We made an appointment with Connie and Barry for a few days later to go together and as we walked through the venue, we couldn't imagine any place else we wanted our wedding. Barry gave us the best venue tour we had been on and asked us questions about how we wanted our wedding to look to better help us see how our day would be. Throughout the planning process, I probably emailed Connie a dozen times and she was always so quick and happy to help with any suggestions or questions I had. They do a great job of thinking of all the details you need. On our wedding day on March 18, 2023, we couldn't have had a more magical and perfect day. All of our friends and family thought the venue and the wedding were amazing. I can't recommend the Pearl enough and highly encourage to attend their open house if able or if not then book a tour as soon as you read the review.

Besides the spacious venue, plentiful decor options (included), and gorgeous bride + groom suite, Connie and Barry genuinely care that you have a wonderful wedding. We ended up having rain on our day and they navigated it wonderfully so we didn't have to change our food truck catering last minute. They worked with us so the grooms room could serve as the daycare area during wedding and even let my old dog hang out in the bridal suite through the day. The Pearl also has a great vendor list! I chose my florist, coordinator, baker, dj and photographer at one of their open houses and am ecstatic with how 4/5 of them performed! Oh and Connie and Barry were generous enough to Ok a baptism before our rehearsal. We'll be taking bride / groom portraits at a later date and would love for them to be done here, that's how lovely the space is. The Pearl at Sabine Creek was an all around wonderful venue to work with and Connie and Barry were so helpful for the planning and execution. Highly recommend having your event with this venue!

We hired Connie as our day of coordinator and she ensured that every detail was in place from first thing in the morning to making sure we had all of our belongings at the end of the night. She coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors and ensured that the logistics in our wedding party were seamless. Barry works tirelessly to maintain the venue in top shape and he was right there next to me and my dad making sure that everything was perfect before I walked down the aisle. Barry and Connie have created a magical wedding venue and have left no details behind.

our ceremony with immediate family in Sept. 2020 and our reception this past Sept 2021. The day of our reception I didn't have to worry about anything. Connie made sure the vendors were all set up before our reception and ceremony re-do. All of our guests mentioned how beautiful the venue is and I couldn't agree more. They have the perfect staircase to descend for your wedding entrance. The lighting and photo backdrops were perfect. They have decorations that were on point for our day and I didn't have to worry about setting up or breaking down anything which made my day stress free.

When touring other venues, they were unable to tell us important details like who would be on site that day or who is in charge of cleaning up. We felt like just another appointment to these bored venue supervisors, but not at The Pearl. Knowing that Connie and Barry would be present for our entire day if we needed them was a weight off our shoulders. As was knowing we wouldn’t have to burden our parents and friends to put away chairs or take out the trash at the end of such a long day. We never thought that choosing our venue would be the #1 most important decision we could have made for our wedding, but with The Pearl, it was. They went above and beyond to make everything special, and we owe them so much! They really thought of every single detail when they designed The Pearl and all of the extras that come with choosing this venue really just seems unreal! Their closet of décor and linens that are free for you to use made me feel like a giddy child in a free candy shop, everything was so beautiful! We had the perfect wedding, and we are so grateful for the part Connie and Barry played. If you are on the fence, I strongly suggest you make the right call and lock down your date with The Pearl! You won’t regret it!!!

They provide just about every reception decor item you could think of: table cloths, center pieces, picture frames, etc. which is unheard of! On the day of the wedding, I don't think the owners sat down once. They were doing everything in their power to make the day go smoothly. They have little earpieces that they use to communicate with the other vendors and make sure every little detail is taken care of. Just before the ceremony, the bride and her father sit in the bridal suite and Barry comes to pick you up in his golf cart! That was one of my favorite parts of the day, waiting in the bridal suite soaking everything in. I'm so glad we found them and I wouldn't have wanted to have our wedding anywhere else.

We ended up hiring a full wedding planner and they worked with our planner and helped with so much. Overall, I just loved this venue! As soon as we left my fiancé told me in the car that he could already tell that I'd made my decision, and I'm so happy we went with The Pearl.

