The Perfect Petal

We loved working with Alex at Perfect Petal! She really brought our vision to life and managed to adjust things perfectly to fit within our budget. She even made adorable flower wands for our flower girls and selected the perfect greenery for my flower-averse husband's boutonniere. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was stressful, but I never once had to worry about our florals! Everything from the greenery arch to the tables to my bouquet looked stunning.

We worked with Kendall at The Perfect Petal and she did a wonderful job! She was easy to work with and got our vision quickly. She was able to help us expand on our ideas in order to make it all work and look amazing. The team did a great job and I couldn't have been happier with the way our flowers turned out!

The Perfect Petal has always been my Mom and I’s favorite place to shop. We’d drive from Thornton to The Highlands when I was in high school (that was years ago!!) to browse and purchase their unique jewelry, fabulous home goods and hilarious greeting cards. The store front window always sparked our creativity and the staff gave us the best recommendations on special occasion purchases. Years later, I had a small family-only back-yard wedding (because I was getting married in Europe the following year) and the surprise bouquet Cindy designed was magic – it fit me perfectly!! Cindy knew exactly what to craft without me saying a word. The Perfect Petal will ALWAYS be our favorite place to shop. I would highly recommend the Perfect Petal as your wedding florist. You will not be disappointed!!

I sent a picture of what I wanted my flowers to look like and they did a perfect copy! They were so beautiful and I got lots of compliments!

What a fantastic flower shop! Kelly was wonderful and easy to work with. She listened to our ideas really took what we envisioned to the next level. On the day of our wedding, everything was flawless and the florals were absolutely gorgeous - everything from our alter to my grandma's corsage, to my bridal bouquet - it was all perfect! It was exactly what we were going for and it truly made for a beautiful setting. They helped with both set up and strike down at the end of the night and did a great job with both. My husband and I worked with Kelly and the Perfect Petal team. Other than a general color scheme, we had absolutely no vision for what we wanted. Kelly made this so easy for us and what she came up with was absolutely beautiful! She was also very clear about the estimate being flexible and we were able to add and subtract things as we got closer to the wedding. We had so many compliments on all of our flowers, and I was happier than I would've ever expected! So so pleased with our choice to go with Perfect Petal!

They were absolutely amazing to work with! (I worked personally with Kelly M.) She listened to me talk about everything I could ever want in wedding florals, and then took my vision and ran with with it! They were more then willing to talk through multiple options & ideas because they truly want it to be perfect for you. They lived up to their promise, they were timely, affordable & upfront about their cost, polite, passionate and over all just made this a really easy experience for us! I have seen very beautiful arrangements from the Perfect Petal, and it seems like they are great at doing trendy bouquets. I wanted a very untraditional bouquet for my wedding, and was assured they’d be perfect for the job. My husband is a chef, so we wanted radishes and artichokes combined with certain flowers that are special us, and a kumquat was the only “food” part of either the bouquet or boutonniere. Our arrangements were still beautiful, but disappointing that we received something completely different than had been agreed upon.

They were probably my favorite vendor - which is saying a lot because I also loved our cake baker. Working with Perfect Petal was a dream. They were easy to work with, professional and just got me. I'm not a big flower person so I'm sure I was hard to work with - but you would never know it because they were so nice. They showed me photos and that's how I picked a lot of my flowers. They also provided lanterns, candles, rose petals, gorgeous lush greenery... they took a pretty wedding venue and transformed it into something from my dreams. Kit was our florist and I am so grateful to her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Cannot say it enough.

Walk into the cutest gift shop and back to the nicest group of ladies creating beautiful arrangements and bouquets!!! I originally wasn’t going to purchase a bouquet, but last minute decided to look into getting one. I went in and somebody stopped what they were working on and went over my wants and thoughts and details and had no problem creating a bouquet for me. A week later, my mother wanted to get us 2 large arrangements for the ceremony made and the staff was very accommodating. They reviewed my bouquet order and came up with a beautiful arrangement to match. Could not be happier with these lovely flowers and shop!!

So affordable and everyone was a pleasure to work with! I’m not much of a floral person so when I said, “I want greenery for a bouquet and a flower crown.” they delivered!

