Stress Free Contracts Safeguard Your Deposit/Payments We understand our guests have no control over natural disasters, so each contract includes a Force Majeure clause in place to protect you. Simply put, if we’re unable to host your event due to the Florida Keys being closed for any reason, whether it's a hurricane, pandemic, or anything in-between, you will not lose your deposit/payment. Instead, it will remain as a credit on file until you are ready to reschedule your stay/event dates.

We cannot say enough amazing things about The Perry Hotel and Marina! From start to finish, they made our wedding reception events truly unforgettable. The food was absolutely delicious—our guests are still raving about it! The accommodations were top-notch, ensuring that everyone, from our closest family to friends traveling from far away, felt completely comfortable and taken care of. What really stood out was how well the staff treated our guests. The waitstaff were attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly, making sure everyone had exactly what they needed without missing a beat. They simply went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly, they exceeded every expectation. The Perry Hotel folks are professional, helpful, and willing to answer any questions you have. I worked with Sophia and she truly made me feel like the most important future bride. Although ultimately I decided that I would have my wedding near where I live instead of having a destination wedding, I have no doubt in my mind that the folks at the Perry would have made my dream wedding a reality.

My Fiance and I made an impromptu decision to visit Key West and look at as many venues as we could in a short period of time. We reached out to Carolyn and received a response the next day. She was able to give us a sight tour the same day within a few hours of our reaching out. Carolyn made my fiance and I feel so comfortable, she showed us around and was very informative about the area. From the craft cocktails to the beautiful pools and very private brand new event lawn we could see ourselves celebrating our day at The Perry. We felt so at home in this venue. The Perry Hotel offers a unique atmosphere unlike any we have seen in Key West or any Key for that matter. We are still deciding on a venue but we were very happy with our experience thus far.
