The Pearl District Building offered a picturesque setting that seemed straight out of a fairy tale. Allison deserves a standing ovation. From our very first inquiry to the last dance of our wedding night, their professionalism and dedication shone brightly. It was evident that she genuinely cared about making our day unforgettable, and she succeeded beyond measure.
The moment we walked into the reception hall, we were met with gasps of awe from our guests. The venue had transformed it into a magical wonderland. Elegant table settings, shimmering chandeliers, and a dance floor that seemed to beckon everyone to celebrate made it a sight to behold. Our guests were left raving about the entire experience for weeks.
One aspect that truly set this venue apart was the flexibility. They were not content with offering a one-size-fits-all package but instead tailored everything to our preferences. They accommodated our every wish, making us feel like our wedding was their top priority.

minute of our wedding day, the Pearl accommodated us above and beyond what we expected.
Allison, the venue manager, was such an amazing asset during the planning process. She answered all of our questions as we were planning from several states away and met with us once we moved back to the area to solidify all of our details.
On our wedding day, they allowed us to use private spaces in the venue so that my husband and I could write our vows, and helped to make sure that everything was going to plan.
They guided us on our floor plan and helped us curate the space not only with the things we wanted, but with the flow of the event in mind as well.
We cannot thank Allison and her team enough for making our day the best it could have been. We owe so much of the beauty of our day to the simple beauty of this venue!

1920s luxury. It is simply stunning. To top that off, the price is excellent, the staff is SO HELPFUL, and it comes with most of the things you need (tables, chairs, bars, decorations, etc.). The building is stunning and fit my vision perfectly - I've never seen a venue quite like it, from the exposed brick to the crystal chandeliers to the vintage mirrors to the wine barrels all over the walls of the dancing room. ons. They have a fair amount of decor that you are able to use and are very flexible with vendors and setups. We were a little worried about them only having two bathrooms but we had around 125 people and hardly ever had a wait. Great venue! would definitely love to be able to work with them again.