I loved getting to work with Bry. She was able to get me excited about flowers which beforehand I had said "I don't care, do we even need flowers" I had wanted subtle but also looking like a day time party from the 1920s. She made it happen. The flowers were beautiful, my bouquet was stunning, and nothing seemed out of place. Everything flowed beautifully. She was even out there the day of putting together our chuppah. Anyone considering doing flowers yourself should take a minute and go to the perfect petal and chat with Bry first. Their shop is also adorable and filled with lots of cutesy things.

We used Perfect Petal for our wedding a couple weeks ago and our flowers were seriously breath taking. We worked with Kit and she was so sweet and extremely creative. She knew exactly what I wanted within the first few minutes of us chatting. We had a floral mock up about a month before the wedding and I was blown away but honestly the flowers on the day of were even better! I am still speechless looking at our photos. Thank you Kit!! I love sunflowers - it is one of my “things” and I knew they needed to be incorporated into our wedding somehow. That said, we had an urban, modern-feeling wedding in the Rino neighborhood of Denver… And if you’ve spent any time on Pinterest, you know that most things with sunflowers tend to not be particularly modern or urban feeling (to say the least!). Kit and her team totally brought my vision for flowers to life, incorporating sunflowers into our beautiful, bright, modern arrangements. They did all the table decor with different vases and styles, bringing the whole feel of the wedding together. We didn’t do much for other decor - and we totally didn’t need to. Our flowers from the Perfect Petal made our venue absolutely perfect. We’ll definitely be going back to the Perfect Petal any time we need floral arrangements!

Our Floral and Decor was Off The Charts! Everyone says that no one will remember the flowers, that is False! Everyone will remember our floral and decor, people couldn't stop talking about it! I first met Kit and the Perfect Petal team when visiting a potential venue where she was setting up for a wedding that night. The venue was not letting her in early although the bride had paid for early set-up and she was insistent they check the contract and let her in. I didn't go with that venue, but I did use Perfect Petal! The results were better than my Pinterest pictures and the blooms held up all night. The team was fantastic and everything was exactly as we had ordered. I've seen this team in action with two weddings now and I highly recommend them!

Cindy at the Perfect Petal is my long lost soul sister. I had a pretty specific idea for what I was thinking in terms of florals for my wedding and the minute I met Cindy we totally clicked. When planning a wedding you have to have a lot of faith in your vendors (as your dont really see everything until the end) and when Cindy personally delivered the bouquets on wedding morning I was in tears. Everything was beyond anything could have ever imagined. It was my bohemian soul's dream come true. She took my ideas and elevated them. Everything was rich, architectural and simply stunning. Cindy Ollig saved the day . . . and Kendra Van Ness and the Perfect Petal team brought it all to life. Two weeks before my wedding, I needed to find a new florist, and I was sure that would be impossible. I went from super stressed and a little teary to, two hours later, beaming after a conversation with Cindy where she described the exact details I wanted for my wedding and scheduled a mock up for me to see her creation of my sunflower-delphinium vision. Although she was on her way to a wedding in Crested Butte, Cindy called me from the road, and we discussed what I was hoping for and what she thought would work (and even work better than what I had suggested!). She responded to emails as early as 6 AM some times and always let me know where she was in the process (i.e., when I would get a proposal or a phone call). Not only did the flowers exceed my expectations, Kendra and the team hung grapevine balls and glass terrariums in creative, lovely ways in the reception hall and the team transferred sunflower sprays from the ceremony to the reception. In the end, I handed Cindy a dream and she and the girls made it come true. Perfect Petal is creme de la creme and their work is more than worth the price because you know you will get exactly what you want . . . and likely in an even more beautiful way. Perfect Petal is unparalleled, and I owe them more than I can say for making my day as gorgeous as it was!

Working with Kit and her team was amazing. Kit looked at my pinterest boards and really got a sense of what I wanted. We were on the same page the entire time. She was also flexible with wanting to cut costs here and there (like making the bridesmaids bouquets a little simpler and repurposing the bridesmaids bouquets as centerpieces). She created beautiful and unique arrangements. The flowers showed up right on time and looked amazing at our reception.

