rent coordinator, we were told they could only accommodate 120 seated, and then that number dropped to 115. At the time of booking we were told we would be invited to a free tasting, and after a few months of no communications, we emailed Pearl and were told we had missed the tasting, and they apologized for not contacting us about it like we were promised upon booking. When I asked if we could schedule one, they said it would be a charge for the tasting, even though it was their fault for not inviting us; telling us that we should have heard it on the radio or seen it on Facebook. Several times we were copied on other brides’ emails, but not sent communications directly such as setting up a decorations consultation. I’d also like to note that for a catering company who should be trying to help us through a very stressful planning process, were not very helpful not very apologetic to us when we brought these concerns to them. The day of the rehearsal, we were not told where to go, and my wedding party was yelled at by a very rude bride for being on the wrong floor. Before the ceremony, our Best Man was stuck opening the door for all the guests, because the door was locked, and we could not find anyone from Webb to open the door. The only person I’d like to point out who did an outstanding job for us was Nikki, our day of coordinator. She helped us know exactly what to do, communicated with us when needed, and packed our decorations (including our champagne flutes) with incredible care. We’d like to note that our food was excellent, and the servers & bartender did a wonderful job. But, leading up to the wedding was extremely difficult, and we were quite disappointed overall with the service.

He and Nikki helped us during the reception (day-of coordinators are included :) ) . I cannot say enough good things about the 2 of them. Their attention to me and my now husband throughout the night was just so so so nice. I was definitely overwhelmed and they made it so easy to manage our time and move around with our guests.

ld respond quickly, answered every email in great detail, and she was very flexible. The value for the money was the best out of all 20 reception venues that we had looked at. We did plated meals of pot roast, stuffed chicken and the shrimp pasta. The food came out fast, it was HOT to the point that you could see the steam coming off the food, and the portions were enormous. Our guests were raving about the food all night and they even gave us "to go" containers for the food that couldn't be finished. They have their own centerpieces that you can use which was a huge help but they still allowed us to bring in whatever we wanted in regards to decoration. They also have additional decorations to use around the room that match with whatever aesthetic you're going to go for. When walking into our reception, the room was more beautiful than I could have ever envisioned while planning with Stephanie. Pearl St has a space for whatever type of wedding you're hoping to have and I would absolutely recommend having your reception with Pearl Street.

rom Day 1 he made me feel at ease, calm and relaxed. We kept communication through the year of planning and would answer super quick with any of my crazy random questions. I had a vision of exactly what i wanted and how i wanted everything and when we showed up to the Reception everything was perfect. The Night of the Reception Charlie was there to greet us and get us drinks. Then Raven their banquet manager was there the entire night making sure everything went off without a hitch (which it did). They assigned a server to us to keep our drinks full and make sure everything was good all night. The food was absolutely delicious, hot and fresh. Everyone has not stopped raving about all of the amazing food and drinks!! Every single staff member who was there was pleasant with a smile on their face and you could tell they enjoyed being there (something I notice at other venues).
I have been to Pearl weddings so I knew we would enjoy everything but I have to say we were completely BLOWN away with everything from start to finish. It really was the best night of our lives and we have Charlie, Stephanie, Raven and the entire Pearl Street Staff for that. Thank you!!!!!!

nd was extremely helpful. Kyle was our coordinator the night of, and he was also amazing. He set up the venue perfectly and was constantly checking up on us throughout the night to see if there was anything that we needed. He even brought us a bottle of champagne to swig from while we were waiting to be introduced! At the end of the night, he had everything already packed up and ready to go for me (including our dinners that we never ate) and then continued to help us bring it all upstairs to our hotel room. The whole staff went above and beyond (especially Kyle) throughout the entire process and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend Pearl St not only because of their beautiful venues, but also because of the amazing service from Carey, Kyle, and staff!!

e terrace for the wedding and the greenhouse room for the reception. All guests loved the event, food, and service! The hotel staff on the other hand was a nightmare. Front desk staff was incredibly unhelpful. Ashley was rude to us and our guests. We had numerous complaints and arguments with the staff at the front desk. When we called for help numerous times there was no answer. When we would then walk to the front desk three staff members were talking to each other and not answering ringing phones. Despite paying for valet for all of our guests, staff refused to park many guests and tried to charge the others. Hotel staff did not Inform us of $20 per night charge for any guests staying at the hotel even though we were already paying for valet for everyone whether they were staying or not. If it wasn't for the pearl street catering staff the day would have been stressful and a disaster. So thank you pearl street catering staff for taking over and making our day wonderful! They were the only reason the rating was so high!

