their medley performances are exactly what your crowd wants and they actively gauge the audience to switch out songs based on the audiences engagement and reactions. They were even able to perform our first dance songs live, which was really special. The entire planning process was seamless – Katie was such a gem to work with and scheduled a few meetings to get into the details about what exactly we envisioned for our entire event. She really listened to what we wanted (and what we didn’t want!) and walked through each part of the night, noting who would be giving a speech and when, what songs would play and when throughout the ceremony, if there was anything special we wanted to do and they were able to accommodate all of our requests. This is a vendor you will not need to worry about at all – The entire planning process was completely stress-free and they were a highlight of our wedding!

Patrick Lentz and KC Flo was the best wedding wedding band we have ever seen – lucky for us it was our wedding! From beginning to end they were great to work with! Katie was so easy to communicate with and would always respond quickly if we ever had a question. The prep they did before the wedding with us our and wedding planner truly made us feel we were in great hands. Something that was very important to us is that our wedding was a non stop party – well, KC Flo delivered! Patrick and his band got people up dancing and no one wanted to sit down! People of all ages were dancing the entire night! They can play every type of genre and seamlessly transition between the songs! It was so much fun! We had multiple people ask who the band was and where we found them! Can’t recommend them more!

We hired KCFlo to perform at our son’s wedding at Osage House in Cave Springs, AR. They were off the chart fantastic! So much energy all night long! The dance floor filled up with their first set and never let up! David was the emcee for the night and did a great job announcing all the various events. A very talented group of musicians! All night long all I heard was how incredible everyone thought you are. When Vinni asked me if we could go with you I knew how desperately he wanted to lock you in for their wedding date. Now I understand why! You helped us throw the best party and you made me a very happy mother of the bride. And I appreciate so much that you let dad hop on the drums…he’s actually quite an amazing drummer but I think he was so nervous playing on Sat. Especially after having to do the one thing he fears most in life - public speaking!! 😂 Thank you for allowing him to participate in that way at our daughter’s wedding. This band was the highlight of the wedding! Everything went better than we could have ever imagined. Patrick and his team were phenomenal! All our guests kept coming up to us saying how wonderful and fun the band was. They nailed our first dance song live and brought everyone to the dance floor for an amazing opening set that set the tone for an incredible night! KC Flo is THE BAND for your wedding. We loved working with Katie and the team - very professional, organized and timely. We enjoyed ceremony music, cocktail hour jazz, in addition to reception music. Our band was perfectly curated with our music preferences and party vibe in mind. They played a range of songs such as modern pop, throw backs and 80s rock. I couldn’t believe how amazing the vocalists were! The dance floor was full the whole night.

We got so many compliments from friends and family and we are so glad we did a live band, it really elevates the whole wedding experience for guests! WOW. Just wow. My mother discovered KC Flo on youtube and we immediately knew we needed them to apart of our special day. They are one of those vendors you will never have to worry about. Their entire team makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you choose them to perform at your wedding. We never had a concern on if they were going to be good or not. That being said, they blew our already high expectations away! I can confidently say Steve and I never left the dance floor, along with most of our guests. Their ability to pick up the vibe from the group and perform accordingly is amazing. We personally don’t always love to listen to full songs. So, we were even more thrilled when they played more of a mashup that flowed perfectly from song to song. This kept the energy high and us moving all night long. I can’t recommend KF Flo enough. KC FLO is magic. Hire them. Now. Right now. They played the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They learned specific songs we wanted for the ceremony and struck the perfect chord for the jazz inspired cocktail hour. When it came to the reception NO ONE and I mean NO ONE left the dance floor all night long. Every single wedding guest said they were the best band they've ever seen at a wedding. Some guests said they forgot they were even at a wedding for a minute and thought they were at a concert. They are beyond talented and so kind. Two sets of friends from Chicago asked if they could book them for their upcoming weddings. They are incredible HIRE THEM. RIGHT NOW. DO IT.

