We had our wedding at Events at Pearl Street in The Webb, and truly could not have been happier with our experience. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous — the exposed brick, hu...
ge arched doorways, original wood, warm lighting, and historic character were the perfect backdrop for the romantic, vintage-inspired wedding we envisioned.
I had a pretty specific decorating vision, and it wasn’t necessarily a traditional one. We used tons of ferns and greenery, brass candlesticks and candelabras, candles, vintage gold details, family photographs, and bowls of fruit as our centerpieces rather than traditional floral arrangements. I gave the team fairly detailed instructions for how I wanted everything arranged, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. They didn’t just put our decorations out — everything felt thoughtfully styled. The little finishing touches they added made the entire space feel cohesive and intentional.
We had several meetings leading up to the wedding to work through the décor and all of the smaller details, and I really appreciated how willing they were to help us create something that felt personal to us. The finished room didn’t feel remotely like a cookie-cutter wedding. Even a friend of ours who works professionally in events was incredibly impressed with the aesthetic and how beautifully everything was executed.
The food was AMAZING and was one of the things we heard about most from our guests afterward. Everyone raved about it. The dessert bar was fantastic, and I cannot recommend the late-night snack station enough. We did pizza, wings, and pretzels, and it was a huge hit. The drinks were great as well.
I also really want to mention how well they accommodated dietary restrictions. My brother has celiac disease — he isn’t simply gluten-free by preference, and avoiding cross-contact is extremely important for him. The team was able to provide gluten-free food for him while taking his celiac disease seriously, and he was able to eat at our wedding without having any symptoms afterward. Anyone with celiac disease knows how stressful eating at a large catered event can be, so having him be able to safely enjoy dinner with everyone else meant a lot to us.
Another huge bonus is the location for photography. There are so many completely different backdrops right outside the venue — historic architecture, downtown streets and cityscapes, beautiful buildings, and green spaces. We were able to get everything from elegant architectural portraits to downtown photos to pictures surrounded by greenery without having to travel elsewhere.
Most importantly, the Pearl Street team gave us the flexibility to make the wedding genuinely feel like ours. We had a somewhat unconventional aesthetic and a lot of little details that mattered to us, and they took our ideas seriously and executed them beautifully. Walking into the finished space and seeing everything together exceeded what I had pictured in my head.
The venue was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and our guests had an amazing time. We would absolutely recommend Events at Pearl Street and The Webb to anyone looking for a Buffalo wedding venue with character, great food, and a team that can help bring a unique vision to life. 🤍
Held a bridal shower at The Webb and it was perfect. Our Banquet Captain, Ciera, was a dream. Always attentive, staying in the background, but right there when I needed something...
, extremely sweet, polite and helpful. Wedding is next month, next door at Pearl Street, and we plan on requesting Ciera to work with us to make that experience as lovely as she made this one.
We had an amazing experience at the Webb Building. The Pearl Street Catering Staff was so easy to work with and Morgan worked hard to make sure everything from planning to executi...
on went smoothly. The food was great and the bartenders and servers were all so friendly.
We had a very mixed experience with Pearl at the Webb. Prior to booking the venue we were told 150 people could be seated for the ceremony, then after booking & being given a diffe...
rent coordinator, we were told they could only accommodate 120 seated, and then that number dropped to 115. At the time of booking we were told we would be invited to a free tasting, and after a few months of no communications, we emailed Pearl and were told we had missed the tasting, and they apologized for not contacting us about it like we were promised upon booking. When I asked if we could schedule one, they said it would be a charge for the tasting, even though it was their fault for not inviting us; telling us that we should have heard it on the radio or seen it on Facebook. Several times we were copied on other brides’ emails, but not sent communications directly such as setting up a decorations consultation. I’d also like to note that for a catering company who should be trying to help us through a very stressful planning process, were not very helpful not very apologetic to us when we brought these concerns to them. The day of the rehearsal, we were not told where to go, and my wedding party was yelled at by a very rude bride for being on the wrong floor. Before the ceremony, our Best Man was stuck opening the door for all the guests, because the door was locked, and we could not find anyone from Webb to open the door. The only person I’d like to point out who did an outstanding job for us was Nikki, our day of coordinator. She helped us know exactly what to do, communicated with us when needed, and packed our decorations (including our champagne flutes) with incredible care. We’d like to note that our food was excellent, and the servers & bartender did a wonderful job. But, leading up to the wedding was extremely difficult, and we were quite disappointed overall with the service.
Pearl Street was amazing!!! From beginning to end, they made things very simple for us. Our 2 planning meetings prior to the wedding were organized, professional and efficient. Cha...
rlie (our pre-wedding coordinator) was responsive and extremely helpful with all the details and questions before the wedding. He and Nikki helped us during the reception (day-of coordinators are included :) ) . I cannot say enough good things about the 2 of them. Their attention to me and my now husband throughout the night was just so so so nice. I was definitely overwhelmed and they made it so easy to manage our time and move around with our guests.
I would recommend them a million times over!
Wow. What an amazing experience having our reception on the 4th floor of Pearl Street. Stephanie was a dream come true to work with in the entire planning of the reception. She wou...
ld respond quickly, answered every email in great detail, and she was very flexible. The value for the money was the best out of all 20 reception venues that we had looked at. We did plated meals of pot roast, stuffed chicken and the shrimp pasta. The food came out fast, it was HOT to the point that you could see the steam coming off the food, and the portions were enormous. Our guests were raving about the food all night and they even gave us "to go" containers for the food that couldn't be finished. They have their own centerpieces that you can use which was a huge help but they still allowed us to bring in whatever we wanted in regards to decoration. They also have additional decorations to use around the room that match with whatever aesthetic you're going to go for. When walking into our reception, the room was more beautiful than I could have ever envisioned while planning with Stephanie. Pearl St has a space for whatever type of wedding you're hoping to have and I would absolutely recommend having your reception with Pearl Street.