But when you're there in person, it's almost overwhelming at every glance because the combination of beautiful nature, architecture, and ambience of everything evokes a magical feeling. For me, (the mother of the bride, primary investor and partner of mother/daughter planning this wedding), having literally nearly everything provided by the venue, even down to the decorations, offered the peace of mind I needed. I did not want to have to worry about finding and relying on so many different vendors for all of the practical things needed at a wedding... various types tables, chairs, stands, display tables/ etc ... delivery, setup, cleanup... The Pearl has it ALL. What I didn't know is that the months to come would demonstrate what a wise decision it was to have booked a place that provided everything from within ( because they own it and it's already in their possession on the property). I'm so thankful we made that decision, because when the season of wedding uncertainty happened because of COVID-19, we never worried at all about having to contact vendors who would've provided those services because they were already included in our Pearl wedding package. You could possibly have a beautiful venue with lots of amenities (which is still hard to find) but the personal and professional service that Connie and Barry provide is unique to The Pearl at Sabine Creek as it is their hearts' desire, personal and professional mission to make wedding dreams come true. This was evident all the way through the process. They are so knowledgeable about all aspects of wedding planning and were always readily available to answer our many questions. Because we were so secure in them doing their part, we were able to enjoy the planning process with complete confidence and peace of mind. Also, because they are not run by a chain or corporation, we were never concerned about a sudden Covid-19 corporate decision to cancel our wedding plan and reschedule at the business's convenience. We knew that it was The Pearl's wish to serve each of their Pearl couples as best as possible, so even in uncertain times, we had peace of mind knowing that they would take care of us. We used Connie and her team as our wedding day coordinator; thanks to them, the wedding weekend was flawless and magical. I appreciated that rehearsal was punctual and efficient, providing the practice we needed for the big day. On the wedding day I was able to enjoy every moment with my daughter and her bridal party (and her dad could enjoy a stress-free wife) because the magic of The Pearl was happening behind the scenes. Connie and Barry lived up to their reviews: they provided the ultimate wedding experience with their personal " servant's heart" touches, including serving the bride and groom their first meal. There are too many special details to list here, but my only regret is that my husband and I don't have another daughter to host another wedding for at this venue.

They do everything they can to help the bride in the wedding preparations. When COVID hit and brides were in panic about their weddings, all I had to do was contact them and they already had a plan for things that we could do. They had masks made for my guests, postcards to send out in case we needed to move the wedding, and they also sprang into action and came up with a way my guests could attend virtually. The week of the wedding a lot of our family members and were unable to attend because they had been in contact with another family/friend who tested positive for COVID. When we explained that our venue will have it virtually they were so thankful! They had hated to not be able to attend but were worried about risking others. The extra steps and ideas that Connie and Barry had come up with to help their couples goes beyond compare. Also, after the ceremony, my husband and I were able to say a few words to thank them for being in attendance virtually which was an added plus. If we fast forward a little to the pictures, I was beginning to get hot and thirsty. I was about to start walking to the drinks when AJ & Angel (their assistants) would be there with a drink, a fan, or a napkin in their hand. I would highly recommend any bride to book their wedding at The Pearl at Sabine Creek.

The pricing also included the tables, chairs, linens, chargers AND clean up which when we priced other venues these were all extra (even had 1 venue want to charge us $250 to have lights change colors). You also are allowed to use the venue for 15 hours where others were 4 hours. Totally recommend The Pearl at Sabine Creek....

It is optional but I think it is a MUST! My day was stress free and I got to enjoy every minute of my special day because of everything that they did. I couldn't have done it without them!! We also live 3 hours away and decided to have our wedding where my husband's family lives (DFW area) so it made planning difficult. The great thing is that Connie and Barry were so flexible and they were always able to meet with us anytime so that helped tremendously. They also provide you with a preferred vendors list which is nice if you're not familiar with the area. One of the best things about this venue is that you really have free range with who you hire for all of your vendors. That was a MUST when we were searching and to be honest not a lot of places allow that.

The grounds are beautifully maintained and the grand hall was perfect for the amount of people that attended the ceremony and reception. Connie and Barry have an assortment of chargers, bird cages, lanterns, signs, etc. that are available for each bride. Each detail makes the special day even MORE special. I would recommend any and every bride to truly consider spending their wedding day at The Pearl. The day I dreamt of since I was a little girl became a reality and I hope yours does too!

Her exemplary experience, advice and insight helped us navigate what could be a very confusing and overwhelming process. Besides coordinating everything at the venue, she helped us find vendors that met our needs and cross off other details on our list. Everything tied together perfectly, from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the reception. The entire day flowed seamlessly without one small problem. I don't know what I would've done without Connie the day of the wedding. She directed the entire evening so perfectly and helped me stay calm, relaxed, and able to enjoy the big day. It's now been a little over a month since our wedding, and all of our friends and family are still talking about what a beautiful wedding it was. Weddings can typically be a very stressful time, but all of that stress was alleviated knowing that Connie at The Pearl at Sabine Creek possessed the confidence and grace to make our day perfect. The alter by the little pond made for a beautiful backdrop to our ceremony. Connie's design was very well thought out, and it shows. The groom/bridal suites are VERY comfortable. Boys loved their video games/recliners, and the girls loved getting ready here. The reception area is HUGE with additional space upstairs for guest to take a break from dancing/socializing. But the best part, hands down, was Connie and her husband. Connie provided SO MUCH to make our wedding beautiful. You will not find another venue that can offer this much at this price. The WEEK of my wedding I texted Connie complaining about how my seating chart frame didn't match the style. SHE WENT OUT AND BOUGHT THE EXACT ONE I WANTED! (And now you can use it too if you book here) Her husband picked up my catering order for the reception, since no one in my family was available. Connie came and met me at my job multiple times to catch up and make sure we were on the same page. She was always responsive, positive, reassuring, and completely invested in making our day perfect. (Which it was!) She's also super creative if any issues arise, and you can trust her to take care of any emergency that might happen. Use her planning/coordinator services if you can!! In conclusion, BOOK THIS PLACE. You won't regret it. :) Can I give them extra stars? Because they definitely went above and beyond.
