As a party planner this venue made my job very easy. We worked with the amazing Faye. I cannot say enough about what a great job she did. She made my job effortless. Faye is very talented and made sure nothing was forgotten. The venue was beautiful and the event went off without any issues. I would highly recommend this venue and Faye as a party planner.

The venue is AMAZING! And Ms michele along with her husband are super kind and awesome! She’s always ready to answer questions and she responds in a timely manner.

We very much enjoyed our whole wedding planning journey with Vida Bela! They were helpful from the beginning in selecting a package and every question was answered and the follow through was 👍🏽 The day of our wedding went very smooth for the groom and myself. Vida Bela has an onsite coordinator, depending on the package you pick. She was very helpful in keeping things moving and making sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend this venue! The outdoor ceremony and reception are beautiful sites!

Working with Michele, The Vida Bela team and our amazing coordinator Faye was literally a dream come true! I searched and searched for venues and when I toured this one, Michele’s love for her place showed and made me fall in love with it. We purchased the gold package which included almost everything needed to for our perfect day. When the day came it was better than anything I could have imagined. I would highly recommend The Pavilion at Vida Bela for your big day whether it is a wedding, quince or just a big family event. This team will literally put their heart into it. We are beyond thankful for everything they did for us.

A year ago at this time, the stress of arranging the Oct. 15 wedding for my daughter was taking the usual toll on the Mother-of-the-Bride. If you are now in my shoes at the beginning of your planning, you can rest assured that Michele and her team will take care of you. The Amini family and staff are the kind of professionals you want in your corner to execute the bride and groom's dream. They listen carefully, offer recommendations based on years of experience, provide a variety of lovely decorations, and support the bridal party and family every step of the way. The food, cake, flower, and music vendors exceeded our expectations. Michele's relationship with these local providers made the process so much easier since we came from Houston and did not know the Conroe area. The online photos show the rustic, charming beauty of the Pavilion as it really is. This time of year, the fall foliage arrives to enhance an already elegant setting, where your guests can enjoy a comfortable indoor space or the quiet beauty of nature. The whole experience could not have been better.

Choosing The Pavilion at Vida Bela was easily the best wedding decision I ever made! The owners are sweet, helpful, and truly care about making your day perfect for you. My inclusive venue package was affordable and every vendor they recommended did an amazing job. Our venue coordinator/wedding planner was Fye and she was very helpful and cheering throughout the planning process and wedding day! Everyone answered questions whenever I had them! Loved every second that I worked with this venue!

Michele, the owner of the Pavilion at La Vida Bela was a pleasure to work with during our engagement. She is so kind, helpful, and always goes out of her way to make sure things are taken care of. As for the venue, we could not have made a better choice! It’s a beautiful venue in a beautiful location. All of my guests have raves about the venue. We loved their all inclusive package! Their preferred vendors were fantastic. We would probably go with a different Dj (Weddings Unlimited) if we were to go back but MiChef, More than a Memory Floral, and ETM bartending were AMAZING!! Our wedding planner Faye is the reason our day went perfectly. Faye is so kind and makes sure everything you want is set in place. She was so easy to work with and always responded quickly!

Words cant express how thankful I am for Michelle, Faye, Ralph and their team for bringing our vision to life. This venue is close enough to Houston for guests but you don't feel like you are in a big city. The beautiful scenery helps you feel like you are in the middle of the woods and there is nothing around you. Even now, a few months after the wedding, we still have guests telling us how beautiful everything was and how much fun they had. I am so grateful for Michelle, Faye, Ralph and their team for ensuring that everything came together and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Even with the rain LOL

Michele with The Pavilion at Vida Bela was an absolute dream to work with! Not only is the venue stunning and left all our guests speechless, but our entire day ran seamlessly thanks to the all inclusive option we were presented with & chose! We literally just showed up day of without any stress. It’s within driving distance for all of the Houston area with tons of hotel options nearby in the Woodlands! I can’t recommend this venue and Michele/ her team enough. Everyone should view this venue on their search!

The owners of the pavilion of vida bela are just God sent! They went above and beyond to make my day absolutely wonderful. From the first moment of meeting them, I knew I wanted to have my wedding at the pavilion at vida bela. While it is a very beautiful venue, the assistance they provide is just exceptional, especially for a busy person as myself! And then my wedding planner they provided, Faye. Faye was absolutely amazing! She took care of everything, even the things I didn’t know I needed or wanted. She handled it all, almost as if she had super powers lol! I’m just so very happy I chose the pavilion of vida bela for my special day, it was the best decision ever!

Michele and Faye were an amazing team and helped us tremendously with our wedding. They were very organized and always made sure everything was what we wanted. They contacted us frequently and always made sure we had any questions. They also contacted the vendors to make sure everything was correct. They were a big help setting up the venue on our wedding day. They made sure we weren’t stressed on our wedding day. They were a dream team! Everyone loved and enjoyed our wedding day!