My Husband and I hosted our Wedding Reception on Saturday April 14th, 2018 on the 3rd Floor Canal View Room. We were lucky enough to work with Charlie through the entire process. F...
rom Day 1 he made me feel at ease, calm and relaxed. We kept communication through the year of planning and would answer super quick with any of my crazy random questions. I had a vision of exactly what i wanted and how i wanted everything and when we showed up to the Reception everything was perfect. The Night of the Reception Charlie was there to greet us and get us drinks. Then Raven their banquet manager was there the entire night making sure everything went off without a hitch (which it did). They assigned a server to us to keep our drinks full and make sure everything was good all night. The food was absolutely delicious, hot and fresh. Everyone has not stopped raving about all of the amazing food and drinks!! Every single staff member who was there was pleasant with a smile on their face and you could tell they enjoyed being there (something I notice at other venues).
I have been to Pearl weddings so I knew we would enjoy everything but I have to say we were completely BLOWN away with everything from start to finish. It really was the best night of our lives and we have Charlie, Stephanie, Raven and the entire Pearl Street Staff for that. Thank you!!!!!!
There is no other place that I would have wanted to have our wedding ceremony and reception than at The Webb @ Pearl! If you are looking for not only an absolutely beautiful venue,...
delicious food that your guests will be talking about long after the reception and customer service that goes above and beyond what you could ever ask for---this is your place! We worked with Stephanie Cirringione throughout the entire process and am so thankful for her! Stephanie is the sweetest person, always greeted us with a big smile, responded to my e-mails super fast and made the whole experience easy & enjoyable. Stephanie and Pearl @ The Webb are the best!!!
We had our wedding at Pearl at The Webb in August and it was perfect. Carey is so great and easy to work with. She responded to all of my e-mails (there were a LOT) immediately a...
nd was extremely helpful. Kyle was our coordinator the night of, and he was also amazing. He set up the venue perfectly and was constantly checking up on us throughout the night to see if there was anything that we needed. He even brought us a bottle of champagne to swig from while we were waiting to be introduced! At the end of the night, he had everything already packed up and ready to go for me (including our dinners that we never ate) and then continued to help us bring it all upstairs to our hotel room. The whole staff went above and beyond (especially Kyle) throughout the entire process and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend Pearl St not only because of their beautiful venues, but also because of the amazing service from Carey, Kyle, and staff!!
Beautiful venue. The pearl street catering staff was amazing. They made the day go by smoothly and were there to help with anything we needed. They did an amazing job decorating th...
e terrace for the wedding and the greenhouse room for the reception. All guests loved the event, food, and service! The hotel staff on the other hand was a nightmare. Front desk staff was incredibly unhelpful. Ashley was rude to us and our guests. We had numerous complaints and arguments with the staff at the front desk. When we called for help numerous times there was no answer. When we would then walk to the front desk three staff members were talking to each other and not answering ringing phones. Despite paying for valet for all of our guests, staff refused to park many guests and tried to charge the others. Hotel staff did not Inform us of $20 per night charge for any guests staying at the hotel even though we were already paying for valet for everyone whether they were staying or not. If it wasn't for the pearl street catering staff the day would have been stressful and a disaster. So thank you pearl street catering staff for taking over and making our day wonderful! They were the only reason the rating was so high!
Wow, not sure where to start. We picked Pearl Street because of the beer, location, beautiful room, and staff. They really came through. So many times my "captain" came up to me...
during the night to make sure I was okay and totally smoothed over the minor things that popped up (not PSG's fault, things like faulty DJ equipment...) they just took care of us. Everyone said it was the best party they had been to and couldn't get over the portion size of the Beef! My Poppa said he is still getting family calling him saying I cannot believe we had "doggie bags" at your granddaughters wedding! One guest said he ate off our meal for 3 days! people loved the beer, and the food and the service was exceptional! Highly recommended.
Our event was absolutely flawless! From Day 1 of planning, the catering team at Pearl Street was there to answer all of our questions and was so organized! Our day-of contact, Rave...
n, was so sweet and made sure everything was taken care of and everyone was comfortable and having a great time. We can't say enough about the food!!! Wowza!! Our guests are STILL talking about the pot roast! For the money, you can't find a better and more unique reception venue than Pearl Street. With an organized team of professionals and their genuine commitment to hospitality, you'd be crazy not to host your next event here! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Our day was perfect and more than we could have ever imagined!
We picked the Greenhouse Room at Hotel Lafayette with catering by Pearl Street Catering for our wedding reception. We looked at a few non-banquet hall venues in Buffalo and they we...
re by far the best we met with. They know what they are doing! You could just meet with them once and show up for your reception and they would make it perfect. This is practically what we did. Everything went so smoothly. Just a couple meetings and great email correspondence and they made everything so easy! The Greenhouse Room is a beautiful rustic but not too rustic room and was the perfect fit for the wedding we wanted. The service was great, the food was amazing, and the value was great. They provide most of the decorations and food and bar are included and a day of wedding coordinator. They even let use go almost to 1am without once trying to kick us out. We had to ask our DJ to play the last song to get guests to head out cause we felt bad staff were working so late. Would highly recommend!
This was the most beautiful venue, and the price was perfectly on point. They were easy to work with, packages were inclusive of most things so there wasn't need for calculus to fi...
gure out what your evening was going to cost you.. Apps, champagne toast, brownies, cookies, booze were all included in their package price, which was very reasonable! However, it was tough to get ahold of people and get responses.. Emails got confused because more than one person was responding to them, they sent us an invoice where the price on everything was doubled (they fixed it when I pointed it out), but the most annoying thing was that from the get-go we had planned to have salmon with mango salsa due to several gluten and dairy allergies, as well as one dill allergy and they served salmon with dill cream sauce to all of our guests that had ordered the salmon...