Perfect Petal was the florist for my wedding in Beaver Creek and I am so, so happy with how everything turned out and with the experience of working with them. All the flowers were absolutely beautiful and unlike anything else I've seen, from my incredible bouquet to my bridesmaids' bouquets, the boutonnieres, flower girl crowns, centerpieces, ceremony decor, and more. Perfect Petal was very easy to work with during the planning process and they always listed to exactly what I wanted - and made my vision come to life in a way that was even better than I'd imagined it. The Perfect Petal is absolutely exquisite. With just a few photos as inspiration they managed to style the wedding of my dreams. From the variety of centerpieces they created, to the amazing alter piece, to the hanging lanterns, fabric, etc. They really made our room come to life. Guests would not stop talking about how stunning the room looked (and neither could I!). The flowers were gorgeous and unique. Our alter piece was unique and like nothing I had seen before. They really made all the visions I had in my head come to life even when I didn't really know how to describe what I wanted. It was perfect.

Cindy and her team are amazing! She helped pick out the perfect linens and pattern runner to match our outrageously beautiful wedding flowers. Thank you for making my vision come true, everything was lovely and the colors were spot on!

I am not a person who is in the details, I could frankly care less. If I was going to lose my cool over not having the "right greenery" there clearly is a problem with my perspective. I gave Tara a general guideline of what I was interested in, but didn't give her any other input. I was BLOWN AWAY with the final results. Giving the professionals the reigns to do what they do best was the best decision I made about the wedding. I cried when I received my bouquet because it was THAT beautiful. The flowers absolutely made my day. The only minor thing that was hard was communication. I wasn't always certain she had received my emails or if we were confirmed initially. Once that was resolved, it was smooth sailing from there. Absolutely worth it! Every penny!

Not only is The Perfect Petal a fantastic florist for everyday florals, but it is THEEE perfect florist for a wedding! For our semi-traditional Japanese/Hawai'ian wedding, we really needed to find a florist who would not only be able but willing to help us accomplish the vision we wanted! Emily was fabulous and offered her own creativity to help us enhance our wishes ... awesome! She was also able to provide manzanita trees for us to adorn the 1,001 gold cranes I had folded. It looked fantastic and all of our guests were in awe with all of our flowers and table fixtures. The Perfect Petal took my vision and made it come to life! They were amazing!

We were planning a destination wedding, and I had a hard time finding the florist. I was only in town for a few days, which just happened to be around Valentine’s Day, so all florists were too busy to meet with me. Somebody referred The Perfect Petal, and they were amazing. Kit took time to meet us the next day (Feb 13th which was probably their busiest day of the year.) She showed me some samples of what she thought would look great, and that was that. I sent her my colors and put everything else in her hands. The flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I had asked for.

I was not impressed with the Perfect Petal. I had used this florist years ago for prom and loved their work. I also wanted to support a local florist shop. My bridal bouquet looked nothing like the picture I had given the florist, in fact I hated it! The staff in the boutique were not very nice and I ran into multiple problems with ordering my wedding party boutonnieres. The flowers for the men came out great, but I talked to at least 4 different women before they could get the order right.

I contacted The Perfect Petal and I'm so glad I did! I asked for a bouquet that was organic in shape, with white king protea, orange ranunculus, white anemones with black centers, and dusty miller. They gave me exactly what I had pictured but hadn't been able to convey. I was always able to get a hold of my contact person by email or by phone. When I called to ask for the bouquet to be wrapped in leather instead of their standard ribbons, they didn't even batt an eye! I was so excited when the bouquet and boutonnière was delivered. The flowers were gorgeous!

I wanted to have some bright coral peonies, cream roses and some light green seeded eucalytus.. But I wanted to make sure that my flowers had a gathered (but not messy) look to them, rather than the "globe" type traditional bouquets (although they will make these as well). Shiela Ewing was my florist at the shop and she understood my vision completely! Even though Peonies were at the end of their season she helped me to find the gorgeous coral color I was looking for and even foudn them at a great price:) I love this shop beecause its small and they really give you attention and make sure your flowers are perfect. Also Shiela called me when my flowers shipped in to set my nerves at ease a few days before the wedding... as everthing fall into place.:)

One of the aspects of wedding planning I was most excited about was floral. I had a vision of no large blooms, but a wedding completely full of botanicals, herbs, and what many people see as "filler" plants. The Perfect Petal did an incredible job bringing that dream to life. The bouquets were monobotanical, lavender, wax flower, etc. And the centerpieces were beautiful collections of rosemary, eucalyptus, dusty miller, etc. More than anything, I was so pleased with how much they were able to stretch our budget to create a lush feel on a dime. I had several complements on the unique arrangements and could not be more grateful to The Perfect Petal for making our wedding day so beautiful!

