was used to, and thank goodness! From the first time we ate in their restaurant, to the multiple tastings we sent our parents on, every experience, has been just that - an experience. They were incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout the whole planning process, answering any questions I may have had. We chose family style, and loved the intimacy and interaction it brought. Typically you don't hear comments about how good the food is at a wedding, but we definitely did. The mini brisket grilled cheese, mac and cheese, charred brussels, and korean hanger steak were our top picks and crowd favorites! I will definitely visit The Peached Tortilla when I am in Austin, not just for the food, but the incredible service.

le were blown away. The tri-tip, miso cod, and pork tenderloin were all cooked so perfectly that people kept telling us different entrees were their favorite. The brussel sprouts, wasabi mashed potatoes, and pork belly skewers were also huge hits! Food was so important to me and my husband for our wedding day, so we did a couple tastings with Peached. We first did the group tasting which was a lot of fun to meet other couples and try different things, then a private tasting to test a couple other dishes out and finalize our choices, and then we did a drink tasting because we had special signature cocktails we wanted to try out (yakult somaek and a strawberry lychee martini). Peached being open and willing to make us a beloved Korean cocktail (the somaek) and have us try it out beforehand was incredible. Our guests loved the creative drink options that were a nod to our heritage! Also, most importantly, they were delicious and the day-of bartenders were incredibly sweet. Most of all, we’d like to thank Amber for handling our millions of questions and changing decisions about our catering. She was so incredibly flexible and kind and helped us make all the decisions so that catering was perfect. You really can’t find a more reliable and quality caterer than Peached. They’ll work with you and customize for your event and then have the best service during. Thank you, Peached!

it to Austin (we live out of town). While this stressed our moms out, we knew Peached was the perfect blend of delicious, unique, and right up our alley in terms of flavor combinations. Needless to say, one tasting is all we needed to book! Dulce was excellent to work with throughout the process, easily accommodating dietary restrictions and our other needs for the night (e.g., pouring and delivering champagne for the toast, cutting and serving cake and the allergen-friendly alternative). Several guests remarked to us that this was, in fact, the best wedding food they'd had (specifically the hanger steak and the brussel sprouts) - and we completely agree! While we didn't get too much to eat since we were busy playing host, what we did eat was delicious and they kindly boxed food and cake for us to enjoy later that night. We loved being able to do family style as a compromise between individual plates and buffet, and tables were served promptly. We also enjoyed being able to do a non-alcoholic signature drink with the option to add alcohol, and we saw many of our guests enjoying it. With Peached, you don't need to acquiesce to the old adage that wedding food isn't good - you can have delicious, restaurant-quality food that totally makes your day!

Asian flavors with other cuisines speaks deeply to us, reflecting our own multicultural backgrounds. We've cooked from The Peached Tortilla cookbook for years and have always admired the warmth and hospitality of his team, including Bar Peached’s GM, Patrick, and Head of Operations, Beto. But nothing could have prepared us for the kindness and generosity they showed us when we needed them most. Weeks before our wedding, our original caterer went bankrupt, taking our deposit with them and leaving us scrambling. In a moment of pure desperation, we reached out to Peached Tortilla, hoping for a miracle. And we got one. Even though they were fully booked, Eric not only found a way to make it happen—he shut down Bar Peached on a busy Saturday night just to cater our wedding. Patrick himself ran the event, making it all the more special. Despite our budget constraints, they put together an unforgettable meal that blended both of our cultures seamlessly. Our guests still rave that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. But more than the food, it was the heart and care Eric and his team showed us—not just as longtime customers, but as people who truly needed help—that left the biggest impact. Peached isn’t just a food truck or a restaurant; it’s a cornerstone of Austin’s culinary scene, built on passion, hospitality, and a commitment to bringing people together through food. We were already loyal fans, but after this experience, we’re lifelong ones.