there was anything we needed the staff was there to help immediately. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great relaxing, classy reception space. We were in the green house room. which was plenty of room for our 200 guests.

n our big day, and the all of our guests were raving about the food! We also loved that we had the opportunity to stay in the boutique hotel above the space (The Lofts at Pearl) at a discounted rate. I would highly recommend Pearl Street Grill Catering for any wedding or event.
Pearl street And my event coordinator really captured my style and made our reception feel warm, welcoming And beautiful.
This place was perfect for my shower. They helped set up and break down. The room was gorgeous, the food was amazing, and the staff super helpful. 100% recommend it!
Beautiful venue, great service, and reasonably priced for all you get. Everyone had a fantastic time and the food was delicious. They were happy to customize the event to our very ...
casual style and were happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. Plus, they took care of all the chairs, linens and centerpieces - I only had to buy the candles to put in them. My only complaint would be that the cocktail hour, food stations and cake cutting were spaced out too much - we didn't get enough time to dance!
Pearl Street was an easy choice for myself and my then-fiancé. It is an absolutely beautiful building that does not need a lot of decorating to wow you. I knew from bridal shows th...
at they have tons of centerpieces and decorations that you can use at no extra cost - which is awesome if you are trying to have one less thing to worry about (and who isn't?!). The beer selection was a big factor in our decision, as well. We are both beer drinkers, and the idea of drinking Blue Light on my wedding night did not appeal to me. All of Pearl Street's beers (10+) were included in the bar package. You can't beat that!
Reviews were a big part of all of my wedding decisions. When researching Pearl Street, I read five-star review after five-star review about how wonderful the staff was to work with, and how perfect everyone's reception was.
I had been to Pearl Street for other events, but never a wedding. Throughout our engagement, every time someone asked where we were holding our reception - and I would say Pearl Street - I was told how amazing a Pearl Street wedding that they once went to was. I was told how great the food was, and how beautiful everything looked. I was told how much fun everyone had. Even our vendors (DJ, photographer, etc.) all commented that every wedding at Pearl Street is a blast.
To say that all of those people were right is an understatement. The staff at Pearl Street delivered a night that was above and beyond my expectations. Every detail was well-thought out and beautiful. The best part was that I knew it would be, because of all the positive feedback I had read and heard about. If I was going to stress about any wedding details, it would not be anything that Pearl Street was responsible for. They were great. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
Pearl Street did an amazing job on our food for the wedding. Our guests raved about everything from the appetizers to the late night snacks. Would recommend them to anyone for affo...

