f I could choose my ceremony location all over again, I would still choose Grace. That is how beautiful and meaningful it was to us.
The coordinator was a bit rude and tense at the rehearsal, but I assumed she was just stressed and I did not hold that against them. What I cannot overlook, though, is that no one could hear our ceremony. We spent so much time crafting a deeply personal service, our vows, our readings, every detail, and we were very intentional about making sure the audio worked during the rehearsal. We were reassured repeatedly that everything would be fine. But the moment we were standing there, I realized our officiant’s mic was not on, and the handheld mic was not working. I almost stopped the ceremony, but as the bride in front of everyone, I froze.
The coordinators onsite clearly dropped the ball. The audio was not tested or charged properly, and something as important as that should never be left to chance. The worst part was hearing at the reception, over and over: “It was beautiful… but we could not hear a word.” My husband works in production, and we almost brought our own equipment. We were kicking ourselves for trusting that it would be handled.
So my biggest recommendation if you choose Grace: it is gorgeous, no question. But bring your own sound equipment or assign someone you trust to mic duty. Do not assume they have it covered, even if they say they do.
Outside of the audio failure, it truly was an incredible venue and a beautiful wedding. But that one mistake still hurts to think about, and it is the only reason I cannot give a higher rating

Vivian was amazing to work with. She answered all our questions and made everything so easy. Our guests loved hanging out there and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was.

Absolute best vendor choice we made. They were so easy to work with and the venue is beyond gorgeous! It looked epic and the photos in the church and in the pavilion looked magical...

lives at the Pavilion at Grace all thanks to the amazing staff there. We had been looking at venues in Rhode Island, and the Pavilion at Grace stood out for us because of how unique it was in style, how convenient it was for our guests (no traveling needed once you are there &handicap accessible), and how dedicated the staff were to ensuring we had the most amazing day the second we walked in for a tour. By having our wedding here, we were able to save on decorations because we really didn't need any at all, as well as transportation because we didn't need that either. We also are so grateful to have had Chris, the Grace Church parish administrator, assisting us with everything wedding. He took over the roll of wedding coordinator for us, and provided us with the best recommendations for all vendors. As a bride with anxiety, I can honestly say I was never stressed because Chris was always there to answer a question and/or solve a problem quickly. He really was amazing! We also had our ceremony at Grace Church, which was absolutely perfect. Reverend Can. Jonathan did our ceremony, and we enjoyed getting to know him as well. He is a wonderful man who is accepting of everyone. I am religious and my husband is not, so we had some differences on where we would get married. After attending mass and listening to one of the sermons, my husband and I both agreed Reverend Jonathan would be the one to marry us. Finally, a family friend actually was our cantor and her friend was the organist for the ceremony. They both perform at multiple weddings and various locations, and told myself and my family that they have never worked with such a welcoming, kind, and flexible staff! Everything was just perfect. If I could do it all over again, I truly would!! Thank you Grace Church staff for everything!

eautiful on it's own, but when everything was dressed up for my wedding, it felt magical. The staff, including Chris, Cory, and Pedro, were very accommodating and you can tell they truly are invested in throwing great events. This venue is also located in a fantastic area with a beautiful hotel right across the street, and lots of restaurants and bars in close vicinity. My guests loved that they did not have to do any sort of driving/ubering between the ceremony, the reception, our after party on the same block, nor heading back to their hotel at the end of the night. If you are looking for a venue that is beautiful, unique, with great staff, and located in a prime area, this one is for you!

lanning, the staff was knowledgeable and considerate of our wedding vision. The day of the wedding they were helpful and kind to our family and guests. Everyone attending could not stop remarking on the beauty of the space and the professionalism of the staff. What's even better was the staff's ability to solve difficulties without anyone (including the Bride and Groom!) knowing. It was a wonderful experience to work with Chris Barker and his staff and to be married in such a magnificent place.

ecific arrangement for us. The reception venue mirrors the architecture of the church but in a modern way. It was lovely to start the evening in the church which was very old world and gorgeous and finish the evening in the modern, bright, beautiful reception hall. It helped keep the vibe of the wedding familiar throughout while still being beautiful the entire time. The location in Providence was perfect and many of our guests commented on how central and convenient the location was. We loved this venue and ceremony space. We highly recommend this beautiful location. Chris and Vince were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process.

chitecture is beautiful and the space is perfect for any type of event from weddings to corporate. The chapel is attached to the venue, and a stunning outside terrace, and there are top notch vendors to help with decor and food. The commitment for the venue to give back to the community was one of many winning factors for us.If you are planning a city wedding The Pavilion at Grace is not to be missed.

e, beautiful terrace, and glorious floor to ceiling windows!This is the perfect urban yet glamorous event space to host your wedding, reception, lavish rehearsal dinner, corporate function, holiday party, etc. My company attended their Open House and were blown away by the possibilities of the space and its size. Chris, the Parish Administrator and coordinator is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I Also, the food was also to die for! If you are looking for a truly unique, classy and versatile venue, The Pavilion at Grace is sure to impress!
