I had an amazing experience with the team at Persnickety Bride! They were the first salon I went to - Celia was amazing and immediately got a feel for what I liked and didn't like - I explored other salons after my first visit as I hadn't found the perfect dress quite yet but I went back because I wanted to give this specific team my business and I felt they cared about how I would feel in the dress just as much as I did. They worked very hard and finally uncovered my dream dress! Denise went above and beyond as well to send me ideas during my search and the quality of their dresses and designers was top of the line. Once ordered, the communication was clear, it arrived ahead of schedule, and the seamstress they referred me to was extremely skilled. Couldn't recommend more and can't wait to get married in my dress next week!

I highly recommend The Persnickety Bride as the salon to go to feel your most beautiful and find your dream dress!! When I first went, I had never tried on dresses and had no idea what I was looking for in a dress. Celia was an absolute angel putting me in as many dresses as possible in our time together. Denise kept checking in and giving me much needed peptalks throughout the appointment to ensure I felt my most confident. I knew I found the one but wanted to sleep on it being such a big decision, so I was able to book with them for the following week. Coming back to say yes, I felt so supported by Celia and Denise, it truly felt like I had additional family there with me. When I went to pick up my dress and veil, I encouraged my mom to try on some Mother of the Bride dresses. My mom found the perfect dress as they have an amazing collection. I couldn't be more grateful for both my and my mom's experiences at The Persnickety Bride. A big thank you to both Denise and Celia for making us feel our most beautiful!!

The entire process was smooth and stress-free. When it came time to try on dresses, I picked out several to try, but the staff really went above and beyond by selecting the perfect dress based on my preferences. Their expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. Not only were they timely, but they also made me feel confident throughout the process. I decided to go to Persnickety Bride after having a terrible experience at another bridal shop. After that, I was worried that I wouldn’t have that amazing feeling of finding my perfect dress. However, I was able to find my dream dress at Persnickety Bride. Everything about my experience was amazing. They are more organized, professional, and caring than other places. I really appreciated the online portal to see potential dresses before attending my appointment. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the texts before the appointment, the small goodie bag of things, and the pre interview before trying on dresses. The new location is adorable. My friends were able to sit comfortably in a gorgeous spot while I tried dresses on. They have so many different accessories and dresses. Erin was so helpful. She gave me great choices that were exactly what I was looking for. I did not feel rushed or forced into picking something. When I finally found the dress for me, Erin was quickly able to find a veil for me as well. She was able to explain the ordering process, sizing, and more to me. She also made helpful tips about sleeves and offered to share their suggested seamstresses. I am so grateful for the team at Persnickety bride. I am so excited to wear my dress. My friends are going to make Persnickety Bride their first stop when they get engaged too.

I cannot recommend buying your dress at Persnickety Bride enough!! The collection of designers and dresses they carry was not like any other store I had visited. My Justin Alexander dress was the perfect choice for the day! I cannot even count how many guests stopped me to tell me they have never seen a more beautiful dress. When I first made an appointment at The Persnickety Bride, I was feeling defeated after visiting a handful of other bridal shops and not having any luck finding dresses that fit my classic, no-lace, long-sleeve vision. After one meeting, Denise knew the exact dress I needed to try on and had it brought in just for me to try. I knew from the minute I tried it on it was the perfect dress for me! Denise and the team also helped me design a beautiful custom veil and hairpiece to compliment the dress. Denise and the whole team at Persnickety Bride were amazing. I am so glad I followed my friend's advice and got a gown here. They have such a beautiful selection of reasonably priced and great quality dresses. Denise has an innate ability to pull the most perfect dresses and make the whole experience heartfelt and fun! After 5 minutes of talking she makes you feel like you've been part of the Persnickety family forever. She also has the best connections with tailors and was able to recommend someone who was able to then make sure the dress fit like a glove. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone in the wedding dress market!