When we hired The Patrick Lentz Band, we knew they would be amazing. However, PLB blew any expectations we had completely out of the water, by A LOT! We had a 4-hour dance party (which we knew was a little risky being so long) but the dance floor was PACKED the entire night until it shut down at 1am. Patrick was a great emcee, and every musician and vocalist was incredibly talented. Their perfectly curated setlist kept the energy up all night and we didn’t want it to end! We have received so many comments from guests about how PLB was the best band they’ve seen at a wedding and “we wish we could go see them in concert!!”. Our contact, Katie, was lovely to work with and made planning so easy and seamless. Thank you, PLB, for delivering such an incredible and memorable night for us!!

I literally cannot say enough good things about this band. We were married in Des Moines, IA where there are virtually 0 bands of the kind we were looking for, so I'm glad they popped up as available out of KC. First, the lead up to the day of was great, working with Katie made me feel super confident in the band and honestly just about the wedding in general. But then the day of just like - wow. Almost every single person at our wedding commented on them. The flow of the performance, the way they fed off the crowd, the TALENT FROM THOSE SINGERS, the song choices. Just incredible. We were advised not to provide a set list and just let them flow with the crowd and feel what we were vibing with and I'm so glad that was recommended because it was so perfect. The way they combined songs and made things their own (but in a way everyone could still sing along) was just so impressive. Multiple guests said they want to hire them for their own weddings so cannot wait to see them again and again!

We hired KC FLO for our reception and they completely blew it out of the water! We received so many compliments from our guests that they were the best band they've ever seen at a wedding, and my husband and I are thrilled they were part of our evening. We wanted a party and we got one with KC FLO's set list and insane mashup/transition performance style. Shoutout to band manager Katie and emcee/lead vocalist Richie! Dancing the night away with KC FLO was easily the best part of our wedding. Highly highly recommend, worth every penny!

We got so many comments about how this was the best, most fun and lively band people had ever seen. Katie and her team were absolutely incredible. The vocalist to all the musicians were rockstars. They catered to all of our requests and fulfilled it better than we could ever imagine. They were able to keep our party dancing for 5 straight hours. The band was incredible! They made our Wedding a huge success and had the dancefloor going all night! Everyone can't stop talking about how amazing they were and how their transitions were soooo good. We had a blast! They were also professional and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend!

Our daughter and son-in-law were married at Notre Dame, IN and we had booked KC Flo almost 2 years before the date. We knew the music was going to be one of the most important aspects of the reception to our guests. Booking a band purely on internet videos and reviews was taking a leap, but we felt like that many people couldn't be wrong--and they weren't. It is no exaggeration that KC Flo were amazing--their continuous play format ensured that the party never slowed down. One after another our guests have raved about the band, saying it felt like they were at a concert. Working with Katie to get the timeline down pat and going over every want/don't want gave us confidence that the evening was going to unfold just as planned. Book them early!

I had KC FLO at my June 2022 wedding. They were AMAZING!! Honestly, the best live band I have ever heard! I truly felt that the band was worth every single penny we paid and more. So many guests approached me at the wedding raving about the band and wondering where we found such an amazing band. I was unable to see the band live prior to booking and relied on YouTube videos. The YouTube videos match exactly what you will receive the day of, they are that amazing!! Since the wedding, I have received nonstop compliments from wedding guests about the band. Katie Loomis was so easy to work with and helped plan our day perfectly. Everything went perfectly and according to plan. The dance floor was packed all night! As the bride, I did not leave the dance floor once. I truly can not recommend this band more. If you want amazing music at your event, hire KC FLO!!!!

Patrick and the entire band made our wedding such a memorable evening! They rocked the house with and didn’t miss a beat! I loved hearing our first dance song live and the guests danced all night! They absolutely nailed it and we’re so glad we chose them for our wedding reception.

Simply the best. I have no other words to describe KC Flo. Our guests loved them and so did we. From booking them, to planning the reception, to the day of they were great. They worked with us on adding the extra pieces to the band we were looking for, made a energetic room opener work, and kept the party going. They did a great job of making sure everything ran smoothly and introducing each part of the reception. It was perfect. I never wanted them to stop playing. I would book them over and over again. They are worth it.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE band that guests of all ages loved! They have so much talent, energy and stage presence that the dance floor was crowded from the beginning to the end of the reception. I cannot recommend them enough!