I loved this venue from the moment I saw it! The venue is beautiful and Michele is awesome to work with! I have to say all my guest also loved the venue on how beautiful it was. Michele the owner is very responsive since the first time I made the deposit she was always so nice answering all my questions and concerns!

Cannot possibly recommend this venue enough! Michele and Faye were such a pleasure to work with. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough, but these two ladies worked so hard to make this experience the best it could be. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL! The preferred vendor list that they provided us with made the planning process so much easier as well. 10/10 would recommend. Run don’t walk to check out The Pavilion at Vida Bela.

We just had a Quinceañera here and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area, gorgeous outside area plenty of parking, beautiful view. The owners were amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you. Adriana the venue coordinator was AMAZING! She went above and beyond for us. So happy I booked here.

Michele, the owner, was helpful. She immediately responded anytime I had a question or concern. They had amazing all inclusive options and the staff were all so accommodating to make sure your dream wedding would become a reality. I would pick this breath taking venue a thousand times over because they made planning as easy as possible in a time of much stress! HIGHLY recommend

I got married September 5th 2021 and I 100% do not regret picking The Pavilion at Vida Bela as my venue!! Michele went above and beyond to answer all my questions from when we booked in feb 2020 to the day of the wedding! All my guests fell in love with the venue and loved how the ceremony was it’s own little island. Very caring! I was not feeling too well the day of the wedding but Michele made sure I was drinking plenty of water. I have recommended the venue to a couple of my friends who are brides to be and hope they book here! Thank you a million Michele!!

One of the best decisions I've ever made was to get married at The Pavilion at Vida Bela. The owner Michele Amini ALWAYS went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we imagined it. Honestly, I wouldn't of been able to plan our wedding without her. She always was there to answer all my questions and to help me with whatever I needed. Michele and her husband are such remarkable people. Their passion, commitment, and love for giving us the wedding of our dreams is something special that we will always hold dear in our hearts. I promise, The Pavilion at Vida Bela will meet all your expectations and even more!

Michele and her husband were very easy to work with. We were always treated like family and their vendors were just as easy to work with. Take the stress off yourself and join the family of happy customers. Fabulous venue, you won't be disappointed.

Michele was absolutely amazing! Anything we needed she provided. Her and her staff went above and beyond to aid in our perfect day.

We got married on 4-24-21 and it was more perfect than I could have dreamed up (and I did a lot of dreaming!). The venue was beautifully set up for a perfect weather day. The venue only does one event a day so they let us start getting ready early in the large bride and groom suites with hair and makeup, Gisela and her team, Bella Expressions. We had our ceremony on the outdoor island decorated by our wonderful florist More than A Memory and we hired Dulce Decor by Sylvia for arch and decor rentals. We hired Third Floor Strings for instrumentals and they were set up under the outdoor pergola which was just beautiful! The Pavilion staff rang the wedding bells once we said our vows, and we spent almost 2 hours taking pictures outdoors - around the lake, the fountains in the lake, on the dock, in front of the pine trees, on the island, near the outdoor patio, playing outdoor games with our guests, roasting s’mores on their outdoor fire pit, near the fountain and knockout roses - just so many gorgeous vignettes to capture! Our guests have told us over and over again how beautiful and fun the wedding and venue was, we could not be happier! They allow you to bring your own vendors, we set up mini donuts fried on site from Donut Junkie on the patio during cocktail hour, Affogato catering did all of our charcuterie and appetizers, Weddings Unlimited was our DJ and the venue let us do the cloud dance and indoor sparklers that weddings unlimited included in our package. We actually hired a Brazilian grill master who made our meat fresh on site because they will let you grill out back, and we provided our own alcohol which saves a ton, but hired bartenders and servers from Exquisite Taste Mobile Bartending. Ended the night roasting s’mores and a sparkler exit, with the most gorgeous firework displays by Celestial Displays - just a dream! The fireworks are set up on the other side of the lake so the display from the bridge and bank is amazing. Our guests stayed in the Woodlands and we chartered a bus for convenience (close 20 min drive but the Woodlands has so many more activities for out of town guests to get the best of the secluded venue but entertainment for the rest of the weekend). I only wish it went by slower in time so we could have soaked up every minute!!

Beautiful venue with lots of amenities, love the water feature and huge windows! The value for the venue does not compare. I love that it’s family built, owned and operated. The bridge to the island is a great feature. Recommend 10/10!

I can not recommend this venue enough!! Way more than 5 stars! From the first visit out there, we knew this felt like the perfect place to celebrate our wedding! Michelle was in contact with us from day 1 and was always there to answer and questions. Our Coordinator Alondra was so spot on the day of the wedding, and was there for everything we needed. We loved that this was such a family venue and they all were so willing to do whatever we needed. Our guest raved on how much they loved the venue and had the best time ever. Hands down, the Pavilion exceeded every expectation that we had for a venue. Thanks to the Venue and all of there recommendation, all their employees and Michelle and her team, our Wedding Day was a perfect dream come true!!