I am "persnickety" fussy in everything we do around here - so I really appreciate that my brides recognize the value we bring with our gowns. A well made wedding dress that fits well and is tailored correctly is everything for a bride. I work so hard at making that happen. I grew up with a grandmother that was a seamstress - who taught me a lot about fabric, the correct way to sew etc. Also I like to envelope my brides in my care. I was raised by very loving europeans so I believe that everyone should feel loved and cared for when they come to the shop. One stop shopping! The Persnickety Bride was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Making my appointment was so easy and the try on appointment was so relaxed. Aeryn really listened to what I wanted and she made great suggestions. The first dress she gave me to try on was absolutely perfect. I tried a bunch of other dresses on afterwards, but the first one was the winner! Months later, my mom was having trouble finding her Mother of the Bride dress, so we went back to Persnickety and she found her dress that day! The customer service is amazing, friendly interactions every single time.

My dress 100% the most perfect and beautiful article of clothing I will ever own. When originally starting the search, it was very overwhelming to try to figure out what type of dress I would want. We had only gone to one other bridal salon before going to the Persnickety Bride... and it was not a great experience to say the least. But the Persnickety Bride was completely different! Aeryn, Denise's daughter, helped us and she was amazing! She is so knowledgeable and really knows how to hype you up! She actually was the one who picked out the wedding. She recommended it to me when I first got to the store... and I knew it was the one pretty early on. But all of the dresses she tried on were gorgeous! I had a great experience getting my wedding dress here. I had gone to many different places (including a very well known spot in NYC...) and thought that I might never find a dress that would suit me. I am petite and it was hard to imagine most of the dresses I tried on, as I was drowning in the fabric (I understand why it is important that the dresses are larger in size to accommodate all brides, but it still made it difficult as a petite 5'1" woman). I felt like I could actually tell what the dresses I tried on at The Persnickety Bride would look like. I had the help of both Celia and Denise during my initial appointment, and then worked with Denise for all the fittings. Overall, I had a great experience and am very happy with my dress!

I had the most wonderful experience at the Persnicketty Bride! Denise and her team are great to work with and it truly is a one stop shop-the first and only place I went wedding dress shopping and where I will be ordering my invitations for the big day! I am a petite bride and I was swimming in every dress I tried on. After I decided which dress was “the one” Denise called me back in and took meticulous measurements and pictures of me in the dress to make sure they got it right. Her dedication and precision certainly paid off because the dress truly fits like a glove with only a few alterations needed. use I love measuring dresses. It's kinda my thing. I work with one line that we custom measure and even though she picked a different designer - I got to measure her from top to bottom in her shoes, show in a multitude of pictures to my manufacturer what we needed to take up on the dress and honestly is was absolutely perfect. I can tell you I am pretty darn happy when I get to measure a bride and I can't tell you how excited I was to see how amazing Madelines dress looked on her! Simply stunning - she is going to be a stunning bride for sure. I wish you could see the tickled look on my face right now - because I know she is just going to be loving loving loving wearing that dress on her wedding day. Denise and her team at The Persnickety Bride were absolutely amazing to work with! I had a particular style dress in mind that I was realizing was becoming hard to find in bridal shops. I found The Persnickety Bride when searching online and drove over 2 hours where I met Denise who welcomed me with open arms, she listened to me, gave me advice, we laughed, we made connections and right away I knew she really cared about me and finding my perfect gown. I was able to find my dream wedding dress at Persnickety Bride, and I could not be happier! Denise was a joy to work with - as an indecisive bride, she was very gracious and let me try on a whole range of dresses from different designers and different styles (the selection was great!). It was here I had several options that all made me feel special but one that I kept revisiting. Denise is wonderful! I have witnessed her find so many of my friends their perfect dress and she found mine! She really takes the time to get to know you and see what you are looking for while also making suggestions along the way. She also does a great job at making a task that can sometimes be stressful and have a lot of pressure effortless and fun. She has a wonderful personality, knows her stuff and is really fair- she will not try to pressure you to get a higher priced dress or up charge you with hidden fees. Look no further than The Persnickety Bride ladies! Denise and her team are top notch... Denise is spunky, fun, and loving; I felt like family from the moment I walked in the door. Both of my dress experiences were seamless in the salon. Yes, I said BOTH. I bought a dress (which I loved and thought was beautiful) but second guessed it for a solid two weeks after purchasing. Eventually I told myself this is a common bride feeling and it will pass. Fast forward two months and I am sitting at my friends wedding.... she walks down the aisle in the same beautiful dress I recently purchased. I knew this was my sign, the dress was not meant to be mine. I reached out to Denise (in a panic) and explained the situation.. I ended up in the salon three days later in another dress I loved. Which I now know today was meant for me. Denise made me feel confident, beautiful, and reduced my stress level significantly. We ended up making tik tok's and laughing for two hours after I bought the second dress. Denise worked with the manufacturer for me so there was no crazy additional costs to restock the first dress (it hadn't shipped yet). The Persnickety Bride has such a magical selection of dresses, there is something for everyone. Not only will you most likely walk out of the store purchasing a gown, I promise you will leave with many laughs and memories for life. s year has been the year of crazy dress stories. First off I am so happy we were able to change your dress before it came in. Your first dress we sold a few times but it is insane that your girlfriend and you both bought it from us (of course I didn't know you two were friends) - then we had brides who got pregnant, brides that lost a lot of weight - some we could help - some we just couldn't unfortunately - it was one of those years. I loved the personal feel of being the only one in the shop during my scheduled appt. Preselected dresses were waiting for me to try on when I arrived. There is an excellent selection of current looks available to choose from. I can't say enough about Celia who is beyond great! She's knowledgeable, friendly and efficient but also allows you the time you need to ask questions and process opinions. It is a lovely shop!