Pearl St was great to work with from the time of booking through our wedding. We worked with Kristina and she was awesome. The decor on the 3rd floor is so fun. We wanted to stay a...
way from a traditional banquet hall and have something different which we accomplished at pearl street. The brick background looks awesome in our pictures. We opted for the sit down dinner package and our guests really liked the food. The filets were delicious. We added a sundae bar which our guests all raved about. Bartenders were great too.
Pearl Street was the location of my June 15th reception and they went above and beyond to ensure that my wedding day was just PERFECT. From the day we came in to look at the venue ...
to the day of, our contacts were amazing to work with. Kristina helped us along the way and answered my emails incredibly fast and enthusiastically each time.
We used a lot of their decor, including their card box, which fit our theme perfectly and was a lot more cost effective. We met with them a few days before the wedding and gave them all of our items, which they used and set up exactly as I imagined. They did a wonderful job using the flowers we had delivered and ensured the timeline of the night was followed (it's easy to get distracted), they packaged up the cake in boxes for our guests to take home, they packed all of our belongings up at the end of the night and helped bring it down to the limo.
The guests LOVED the food and the open bar (we upgraded to the premium bar). I have received SO many wonderful comments about Pearl Street, their food, the venue itself, and the amazing people who work there. Stephanie and Carey did a wonderful job the day of! I honestly cannot say enough good things about them.
My husband and I can't wait to go back and thank them in person for everything they did to make our wedding such a beautiful memory. We absolutely love Pearl Street and would recommend them to everyone.

