1000/10, hands down the best experience I have had planning an event. From the very beginning our planning process was easy, clear and perfectly executed all thanks to Shannon. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. Shannon made things super easy for us when using Planning Pod as well. She answered emails quickly and made sure our day was perfect. The day of our wedding went by way too quick but we didn’t notice one thing go wrong. We had the best assistant following us around making sure we had everything we needed. So many people commented on how great the food was and how gorgeous the venue was. I could relive my wedding night over and over again it was absolutely magical!

We had our wedding reception at the Pavilion and everything was perfect! The staff was prompt with bringing food out and making drinks at the bar. Throughout the whole planning process, they were helpful answering any and all questions we had. We heard all night long how beautiful the venue was!

Our October wedding was spectacular! The Pavilion is a stunning venue, and then you add the amazing service you receive and it could not be better. The Loft was a wonderful airy, bright space that we could get ready in! Lynne was so attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. The Pavilion had an awesome cocktail hour ready to go for our guests with fire pits and delicious appetizers. My guests told me they were never hungry and had many options to choose from. They also stated the bar staff was on top of it and never a long line to get a drink. Lastly, the reception space was gorgeous and Shannon helped bring my romantic vision to life! So thankful for everyone at the Pavilion and what they did to make my wedding a dream come true!

We noticed The Pavilion at Mainland from going to a Bridal Expo. Those places are overwhelming as it is. We saw Harlesyville, as come to find out they were 2 minutes down the road from our house! The location of this place is so ideal; golf course right off 476, for easy access for far away guests. The whole process was incredible with the help of Tanya, at first and then Shannon. Shannon has a way about her that made us trust her with everything. The wedding packets were so easy to pick out all of our menu options. The food tasting really helped and made us confident with our choices. We hosted the Rehearsal Dinner at The Loft above The Grille and everyone was so amazing with the service. Shannon guided the whole ceremony with ease and guidance. There is not one thing I would change about choosing this venue. The pricing was fair value. They set up the venue exactly how I wanted it. Thank you Mainland team for giving me the wedding beyond my dreams.

Amazing!! I can't say enough about Mainland. From the first visit, to the day after our wedding we had a positive experience. Shannon and her team were very easy to work with and provided a lot of guidance. They help with every detail and make your day as worry free as possible. The food was delicious and everyone had a great time. Great space to host a wedding!

Just had our wedding there. It was amazing,better than I could have ever imagined. Shannon, my coordinator, was amazing. She made my vision happen and even better than I pictured. She walked me through every detail and made the ceremony run smoothly. The food was amazing, decor, staff, and atmosphere just WOW. Would 10/10 recommend the pavilion to get married and have your reception.

We were the second wedding hosted by this amazing venue and they did the absolute best job in service! I could not recommend them enough! Their customer service is top tier, so much that we are hosting another event with them in January! If you are looking for a beautiful venue that truly cares about your experience and special day, this is it!

My husband and I stumbled upon the Pavillion at Mainland when it was little more than a concept drawing. After talking with the staff and touring the space (a construction zone at that time) we decided to trust the process and booked our wedding ceremony and reception. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding the staff was communicative and flexible. They worked odd hours to fit within our busy schedules, and were irreplaceable in ensuring that we did not have to worry about day of coordination. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, even better than the concept drawing that lead us there in the first place. The outdoor ceremony area was spacious and the ability to enclose the area in the event of bad weather made planning that much easier. The food was top notch, and the variable pricing structure made it easy for us to invite entire families. The flexibility of the staff, beautiful indoor/outdoor ceremony area, and excellent meal options make it easy for us to highly recommend the Pavillion to other couples who are planning to have around 150 guests. Thank you to Shannon and all the Pavillion staff who made our special day go so smoothly, we highly reccomend this vendor to everyone!