Not only did I find my dress on the very first try, but the experience was unforgettable. Denise has created a fun, cozy, laid back, beautiful shop filled with some of the most gorgeous gowns I have ever seen. I had the best experience shopping for my Mother of the Bride gown yesterday. This was my first stop and ended up being my last! Denise, the owner, and Cecily, her assistant, made me feel so at ease from start to finish. I was concerned that my smaller height and curvy figure might limit my choices but they found many beautiful dresses for me to choose from. Most importantly, I was listened to about what meant the most to me! My husband came a long and they had lots of fun joking along with him as well. He thoroughly enjoyed our time there and he never likes shopping for anything! We were given plenty of time to try on many options and take photos to send to my daughter who was working and never felt rushed. I had an amazing experience at this bridal salon! The woman who runs it is a force to be reckoned with and has an incredible résumé that I would highly recommend reading. She knows the wedding industry inside and out and gives excellent advice. She locked onto what I was looking for immediately and my style and was pulling dresses off the rack just by memory of her inventory and hitting the nail on head! She also did an amazing job advocating for me and what I liked and ensured that my voice and vision was heard by my guests. It was like a warm hug of an experience and definitely one I will cherish. All in all a wonderful experience and I am glad to call myself a persnickety bride!

I came to this store recently with all of my ladies to find my wedding dress! I was met with quality service, a welcoming environment and an impressive selection. The mother-daughter, family dynamic made me feel comfortable immediately during the "wedding dress" process that, let's be realistic, can be a little stressful. Denise helped me to come to a decision for myself (while also considering the opinions and views of my mother and bridal party), but mostly for myself, the dress that was meant for me. When something about one dress wasn't quite what I was looking for they quickly found me something in alignment with my vision and budget. I felt so supported, and both of these ladies helped me feel comfortable and confident making a decision on a dress that reflects my personality and compliments me in all the right ways. I left feeling like a part of the Persnickety Bridge family, and they sent me off with gift bag and group photo. I can't say thank you enough, truly! 10/10 would recommend.