We hired the Patrick Lentz Band as the band for our wedding reception in Bennington, Nebraska and it was one of the best vendor decisions we made for our special day! Not only was the band dubbed "the best wedding band ever" by numerous guests, but Katie was great with communications leading up to the event as well. Weeks later, we still have guests asking about PLB, and commenting on their ability to play 45 minute non-stop sets! Our dance floor was packed until the last song, and even got one more song via encore after the crowd chanted "one more song" I strongly recommend booking PLB for your wedding. They're worth every penny!

Hiring this band was the best decision I have ever made. My fiancée and I are music fanatics, and we have travelled the world listening to live music. We found KC FLO by chance but after hiring them we heard from multiple people throughout the Midwest that this band was far and above the best wedding music in history and they lived up to the hype! The style of music is SO unique and perfect for weddings- there wasn’t a single moment of less than 100% energy. Everyone in our wedding was on the dance floor ALL NIGHT and tearing it up. Hire this band!!!! Hire the full band and DON’T skimp on the brass or you’ll miss out!!!!

Absolute PROS! We delegated a lot of the music decisions to them and I'm so glad we did. They cycled through so many songs of all genres and we received SO MANY compliments on the band. Several of our guests didn't leave the dance floor all night and I think that's the biggest testament a band can receive.

WOW! KC Flo played at our wedding this May and people could not stop talking about how incredible our band was. From the get go these guys are on top of it. They are organized and professional. At the wedding they did an incredible job of reading the room and we did not have an empty seat the entire night. The band really set the vibe for our wedding and we would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter's wedding was at Hathorne House April 2, 2022. I can't rave enough about the band! They were fabulous! They had a good sense of the guests they were playing to and everyone of all ages danced all night! For those who were not dancing, (very few) they also loved the band! So entertaining and so talented!

The Patrick Lentz band was absolutely incredible and exceeded all of our expectations!!! They worked with us to create a song set that kept guests on the dance floor ALL night! Everyone kept commenting how they have never seen a more packed dance floor! They did an incredible job and we loved how they flowed seamlessly from one song to the next. They also learned the song we requested for our first dance and sang it live, which was beautiful. At the end of the night they led the group through a second line, which was a hit! Finally, they traveled to Louisville, Kentucky, to make this all happen!!! Our only question is: when can we book them again?!?

We got married in February of 2022 in Kansas City. I cannot say enough good things about 𝖪𝖢 FLO. The booking process was so easy. We were in contact all throughout the planning process and they were flexible when needed. For the reception we had a five piece band who absolutely was the highlight of the evening. The dance floor was consistently packed and people of all ages were thoroughly enjoying themselves the entire evening. Literally never was there a dull moment. I would highly highly recommend them to everyone!!!

The Patrick Lentz Band was absolutely fantastic!!!! The dance floor was always packed and the singing was amazing - I had to keep checking that it was truly a live band playing and not a recording they were that good! In their first set my cousin came up to me and said "we need a bigger dance floor" because everyone was up on their feet! Not only was the booking process easy (and we were a postponed wedding from 2020), so was the final days of planning. Two teammates of the band reached out to get every final detail exactly as we wanted it for the reception and it went so smooth! Our asks were unqiue too as we had a flash mob, an "east coast" style wedding (with dancing in the middle of a course), my MOH used music in her toast, all cut/edited songs for first dance, mother/son, and father/daughter, a champange parade, and a pizza cake cutting late in the night that we all had to coordinate with music. The band was so flexible and accommodating to all our wants and made the day absolutely perfect!! Everytime we asked "can we do this" the answer was always yes! Our wedding was in Chicago, IL and we did a ton of research including local based bands when we were trying to find the right fit for our day and we couldn't be happier with our choice. So many of our guests asked about them as their style of play kept everyone moving and there was no "lull" in the party. The dance floor only empitied out when the band took a break! Would highly recommend them to any couple looking for an amazing live band!

KC FLO was exceptional!! They kept our wedding guests on the dance floor the entire night with high energy and an electric set of music. So many friends and family could not stop talking about how great the music was and even commented that it was like having our own private concert with the quality of musicians and vocalists. The entertainment value they provided could not be matched by anyone else and Patrick provided high-quality customer service throughout. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a live wedding band to look no further than KC FLO! They were amazing!!

Our wedding was in KC on 9/18 and we have nothing but amazing things to say about KC FLO!!! We had a 12 piece band and they rocked the house. We had them play nonstop sets and it really kept the party going. Guests are still asking about the band! It really made the evening memorable.

