Directly after our ceremony, Lora ensured that my husband and I had whatever drink we wanted, even if it was just water. The staff at The Peached Tortilla were amazing regarding service. We had food stations, but the servers ensured that my husband and I were served first, and didn't have to get into line. They asked us if we wanted any seconds, and continuously checked on our well-being food wise. It was truly a magical day, and the food truly surpassed even my expectations, and I knew it would be good. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

The tasting was AMAZING and we seriously counted down the months until we could have the meal again. We ordered the chicken curry tostadas, bulgogi meatballs and chips/queso/guac served through the food truck for our cocktail hour. Everyone loved the food truck experience! For dinner, we had a fuji apple salad to start and for our entree we had the beef short ribs (WOW) and the honey miso chicken alongside the southwest mac and cheese, bacon jam brussel sprouts and potatoes. Our guests LOVED everything and couldn't stop talking about the food, even days later! I've worked with multiple catering companies in Austin and PT's staff is by far the most professional and efficient I've ever worked with. Obviously the pandemic affected many things when it came to how things would be rolled out day of. Ross was the lead for our wedding day and he was a dream to work with, he made sure that everything ran smooth and our guests and his staff felt safe while food was served. Their bar staff was top notch and made our signature cocktails exactly how we wanted them. Overall, they were a dream to work with. I couldn't recommend them more!

ng different since I have been to so many weddings. I had planned to go with our favorite BBQ place and keep things really casual. Well, like a lot of couples, our wedding was impacted by Covid-19 and I became a "Covid Bride" and things got complicated. Long story short, 4 weeks before our wedding we were without a caterer. In a panic, I reached out to one of the most reliable caterers I could think of, The Peached Tortilla. Within a few days we had a full proposal and scheduled our tasting for the following week. Because of Coronavirus we couldn't do a normal tasting and instead had to get it To Go and do it at home. Everything was packaged up beautifully, we had an awesome full menu printed with room to write notes, and the chef took a video of herself explaining everything we were tasting! It was one of the best tastings I've ever experienced. I don't feel like we missed out on anything even though we were just doing it at home. We made a few adjustments and Louise helped us out with everything. She was absolutely fantastic! Cut to the wedding day and everything was executed flawlessly. We had their food truck (which is so cute by the way) and was the perfect option for food service, especially given the safety measures that are needed to be taken right now. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was! Days later we still had people telling us how impressed they were with the food. It was so seamless, that I barely saw the staff. I was just in my own little bubble of happiness and so grateful that I wasn't stressing about the timeline or details of the day. I truly can't recommend The Peached Tortilla enough! If great food, service and communication matter to you at all, you have to book them! You won't be disappointed.

Having Peached Tortilla for the food, linens, bar service, etc was a no brainer! On top of that they were transparent about their fees! No last minute cake-cutting costs! The only thing to add on is the gratuity for the service staff so we chose to write a check and have our coordinator hand that out after the reception. Bottomline - choose Peached Tortilla! We are so glad we invested in them! For details on what we chose for our food: Wasabi mashed potatoes are HEAVEN, the bacon jam brussels were a hit, bahn mi sliders were amazing... for appetizers we got a lot of compliments on the shrimp and grits and hawaiin pork belly bites. And our signature cocktails were a huge hit as well! INVEST IN PEACHED TORTILLA AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Our guests were all very happy with their meals, and we are very happy we went with Peached.

Fast-forward to our wedding day, where we DID have an avocado bar (loved by guests) and all of our food was labeled for dietary restrictions. My mom has a food allergy, so the catering folks event went over to her table with specialty items that we knew were safe. Additionally, the Peached Tortilla even arranged a "private dining" experience for my husband and I to eat before our reception entrance. The food is SO GOOD, the service is fantastic, and their organization is unmatched. Thank you to Louise for all of your help in planning our special day! We love Peached Tortilla!

The food is varied, so flavorful and outstanding- both in the restaurant and as a catered event. They'll even make special requests, we added a quiche Lorraine to our brunch menu and it was as delicious as everything else. And the following day after the brunch, we were speaking to our neighbor and he said when he saw the Peached Tortilla catering truck in our driveway then he knew it would be a great food. Its one of his favorite restaurants too! I've already hired them again to host a private dinner in our home next month.