They had many, many selections to choose from and really worked with me on finding what was right for myself. Their dresses are clearly high quality dresses and every one of them is simply stunning! I went to Persnickety by recommendation of someone else who got their wedding dress there and I was not disappointed! Denise has a wide variety of selection for dresses and has a knack for recommending what will work best based on what you want, your body and your price range. She also has such a wonderful energy to her. My mom and I were cracking up the entire time we were there, we were excited to go back for fittings! My mom even went for MOB dress shopping there too - we loved her selection of those so much too that she ended up buying 2 dresses haha! I couldn't be happier with my bridal experience at Persnickety! Denise and her team held multiple appts for me and my family in their salon. Denise was patient as I tried on different styles of gowns and helped me narrow down what I felt the most beautiful and confident in. Throughout the process I truly appreciated Denise's suggestions and her honesty as I tried to figure out the style and silhouette that I wanted. What I also loved about my Persnickety process is that these ladies also helped me pick out my bridal accessories that matched best with my gown - I picked out my veil and hair jewelry here as well! The Persnickety Bride is fantastic! Denise was absolutely wonderful; she made me feel like the most important bride in the world while shopping for my dress! Other salons made me feel rushed or like I was just another client, but Denise made sure to really figure out what I was looking for. Great dress selection, wonderful salon, fantastic staff. ur family for a wedding dress should be an appointment where our most important job is insuring that we go on that treasure hunt with you for your perfect wedding dress. That is the joy of the process. I believe all our brides who become our brides understand that we take this process very seriously. Everyone will have their time in our shop. If we run a little over time with one bride - the next bride will have the same courtesy. Where do I start? Denise and her team are exceptional. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. This was my second and last stop for dress shopping. Denise took my vision and made it come to life. (two dresses and a quick call to the designer, which as also amazing) She also took my measurements to a T. The dress fit like a glove. I also ordered my invitations with them which also came out perfect. Working with Denise is like working with a best friend. She is so genuine and you know that she is looking out for you at every step of the way. I couldn't recommend The Persnickety Bride more. The whole experience was literally seamless.

t gorgeous Lea Ann Belter dress (you cracked me up when you thought she looked better than the model on the website) - so you and we had the best time - although you already knew the dress you were getting (LOL) then you added that beautiful skirt. Nothing makes me happier than a bride getting her custom measured dress and it literally zipping perfectly on her body. I pride myself in doing great measurements. I also loved that you came back and worked with Emily on your wedding invitations. to make my brides and moms look and feel absolutely gorgeous for the upcoming weddings. We do get a lot of referrals from other stores. They know the quality we carry and if a bride or mom can't find their dress there - they send to us. We are still a jewel yet to be found by many as we have only been open a little over 4 years (15 years in bridal including custom stationery and custom gifts) - but the brides and the moms are quickly learning about us!!! Thanks again - we loved having you in the shop.

Both the shop itself & its outstanding staff made my experience a wonderful one. I couldn’t find a mother of the bride dress that I liked, despite looking for months. It was-getting dangerously close to my daughter’s wedding. Denise the owner/ buyer has an exceptional eye. I had been to many other bridal stores and her selection was unique. I love my dress. They are the calm in the storm !

atter of 2 days in the manufacturers warehouse. Thankfully we have manufacturing partners that do have stock - even for those that have 2 months away from the wedding!!! I still say to everyone to buy early. It is always better to have your dress than not to have it. Where do I even begin?! The Persnickety Bride was hands down the best vendor I worked with for my wedding. The owner, Denise, is incredible. She is personable, professional, and authentic. She listens, she respects tastes and choices, and never once tried to push or coerce me in any direction. I was never once upsold, shamed, judged, or embarrassed. The Persnickety Bride was the ONLY bridal salon I went to, I was *that* confident that I was in the best possible hands. Honestly, we loves Denise and her team SO much, we went back the following week for a Mother of the Bride dress! Do yourself a kindness and RUN, don’t walk, to the Persnickety Bride!

Denise and team truly made my first and last wedding dress experience a grand success!!! Denise was so kind and warm which was such a relief, I had never tried on dresses in my life so I was definitely a little nervous. She was so much fun, had a great sense of humor and was so patient. She made the entire experience such a delight and so much fun. I really couldn't have asked for a better day to share with my friends and family.