Michele and her team go over and beyond to make your day extra special. My daughter got married on 4/3/2021 and the weather was on the sketchy side and they watched the radar til the very last minute to make the decision to host the ceremony outside or inside. By the grace of God the clouds opened up and her team went to work to dry off all the chairs. Michele also, takes pictures on her phone to capture this special moment.

This is by far the most beautiful wedding venue in the greater Houston area! There is nature all around! Family owned and built, there is love and significance in every corner. This is the place for your wedding! Look no further!

Michele and her team at the Pavilion at Vida Bela are simply the best! We got married here on 10/10/2020 and it was the best night of our life. Not only did they help make our day special, they made sure that any and everything that we could've possible needed or forgot was taken care of without hesitation. Not only did their price beat everyone else we looked at, but it also includes so much that you don't normally get at other venues. Along with their great price is the fact that Michele was available anytime I needed to ask her something leading up to and after the wedding. It was a big help knowing that if I needed to make a quick trip to plan out our special day she would get back to me as soon as possible. Couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else!

Y’all this place is such a gem!! I rented them out for a few hours for my sister in law’s baby shower, and it was phenomenal! The grounds and interior hall are super spacious, and gorgeous! Perfect for social distancing. The fire pit s’mores station and the lawn games on the patio was a hit with the shower guests! We didn’t utilize the bride and groom suites upstairs (though I did take a peek out of curiosity, and it’s stunning up there!) but the on-site kitchen was so incredibly helpful since we brought in all our own food. Michele, the owner, is amazing to work with and accommodated us for Covid twice without any extra fees or anything! She made us truly feel so welcome, and like a part of her family (she even lent us a cake stand and serving knife that we forgot at home!). I’ll be booking here again for family events, and recommending them for weddings to everyone I know!

We held our daughter’s wedding at The Pavilion at Vida Bela. The staff was wonderful to work with, and the venue was a wonderful place to start their new life together. We highly recommend Michele and her staff. The Pavilion at Vida Bela truly is a little bit of paradise!

I want to start off by saying Michele and everyone at The Pavilion at Vida Bela was so amazing. Our original date was on March 21, 2020 right before the world shut down due to COVID-19. We had to reschedule for a later date. Michele was AMAZING at working with us and keeping us updated through everything. We were able to settle on a date and we had our dream wedding! If you're looking for a beautiful place to have your wedding, this is it. Beautiful place with beautiful people who run it!

The Pavilion at Vida Bela was a wonderful place to get married! They were so accommodating & made my dream wedding come true even through a pandemic & a major rain storm! Michele is great to work with & I’m so happy we chose this venue.

I attended a graduation party over the summer at this venue and it was so beautiful! Even though it was dark and rainy the night we attended, the warm lighting of the venue warmed our spirits right up. I love the rustic/chic vibe of the indoor space. It accommodates a large amount of people for socializing, eating, and dancing! They had an awesome photo booth set up in the back for guests as well. The outdoor area was great for enjoying the nice summer breeze after the rain had let up. There was a fire to make s'mores and the view of the bridge overlooking the pond was great to see as the sun went down! This venue is a family owned business and they take great care of their clients - I would highly recommend using this venue for any of your entertaining needs!

Such a lovely venue! The venue space is gorgeous and the island pavilion is breathtaking! We attended a graduation party there and were just blown away by the entire experience. The space is well-appointed with a stunning staircase that is a showstopper and a beamed roof and chandeliers that make the place stand out even more. We enjoyed a lovely catered meal, the designated game space, a fun photo booth, a quiet walk over the bridge to the nearby island pavilion space, and a great time gathered around the outdoor fire. If you are looking for a rustic farm feel but also want a stunning place that is well-appointed and has all of the amenities you could hope for, this is your spot! We are currently trying to figure out how we could host our own event out there. Maybe it is time for us to renew our vows!

We had the pleasure of hosting our niece’s wedding here in December of 2018, and it was stunning. I can not recommend this venue more, from the beautiful venue to the friendly and accommodating staff. Michele, the owner, is a dream to work with. It was a wonderful experience, I definitely would book here again for another family event.

I visited The Pavilion at Vida Bela this weekend with my daughter. The staircase is absolutely beautiful. The bride and groom dressing rooms are gorgeous. All of the woodwork/beams are absolutely spectacular. I love the bridge and the gazebo on the island. This would be a wonderful place to get married. We would have booked it but my daughters date was already taken.

Although I haven’t attended a wedding here yet, I enjoyed a beautiful graduation ceremony! Beautiful surroundings, ample room for dancing, cocktailing and full facilities. There were gathering areas indoor as well as outdoors! Beautiful day in the country!