Everyone said it was the best party they had been to and couldn't get over the portion size of the Beef! My Poppa said he is still getting family calling him saying I cannot believe we had "doggie bags" at your granddaughters wedding! re by far the best we met with. They know what they are doing! You could just meet with them once and show up for your reception and they would make it perfect. This is practically what we did. Everything went so smoothly. Just a couple meetings and great email correspondence and they made everything so easy! The Greenhouse Room is a beautiful rustic but not too rustic room and was the perfect fit for the wedding we wanted. The service was great, the food was amazing, and the value was great. They provide most of the decorations and food and bar are included and a day of wedding coordinator. They even let use go almost to 1am without once trying to kick us out. We had to ask our DJ to play the last song to get guests to head out cause we felt bad staff were working so late. Would highly recommend!

The beer selection was a big factor in our decision, as well. We are both beer drinkers, and the idea of drinking Blue Light on my wedding night did not appeal to me. All of Pearl Street's beers (10+) were included in the bar package. You can't beat that!
Reviews were a big part of all of my wedding decisions. When researching Pearl Street, I read five-star review after five-star review about how wonderful the staff was to work with, and how perfect everyone's reception was.
I had been to Pearl Street for other events, but never a wedding. Throughout our engagement, every time someone asked where we were holding our reception - and I would say Pearl Street - I was told how amazing a Pearl Street wedding that they once went to was. I was told how great the food was, and how beautiful everything looked. I was told how much fun everyone had. Even our vendors (DJ, photographer, etc.) all commented that every wedding at Pearl Street is a blast.
To say that all of those people were right is an understatement. The staff at Pearl Street delivered a night that was above and beyond my expectations. Every detail was well-thought out and beautiful. The best part was that I knew it would be, because of all the positive feedback I had read and heard about. If I was going to stress about any wedding details, it would not be anything that Pearl Street was responsible for. They were great. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

to the day of, our contacts were amazing to work with. Kristina helped us along the way and answered my emails incredibly fast and enthusiastically each time.
We used a lot of their decor, including their card box, which fit our theme perfectly and was a lot more cost effective. We met with them a few days before the wedding and gave them all of our items, which they used and set up exactly as I imagined. They did a wonderful job using the flowers we had delivered and ensured the timeline of the night was followed (it's easy to get distracted), they packaged up the cake in boxes for our guests to take home, they packed all of our belongings up at the end of the night and helped bring it down to the limo.
The guests LOVED the food and the open bar (we upgraded to the premium bar). I have received SO many wonderful comments about Pearl Street, their food, the venue itself, and the amazing people who work there. Stephanie and Carey did a wonderful job the day of! I honestly cannot say enough good things about them.

people tell us to tour PSG, so we finally scheduled an appt. The second we walked up to the 4th floor, we knew we were in the right place. It had the most romantic, relaxed, fun feel of any venue we looked at. I had seen the examples of the work Natalie and her team do for decorating, but we were still completely blown away at the personalization of everything when we walked into our reception.
I don't have enough fingers and toes to count how many of our guests told us it was the best wedding meal they had ever had- even people went as far to say it was the best steak or pasta dish they ever had period! We loved having all the micro brews to offer our guests, and the waiting staff could not be any more polite or accommodating!
We booked 18 months in advance, and Natalie answered every question and concern I had as if my wedding was the only one they had scheduled (which you should know, they completely book up year round!) and I never had a single worry about our reception. You can plan your wedding with them completely around your budget, completely around your style. Best wedding planning decision we made was to book Pearl Street!

ompletely blown away. They took the littlest things and just made it the best reception. I told them I liked sparkle, they put sparkles EVERYWHERE. I told them I liked christmas lights, there were christmas lights all over the place. And the wait staff was great- we did stations and they cleared every dirty dish as soon as they saw it.