Emily at the perfect petal worked very diligently on my wedding flowers. I changed my mind several times and she took all of my small ideas and created a beautiful theme. She was able to find ways to bring cost down without taking away from any decorations but rather adding greenery or something like that! It was really expensive but they made the process a pleasure and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I was so thrilled with the florals at my wedding. The arrangements were more beautiful than anything I had seen!! Emily took my ideas and really listened and expanded what I was thinking. The Perfect Petal took the time to get our reception flowers and decorations just as we wanted them. It turned out beautifully with the fall colors, hurricanes, and woodsy feel that we requested. A little on the pricey side for us, but worth it!

The biggest place that I wasn't willing to skimp was my flowers. Although The Perfect Petal is not the cheapest place in town, they are not super expensive either. My flowers were very original and absolutely beautiful!

I worked with both Emily and Katherine for my flowers for my wedding and could not be happier with the end results. I was amazed with them being able to take my ideas and bring them to life. They exceeded my expectations with the final result.

The flowers were amazing! Did a great job setting up. When we met with them before the wedding they were so helpful and did a great job explaining what they had in mind. They work with your budget to ensure you are happy. We had a budget and we kept going over everything because we needed to cut the cost. They are super helpful and make everything work.

Katherine with the perfect petal helped me perfect my vision of the flowers I wanted and how I could include every color and texture of my dreams. She also helped me be realistic and stay within my budget. On the day of the wedding, the bouquets and boutonnieres arrived in perfect condition. They were even early. They then took the flowers for my cake to another location and placed them for me, creating the most beautiful cake ever! Thank you so much Perfect Petal!!

Creative, unique, and gorgeous - Katherine was the perfect choice for our wedding, understood the feel, look and atmosphere we wanted at the wedding and created a magical space. Her creativity was inspiring, really - so glad she was part of our wedding team!

All of the flowers they did for our wedding from the bouquets to the flowers at the ceremony and in the reception were just incredible. They really know how to mix colors and different types of flowers to create striking impact. I wish we could have kept the bouquets forever!

We were very happy with our wedding flowers. The arrangements turned out beautiful. They are definitely pricey and I'm not sure what we got was quite worth the price we paid. But all in all it was beautiful and Katherine did a great job.

I briefly considered ordering my flower arrangements online but soon realized it would be nearly impossible for me to organize the receipt of the delivery, find a refrigerator large enough to hold the bouquets and transfer them to the wedding site without a massive headache and worry that the blooms wouldn't last. After visiting with The Perfect Petal's wedding coordinator, I wasn't sure that it was the right place for me, but with some persistence, we were able to find a happy medium between my budget and beautiful bouquets as well as reasonably priced yet beautiful table arrangements for my reception. I couldn't be more happy with the resulting arrangements, fresh blooms that adorned my wedding cake, and the bouquets were amazing and long-lasting (my mother-in-law kept a bridesmaid bouquet that lasted a week after the wedding). Even for the budget conscious, I recommend visiting The Perfect Petal and see what they can come up with to suit your taste and budget.

The perfect petal is such a creative florist! I had no idea (outside of color) what flowers I wanted. I told my florist what type of wedding I was having and what color I wanted to use and she brought my bouquets and cenerpieces to life, even using vases with lamp shades that were lit from within. All of our florals were beautiful and interesting. I couldn't have asked for more. I strongly recommend using them.

Lynn at the Perfect Petal did an amazing job of designing a breathtaking feel for our ceremony and recption, while respecting our budget needs. Her ideas for mixiing in non-floral elements (crystals, candles, manzania trees, etc) to keep the cost in check, worked beautifully. The flower arrangements themselves were gorgeous. I can honestly say that everything came together even MORE beautiful that I expected. I would recommend Lynn and the Perfect Petal for any bride that wants good ideas and a professional operation to ensure their day goes off without a hitch.