We also chose to do the "family style" service and that was a big hit! We loved that everyone got their food at the same time. There service was also top notch. I corresponded with Louise during the planning process and she is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. All-in-all, I can't imagine our wedding being the same without Peached Tortilla! We wanted to do something different than standard wedding food and Peached was the best. We had hanger steak, orange chicken (so juicy), a veggie antipasto, cauliflower and their #60 fried rice. The citrus butter with their rolls is to die for (the rolls themselves were okay). We also used Peached for our bar. The bartenders were rock-stars (despite getting stung by bees, long story). Everyone loved the bourbon renewal (even folks that were not bourbon drinkers, including myself!). The only downside, and was something that I did not realize but should have, is that they did not provide the infused tequila for my signature cocktail (spicy margarita). I tried it from their bar manager at their Burnet location and fell in love, so I was disappointed that it didn't turn out the same way. However, we were able to get the groomsmen earlier in the day to pick up some spicy margarita mix and they were able to create something that worked. This was to no fault of Peached. The only other small issue was that the wrong champagne was served when guests arrived. It was supposed to be a rose with the other for toasts. During toasts, the champagne was not served on time (my husband and I received ours at the very end of the toasts). Regardless, we loved working with Peached and Roslyn in particular. She was amazing with communications throughout our planning process. We were sad that she could not be there during our day, but all of the staff is wonderful. Thank you for an amazing job on such a special day.

We decided on Appetizers- Brisket Grilled Cheese, Bulgogi Meatballs, and Thai Peanut Shrimp and For Dinner: a Spring Salad, Beef Short Ribs, Kalua Pork Rolls with Wasabi Mashed Potatoes and Onion Jam Brussel Sprouts. The menu was so fun and unique but also delicious and filling and we loved that they offered family style table service. Our chef for the evening, Patrick, did an amazing job of making sure my husband and I always had a drink in hand and didn’t miss out on any of the food. The servers and bartenders were efficient and friendly and everything was incredibly well organized. We can’t thank them enough for making the food at our wedding so memorable! They even sent us home with a care package of leftovers and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy later. We will definitely work with them again in the future for catering! They made everything so easy for us and were fantastic from start to finish.

I was so pleased the next morning to walk out and have our place look like it was ready for another event rather than looking like it had just suffered from an event. There was absolutely nothing for me to clean up. Food: Their food was unique and outstanding. For appetizers they passed around Corn Bread Crostini, Mini Brisket Grilled Cheese, and Brisket & Jam Spoons. My favorite was the grilled cheese. The dinner menu included a Seasonal Salad, Bacon Jam Brussels Sprouts (deep fried on site), Wasabi Mashed Potatoes, and Dry Rubbed Brisket. The portions were perfect, and I enjoyed every item. Staff: They provided a full staff: A team lead as my main contact, who kept everything running smoothly. A head chef in the kitchen along with a cook outside - they set up a canopy to deep fry the Brussels Sprouts outside. A bartender who took an interest in our wines and describing them to guests. And a crew of servers. I think there were about nine people in total who all had that vibe of enjoying their work and working together while working very hard to please everyone.

For starters we had the mac and cheese, crostini, and pork belly bites, which were an overwhelming hit. On the service side, Roslyn was fantastic as well, helping us craft a menu within budget. And during the event, the servers were present and kept the food stocked and dishes clear without getting in the way of the festivities, which (coming from a former caterer) is easier said than done. Overall we are very happy with the food and service of the Peached Tortilla and would definitely hire them again for another event!

My hairdresser even noted how calm I was, and I told her, "It's because I know everything is in good hands." I would recommend this venue and caterer to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind wedding in Austin. Our daytime wedding had a uniquely modern backdrop, was absolutely flooded with natural light for great photos, and had more than enough room for our 75+ guests. The food was top notch. Service was 5 stars. I only wish I had an excuse to hold another event here soon!

A huge huge shout out to Frank at The Peached Tortilla; from the time the reception started he was at my side asking if we had enough water, if they could fix a plate for us, etc. He was even so kind to guard the dessert table until toasts were finished from hungry and somewhat irritable guests. He was kind and wonderful, and my husband and I felt immensely taken care of. He even fixed us to-go plates for us and the wedding party, which was distributed across our party and gave folks a good lunch on their way to the airport.
