The Pavilion at Nicks Road is an absolutely stunning venue. The quiet and serene nature of the farm makes it the perfect place to have a relaxing wedding and reception. Catherine a...
nd the PNR staff were available to help with anything that we needed, including when we needed to rearrange some of our plans due to the remnants of a hurricane reaching the area the day before our ceremony. We recommend the Pavilion wholeheartedly for anyone seeking a majestic place for their wedding day!
The Pavilion was the most amazing place to host our ceremony and reception. The spaces were beautiful and we truly felt like we had escaped for a weekend in the countryside. Our ou...
t of town friends and family stayed at the venue which made it very easy to spend time with them while they were here. The venue staff were helpful, discrete and only appeared when we needed them. Our grandparents really appreciated the access to a golf cart as they have mobility issues. All in all we had a wonderful time at the Pavilion.
The Pavilion is amazing! We had the best wedding weekend with our friends and family, all of them staying on site with us. The outdoor venue during Spring was perfect because we re...
ally didn't have to do any decorating. We had wanted a laid back, relaxed setting for our celebration and the Pavilion was the perfect place for us.
We booked the Pavilion at Nicks Road way back in 2019, but our wedding didn't happen until 2022 due to COVID-19. They were super flexible with moving our date and communicative ove...
r the years! When we finally had our wedding, it was truly magical. The pavilion is beautiful, the fire pits were a huge hit, and it was great to have our whole wedding party sleep on site. Our guests loved it! We all took nice walks around the property in the morning to see the lake, goats, and chickens. It was such a vibrant and beautiful place to get married. Catherine and Elena were wonderful venue coordinators- very professional and organized. The event was seamless, and everyone had a great time!
This vendor was everything I wanted for my wedding day and more. This was the 2nd place we saw and by the end of our visit I knew this was the place I wanted to get married at. It ...
was so great having the venue the entire weekend and having the stress of where the wedding party would stay being taken from our hands. It was absolutely beautiful and we had an amazing time! I also loved the facts they had fire pits! I highly recommend!
We had the best wedding weekend here. During the whole planning process, the staff was so kind and helpful. The weekend was wonderful, and there was always someone available if an...
ything came up. Highly recommend this venue! It was such an incredible and memorable experience for us and our families.
I'm so glad I chose PNR as my wedding venue. We had an outdoor ceremony in a beautiful field. Our reception was under the decked out pavilion. We had a bunch of friends stay on sit...
e some in the provided lodging, some camping. The staff was super friendly and helpful leading up to the event. It really couldn't be more perfect!
This Venue is absolutely gorgeous! It includes so much (3 houses, reception site, cocktail site, and ceremony site!) the people there are extremely kind and knowledgeable and will ...
do anything they can to help you. They are around when you need them to be and they magically disappear when assistance is not needed. Could not recommended them enough!!!
Had a great wedding! The staff was awesome and very helpful!
Our wedding was so beautiful! And the owners worked with us so much to find a perfect package that fit us. Even in the rain it turned out better than we imagined
Pavilion at Nicks Road was such the perfect place to have our wedding! It was absolutely beautiful getting married next to the pond, then being amongst the trees and fire for the e...
vening! We camped, relaxed and had the best time! People keep telling us it was the best wedding they’d been to and the venue was perfect! I can’t wait to get all our pictures back from the weekend!
Whew. Words fall very short of explaining how special this place was and is to us. To put it simply, it's a pretty magical place. We got married under the arbor by the pond as bird...
s sang and butterflies flew around. We accidentally made the drinks too strong for cocktail hour underneath the huge tree by the house and pavilion. It dumped buckets of rain at night and trapped everyone in the pavilion dancing until we said goodbye to everyone as the lightening bugs were going crazy after the rain had let up. Friends crashed in beds in the house and the meeting area and we fell asleep in the beautiful cabin by the pond over looking the meadow.
So much hard work by the whole crew made everything proceed so well, but the kind and patient attentiveness and genuine interest in our wedding, especially from Cat, was just yet another wonderful part of being able to celebrate at the Pavilion. 11/10.
I attended a friend's wedding at the pavilion and it was absolutely lovely! It was only about a 20 minute drive from Chapel Hill and I felt like I was in another world. The ceremon...
y was outside in front of a beautiful pond that we got to walk around afterwards and take pictures in front of. After the reception and lots of dancing, I crashed in a large house right beside the pavilion with a number of other women. It was super convenient not to have to drive home that night, and we all got to have brunch the next morning together. Overall a great experience. I got information from one of the staff while I was there and already have plans to host a holiday party this year at the pavilion!
Love this venue and the people who run it! After nearly a year of looking for the perfect outdoor venue to have our wedding, a friend recommended The Pavilion at Nicks Rd. It was e...
xactly what we were looking for: beautiful property with multiple locations to choose from for the ceremony and picture-taking, easy to get to, close to town but still out of the way, professionally done, great team that provided excellent service. We didn't have to worry about anything. We said our vows by the lake and had the reception at the pavilion. Great space for 100-200 people. About 25 of us stayed on the property for two nights, scattered across the main house and gathering room. Only negative, if you can even call it that, is that it's not exactly the best surface for 5 inch heels. I'd recommend comfortable shoes and leaving the stilletos at home.
We had an amazing wedding ceremony and reception at the Pavilion! The venue was absolutely breathtaking, the outdoor spaces made the afternoon unforgettable. Our ceremony took plac...
e in front of the Pavilion and our reception was on the adjacent lawn. Both sites were easily accessible for all of our catering and vendors' needs. The parking was sufficient for our nearly 300 guests. The indoor spaces were great for lounging and getting dressed. The staff were extremely helpful both before in preparation during set-up as well as immediately before and during the entire event. After we danced under the Pavilion into the night, we spent the night in the nearby common house. We highly recommend the Pavilion for anyone looking for a fantastic outdoor wedding venue!
This place is spectacular! For my best friend's wedding, we rented the facilities for the entire weekend. We did a rehearsal dinner on the lawn, ceremony at the lake, cocktails und...
er the giant Pecan tree, party at the Pavilion, and after-party under the stars on the second floor porch. The staff was amazingly helpful and inspired us with creative ideas for every part of the weekend. Oh, and it's a farm, so we got to cuddle with the chickens and eat fresh veggies and eggs for our wedding brunch.
