The Perfect Plan team was hired for Day-of-Coordination services, and I can say without a doubt they truly went above and beyond to ensure my son & daughter in-law’s day was perfec...
t. Jack was our primary contact leading up to the wedding. He was helpful, professional, and calm throughout the entire process. I am deeply thankful for his ability to manage timelines, coordinate vendors and handle challenges to ensure the day flowed effortlessly. I’m sure I drove him crazy with my constant questions, but he was always reassuring and made me feel at ease. The team arrived at the venue bright and early and did a wonderful job in setting things up. They efficiently coordinated behind the scenes, making sure everything ran smoothly. At the end of the night, everything was packed and ready to go. My confidence in them allowed everyone to really enjoy the day. If you’re looking for an amazing team to make your wedding dreams a reality don’t hesitate to consider The Perfect Plan, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Jack, Shea & Paige. The Connelly & Bachmann family are forever grateful!

Most of all they were a pleasure to work with and coordinated that timing and communication with the various vendors.

Delightful to work with. Prompt and courteous. Hard-working. Flexible and game to help with anything w/zero complaints. And great value which is rare these days in the Bay Area!