Patrick Lentz Entertainment, I want to take a moment to thank you,….. the group of entertainers that you sent to St. Louis for our Oct 9 wedding. We had an absolutely perfect weather evening and your team of extremely talented entertainers helped to make our fairytale wedding come true in every way. The start of the evening outside around the statue of St. Louis with your keyboard and saxophone players was the perfect kick off to the evening. There was a spectacular sunset,…. the sounds of the talented musicians and brisk conversation among our guests was just right. We enjoyed our dinner and guests inside and then had the weather and great pleasure of going to the south terrace outside for the balance of the evening. The talent, kindness and energy of the group of musicians on the terrace was everything that we and our guests had hoped for. Due to a bit of a late start the band played through and created a party atmosphere that was unstoppable. Nearly every guest was on the dance floor, and our bride and groom never stopped. The choice of music and the manner in which the band took one song to the next was so creative and again, perfect in every way. We are so very grateful for what you brought to our evening,….. the perfection …. the PARTY!!!! We look forward to the next time that we are in a position to make the request of your talented team. Patrick and his band helped to make our wedding reception an amazing event! Patrick emceed the entire night, which ran very smoothly and on schedule. The band also provided live, acoustic ceremony music, which set the mood and tone perfectly for the wedding itself. When it came time to get the crowd up and dancing, it took only seconds for the dance floor to be packed, and they kept it packed all night. The continuous flow style of the show kept the energy up and the seamless movement from song to song kept everyone interested and excited to hear what was coming next. Even after a short break, the band brought the energy level right back up immediately. We got so many compliments from our guests on the band and the music selection. The band even had a little surprise song for us at the end of the night, which created an incredibly special moment with us and our guests. Aside from the night itself, we were blown away by how organized, detailed, and thorough the planning process was with Patrick's entire organization. No detail was left untouched, and every detail discussed was executed correctly at the event itself. It was instantly clear that the entire organization is made up of true professionals who really have the wedding entertainment process down to a science. Wedding performances require a different type of planning and a different type of show, and we felt like we had absolutely nothing to worry about and that we were in great hands with our wedding band. We would recommend PLB to anyone!

My wife and I have lost track of all the "Best wedding ever!", "That band was legit!" , "I can't believe how good this band is!" comments we heard. We honestly can’t say enough how great Patrick and his band were for our wedding. They came all the way to MILWAUKEE and absolutely crushed it. We were married on 6/19 and are still getting messages on how great they were. They absolutely nailed the vibe. The way they transition songs is 100% spot on and keeps the dance floor BUMPIN’. Look no further than this band. Take the time to meet every band member because they are all so talented and kind. 100% 👍👍. I’m telling you guys, this is the band you want at your weekend! HIRE THEM! Music was so important to us on our wedding day and we did a lot of research before picking PLB. We had 3 vocalists, drums, guitar, sax, and trumpet. IT WAS AMAZING! Where to even begin? The Patrick Lentz Band helped make our wedding day perfect. Booking PLB was probably one of the best, if not the best, decision that we made surrounding our wedding day. Nearly three weeks have passed since our wedding and people are still raving about PLB! They seriously killed it. They played the most perfectly curated playlist that was loved by everyone and as a result, our dance floor was packed up until the very last minute. In addition to performing at our reception, PLB also performed during our ceremony and cocktail hour. For the reception, we added the stage, facade, uplighting, and brass instruments for a total of 9 band members. And WOW! All of the upgrades were definitely worth it!! Within 24 hours of our wedding, we had 5 people text us asking the name of the band because they are either getting married or someone in their family is getting married and knew that PLB helped create such a fun and memorable evening. Patrick and David were all so easy to work with. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule our wedding and Patrick was so kind to work with us. When we were looking into new dates, we knew that we had to pick a date that worked with PLB because that was one vendor we were not willing to lose. We are so grateful to have had PLB be a part of our special day.

They lay everything out so you have all the information and pricing ahead of time, which made me so confident in booking them! They're true professionals from getting a quote to nailing down all the details to performing and being onsite. They worked seamlessly with our venue on an efficient load-in and load-out and run of show. We are still getting compliments on how fantastic the band was! They truly made it a night to remember and we are so thrilled we got to partner with them!
