***At this time, we are not taking inquiries or bookings for the 2023, 2024, or 2025 wedding seasons. We have decided to close our business for the 2023 wedding season to do a number of exciting renovations to improve our venue and overall amenities. We can’t wait to share what we are working on!
Set on a serene organic farm in rural Mebane, NC, the Pavilion offers couples an intimate, romantic outdoor setting for their special day in close proximity to the Triangle and Triad. Make the most of your wedding weekend with our exclusive full-weekend, overnight package! Host your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all on-site. Lodging for up to 17+ guests in addition to a dedicated Honeymoon Suite makes spending quality time with friends and family seamless. With two outdoor ceremony sites to choose from and numerous indoor and outdoor living areas, the Pavilion has everything you need to celebrate your special day and make the most of a weekend with those you love.
The Pavilion offers couples:
· Soak up the natural beauty on our working organic farm
· We offer a full-weekend, overnight package during the most beautiful Spring and Fall seasons of the year
· Host up to 150 guests for a ceremony in the intimate cedar grove or under 120-year-old pecan tree
· Host the wedding party on-site in three-bedroom Cottage and three-bedroom Farmhouse
· 2,200 square foot Farmhouse includes large kitchen and ample indoor living room as well as dedicated getting-ready space for couples
· Groom's getting ready area in separate Cottage on-site
· Spend your wedding night in our soon to be renovated Honeymoon Suite
· Access period begins Friday at 4pm allowing plenty of time for rehearsal dinner and ends Sunday at 12pm for a leisurely morning after the big day
· Set-up and break-down of tables and chairs is included so you can focus on time with loved ones
· Required vendors list ensures your event goes off without a hitch; other vendors may be used at additional cost

Our guests loved it! We all took nice walks around the property in the morning to see the lake, goats, and chickens. It was such a vibrant and beautiful place to get married. s sang and butterflies flew around. We accidentally made the drinks too strong for cocktail hour underneath the huge tree by the house and pavilion. It dumped buckets of rain at night and trapped everyone in the pavilion dancing until we said goodbye to everyone as the lightening bugs were going crazy after the rain had let up. Friends crashed in beds in the house and the meeting area and we fell asleep in the beautiful cabin by the pond over looking the meadow.
So much hard work by the whole crew made everything proceed so well, but the kind and patient attentiveness and genuine interest in our wedding, especially from Cat, was just yet another wonderful part of being able to celebrate at the Pavilion. 11/10.

y was outside in front of a beautiful pond that we got to walk around afterwards and take pictures in front of. After the reception and lots of dancing, I crashed in a large house right beside the pavilion with a number of other women. It was super convenient not to have to drive home that night, and we all got to have brunch the next morning together. Overall a great experience. I got information from one of the staff while I was there and already have plans to host a holiday party this year at the pavilion!

xactly what we were looking for: beautiful property with multiple locations to choose from for the ceremony and picture-taking, easy to get to, close to town but still out of the way, professionally done, great team that provided excellent service. We didn't have to worry about anything. We said our vows by the lake and had the reception at the pavilion. Great space for 100-200 people. About 25 of us stayed on the property for two nights, scattered across the main house and gathering room. Only negative, if you can even call it that, is that it's not exactly the best surface for 5 inch heels. I'd recommend comfortable shoes and leaving the stilletos at home.

e in front of the Pavilion and our reception was on the adjacent lawn. Both sites were easily accessible for all of our catering and vendors' needs. The parking was sufficient for our nearly 300 guests. The indoor spaces were great for lounging and getting dressed. The staff were extremely helpful both before in preparation during set-up as well as immediately before and during the entire event. After we danced under the Pavilion into the night, we spent the night in the nearby common house. We highly recommend the Pavilion for anyone looking for a fantastic outdoor wedding venue!
