ery rude to us on the phone, telling us we were selfish for asking for money back. Their contract had a force majuere clause which several lawyers advised me would warrant the return of our money, especially as the delay dragged on beyond 1.5 years. We ultimately had to take them to small claims to receive a refund. At small claims the judge mentioned that The Pearl had been there several times with other clients already. Small claims forced the issuance of a refund of 50% of the site fee and 50% in credit which we could transfer to another party. However, the Pearl managed to block this too when I found someone to transfer to. I could have taken it back to the judge but at this point, I just want to wash my hands of them and the whole affair. There were a lot of vendors who were honest, fair and kind during COVID but The Pearl wasn't one of them. Additionally, a friend of mine who runs a event space rental site told me they dropped The Pearl (pre COVID) from their vendor list because of bad consumer business practices.

We thought that would be great for our guests to mingle and explore without feeling constricted to one area/floor. Our guests loved the venue as well and pictures just don't do it justice. The weather was perfect during our civil ceremony on the rooftop and the view was beautiful. There was also a lot to see on the mezzanine and main levels (great artwork and view of the main floor). We received many compliments about The Pearl and its wonderful staff. Everyone had an awesome time! Due to the pandemic, our wedding was cancelled in 2020 and we needed to postpone our celebration. Throughout the booking and planning process, we worked with Carrie and are so thankful we met her! She was patient, flexible, and understanding as we were trying to get everything in order. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she was an email/phone call away (with a great response time) and always calmed our nerves. During the planning process, we also worked with Alex and he was great! He was positive and helpful, as well as patient and flexible. Since our wedding was close to the June 15th reopening date, Alex regularly kept us up-to-date with what our wedding would look like and what guidelines we'd be following. This was super helpful as we were all trying to navigate the unknown. It was a pleasure to work with Carrie and Alex at The Pearl and we absolutely loved our entire experience!

. It ended up being a great choice for COVID safety because we were able to hold the entire event outdoors on the rooftop. The rental includes a variety of tables, chairs, rooftop umbrellas, and other items. Sales manager Carrie Galles is terrific and was a joy to work with, even through all the COVID-related changes. I would highly recommend having your wedding here!

tos, I thought the tree might be an issue but when we visited in person, we ended up liking it because it blends into the space. Carrie & Alex were wonderful to work with and made the process much easier and stress-free. They were very responsive, super helpful, and accommodating to our requests. 10/10 would recommend this venue!

lutely beautiful and doesn't require many decorative additions. Carrie is absolutely amazing - she's responsive, helpful and goes out of her way to make sure everything is just as you want it. From the decor to the staff, everything was perfect. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing our venue was.....we're so sad it's already over.