ncerns. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of our wedding, because they took care of all the details - including things that never would have crossed my mind. I can't say enough about how helpful the entire staff was - they were so easy to work with. And I've never heard as many rave reviews about wedding food as I did from our guests. It was all incredible!
Pearl street was amazing to work with from the beginning of the planning to the actual reception. They were always available whenever I had any of my many questions. They offered...
suggestions but allowed me to make the reception our own. And the reception was amazing! The food was awesome, the service was fantastic, and there were never any lines at the bar. I highly recommend Pearl Street for a wedding reception!
My bridal shower was at Pearl Street. The food was fantastic, and the staff was so easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend this facility to friends in the future. Thank you!
WOW!!! I had my reception in the Courtyard Room of the Hotel Lafayette which has Pearl St. catering and designing the room. Every single little detail was attended to! Everyone ...
was friendly!!
The dinner was great, I have never heard so many positive things about a wedding meal. The portions were huge! They put out a coffee bar, a dessert bar - all included in my package! Their prices were competitive with a lot of other places, but I think the venues to which they cater is what really sets them apart!
We loved the rustic feeling from Pearl Street Grill & Brewery. The food and selection of drinks are great too! Just not enough space for our reception.

yond to make sure things run absolutely smoothly! All 200 guests LOVED the food, we 100% suggest the pot roast as it is out of this world! Free ceneterpieces you help design, extra touches all around the room, and high quality bar and food are what you can expect from pearl street! If I had a do over I wouldn't change a thing with pearl street!!
They were very accommodating and willing to answer questions. They did everything possible to make our wedding special and unique. They offer center pieces, linens, and decorations...

ton of work so it took the stress off of me. I would highly recommend it for anyone's wedding!
Finding the right wedding venue was a struggle for us prior to looking at Pearl Street. Other venues were too cookie cutter, too uptight, or too "banquety". I had at least a dozen ...
people tell us to tour PSG, so we finally scheduled an appt. The second we walked up to the 4th floor, we knew we were in the right place. It had the most romantic, relaxed, fun feel of any venue we looked at. I had seen the examples of the work Natalie and her team do for decorating, but we were still completely blown away at the personalization of everything when we walked into our reception.
I don't have enough fingers and toes to count how many of our guests told us it was the best wedding meal they had ever had- even people went as far to say it was the best steak or pasta dish they ever had period! We loved having all the micro brews to offer our guests, and the waiting staff could not be any more polite or accommodating!
We booked 18 months in advance, and Natalie answered every question and concern I had as if my wedding was the only one they had scheduled (which you should know, they completely book up year round!) and I never had a single worry about our reception. You can plan your wedding with them completely around your budget, completely around your style. Best wedding planning decision we made was to book Pearl Street!
The food was AMAZING, get the beer braised pot roast! There were only a few minor hiccups (memory candles not lit, favors on the tables instead of displayed, being told if guests a...
rrived early "they would be ready" but truly were not ready). My advise is to have your banquet coordinator meet with you at the final meeting to ensure all details are not only written, but heard.

The food was delicious, all of my guests complimented on the food. The service was great, and the bar staff was wonderful. As part of the bar package you get ALL of the beers they have on tap. Could not say enough about how great pearl street was. Also, highly reccomend the chocolate decadence station.
Just had my wedding on the 4th floor. Everyone said the food was excellent, and both Carey and Natalie were such a pleasure to work with. Pearl Street owned a bunch of decorations ...
that they used in addition to our centerpieces that made the place beautiful. Natalie and Carey were there for me every step of the way making sure everything was going smoothly. Absolutely great!

ong with 12 beers on tap plus all the wine and liquor. Natalie, the catering manager is awesome. I emailed her so many times with so many stupid questions, but she told me not to be silly the questions weren't stupid and she answered every one. She is so organized and clearly lets you know the timeline and want she needs from you. The whole staff was really amazing. We had 300 people at our wedding and you never waited for a beer, those bartenders were hussling and did a great job. The food was good too! I had such a great experience with Pearl Street that I would do it all over again in a heartbeat and not change a thing. I want to have a 1yr anniversary party there because it was such a good time. I should add that after looking at Pearl Street, meeting Natalie and seeing the place we didn't look at any other reception sites, we knew nothing else would compare.
Thank You

I told them I liked christmas lights, there were christmas lights all over the place. And the wait staff was great- we did stations and they cleared every dirty dish as soon as they saw it. I cannot tell you how awesome this place is! Next time I know someone getting married, I'm telling them to go to Pearl Street. I got so many compliments on our reception!