ste the truly unique cuisine. We were blown away from the first bite, and have now dined at their restaurants multiple times, as well as choosing them to cater our reception. (We even took the Wedding Party to brunch the next morning at Bar Peached for one last taste before they all flew/drove home) Food was cooked on-site at our venue, and guests were tantalized by the smells of the cooking food upon arrival. We have received so many compliments from guests on the dinner! We also used The Peached Tortilla for our bar service, and they did an excellent job with delicious cocktails and excellent beer/wine options as well. Bar staff and waitstaff were all exceptional and definitely provided a touch of class to our reception. Working with Emily was such an easy experience to coordinate our tasting and set our menu, and every detail was handled with professionalism! The most difficult part of the process (and truly the ONLY difficult part) was choosing what to include on our menu from countless phenomenal options. If you want to truly wow your guests, you should hire The Peached Tortilla for your event!

They have us privacy to talk about the food which was so important as we had other caterers watch us eat the whole time. On our wedding day, our attendant, Emma, made sure we always had a drink and brought us appetizers to our suite so we had some time alone to eat and talk about how much fun we were having. We had a plated dinner which tasted amazing. Multiple people told us this was the best wedding food they ever had, which means a lot to us as a couple that loves food. Finally, Ash, who is the Catering Events Manager, was so fun and communicative and gave us great advice. We loved working with her leading up to our wedding.

We hired TPT in early spring, and for 6 months, Emily worked with us to hash out all the details, from the initial tasting to particulars regarding all of the food and bar. She readily provided suggestions and was also respectful and accommodating when we had feedback from our tasting. We are self-professed foodies and have a full home bar (trust me, we are not the easiest of clients in this regard!), and the TPT team delivered on all fronts, even utilizing very specific cocktail recipes we provided for them. The service and quality of food we had on our actual wedding day were outstanding, from the bartenders to the chefs to the server staff - everyone was so lovely to interact with. We honestly could not eat a ton the day of because of wedding day adrenaline, but what we did have was absolutely delicious. We are STILL getting praise for the food we had on our big day! Amazing and fresh are how I would describe their dishes. They’re a great Asian fusion establishment. I dream of their wasabi mashed potatoes still and wished I could get one to-go so easily through their restaurant. Nevertheless, the food and the service provided by the catering staff during our wedding were the best. They were professional and collaborative with our bar vendor, Peak Beverage. The planning process was just as incredible as the service on the day of our wedding. I started the planning process in April of 2022 working with Felix. A few months later he announced that he was leaving The Peached Tortilla and that I would be working with a new catering coordinator named Dulce. It was an incredibly seamless transition and Dulce was well aware of all of the details that we had discussed with Felix. Throughout the year long planning process we exchanged over 85 emails and multiple calls. They were always so kind and responsive. We feel so blessed to have worked with such an incredible

What I did not expect, once we had booked Peached and told our other vendors who we had as our caterer, the sense of excitement and relief each of them expressed that we were working with such an awesome caterer. They promised us that we would not have to worry about a thing and they were right! Amazing service, amazing food, and they even made our more unique requests seem easy. They also had all the little touches that made the bride and groom feel special. And we couldn't get our guests to stop talking about how good the food was. Seriously. Loving exchange of vows? Old news once those short ribs and mashed potatoes hit the table. We had multiple people tell us that it was the best catered food they ever had and we agree!

ated meat lovers and vegetarians alike. In the weeks leading up to the event, we decided to make the catering completely peanut and tree nut-free for a guest with severe allergies. Peached Tortilla accommodated our request with ease. The one downside to working with Peached Tortilla was that we were assigned a catering coordinator who was hard to reach and no-showed to two separate in-person meetings with less than an hour's notice. My husband and I drove up from Houston to Austin for these meetings specifically and took time off from work to accommodate the catering coordinator's schedule and her request for in-person meetings. Our planner was the one to let us know of the rescheduling since the catering coordinator did not reach out to us. It was pretty rough. The food and day of service were great, but I wish we had had a better experience with the catering coordinator.
