e been very professional however this not the case with the perfect hair and makeup. There were messages back and forth between my fiance and this vendor setting up her hair and makeup trial. However last minute The perfect hair and makeup decided to be unprofessional and not so perfect canceling on my fiance last minute and telling here she had another client in that time slot . Thankfully we had somone who was more professional answer to the call. If we had no other alternative this would of been very troublesome. Setting up a wedding is a lot of work and should be a fun overall experience even though it is a challenging one . Vendors who do this to people trying to set up their wedding should not be advertised on a site that is designed to make your life easier when it comes to planning your special day. I have served my country and community as an law enforcement officer for over 17 years and despite how people can behave it is crucial to always maintain a positive and professional attitude. When my fiance contacted The perfect hair and makeup and told her she wished she would of notified her earlier and been a bit more professional, she was brushed off with "best of luck to you". I guess this vendor didnt learn the phrase the customer is always right or she wrote my fiance off because she had a higher paying client. Either way again it was quite unprofessional and I assure you I will not be recommending this person to others I work with in the community. I will in fact encourage them to go elsewhere. I would also like to say that if your looking for a better option to go to Huda beauty who was willing to go out of her way to accommodate a client which is as it should be. Please note i have attached a photo of the business and the negative and unprofessional response between the vendor and my fiance below.

Everyone’s hair and makeup looked fresh the entire day and night - I was amazed at how good even the end of night photos looked. My veil was also quite long and heavy - the bridal salon couldn’t get it to grip or stay in my hair. Agne was able to secure it with some extra Bobby pins and it did not move! lon. I loved my trial with The Perfect Hair and Makeup, and I was very excited for our day. Then the day came.. I was hesitant to write a review, because I am not a fan of making people feel bad. However, my wedding day was a hectic mess, due to myself being rushed and my bridesmaids not getting finished. I had about 13 women that needed to be done. (Not all had hair AND makeup) I had asked if we would have enough time to do all we needed to do. I was told yes, and was reassured to be done by 11 am, so I could get into my dress and take pictures, before being at the church at 12pm. I felt so much anxiety because we were late. I had 3 girls that needed done, while I was getting ready. My photographer and videographer were waiting to start taking pictures as I finished getting ready. As I finished getting dressed, I had to rush to take pictures with my parents. Then as we all got on the limo to head to the church, one of my bridesmaids only had a quick 15 min to have her hair done and had to do her own make up. Along with a second bridesmaid who was unable to have their make-up done as well.
My husband and I left very quickly after our wedding to go on our honeymoon and my Mom reached out, to express how upset she was on how the day went and I felt as though my Mother was very disrespected and the situation was not handled very professionally.
If you have a wedding party under 5 people, it would be perfectly fine. For a large party, I would look elsewhere.

At my trial she took a look at my Pinterest board and listened to my vague explanation of what I wanted and somehow did my hair and makeup exactly the way I wanted it done! She is very honest and strongly recommended I get a bit of a spray tan prior to the wedding and gave me some skincare and hair advice. I was really doubting the tan but I am so glad I listened to her. I look natural in my photos, but I don’t have the dreaded washed out look very fair skinned ladies can have.
The day of the wedding Agne was punctual and was able to start working right away. All the moms and bridesmaids were done with their services exactly on time. Agne also has the perfect demeanor for a wedding morning. She is so calm and chill that it was infectious. I was a nervous wreck by the time I sat in her chair, but after chatting for a few minutes with her I was able to relax and enjoy getting done up. Also with her advice, I was able to get a better veil than I originally purchased prior to the trial and had a perfect look on my wedding day. I also took her advice and got highlights in my hair few days before the wedding and it turned out amazing for the photos! So definitely book the trials as well. She has a very nice small cozy salon in Beachwood.

The hairstyles looked exactly like what I had wanted and lasted all night - and my bridesmaids (and me!) all have stubborn hair that doesn't like to do what it's supposed to do.
