he start - we carry dresses in sizes to fit all brides so there is never a time that a bride can't fit in a dress. We support curvy, petite you name it!!! We try to keep all our brides in their budgets and we start around 2,000 and go up to the $6,000 range for girls that want a custom measured dress - so again we have a little bit of all of it for everyone. k show was very active and Erica's appointment came right after another appointment I just had 5 minutes prior. Erica's grand mother had ordered a dress in to try on that was a very specific dress. It was a Justin Alexander Signature of which they only had 1 PIECE in stock. It was not a Loaner piece but a stock piece and needed to be returned in perfect condition or we would own the piece. The dress that Erica wanted (not known to me) was a sample that was an unlined wedding dress that opened up to a pair of shorts underneath. The dress that we got in from the factory was a LINED dress with the shorts underneath. Same dress - but it was simply lined. Now most brides have been able to visualize a dress when I show them other dresses that are unlined. Their are cups in the dress and the rest of the bodice is sheer. Erica could not visualize the dress unlined - regardless of the fact that she saw the dress in pictures and I showed her multiple dresses that were similar to it and unlined. This particular bride, grandmother and mom were very much interested in this dress but as a result of the bride not being able to visualize it - despite pictures, and examples left the store without a dress. Personally I am very shocked over this review as we did everything to bring a dress in for this young lady. Perhaps the shop was not in the best form as we had many more dresses (due to the trunk show) in our shop but overall all our brides are super supportive of our efforts to get them exactly what they want - especially when we get loaners - or in this case we brought in literally the ONLY DRESS AVAILABLE. Again - if it was my wedding dress and this is what I wanted for a wedding dress - I would have taken the time to review the other samples well with my mom and grandmother and chosen to go with the unlined version and order it before it was to late to do so. This young lady had literally no time to really order a dress (dresses are delivering in March right now 2022 and she has a May wedding. I am disappointed that she wrote this review and wish she would have spoken to me before placing it. I stand by our work and our reviews speak volumes for the way we treat our customers and how we bend over backwards to try to get what they want in the shop. Had Erica contacted us directly and asked for an unlined dress we probably would have never brought it into the shop because she could not "visualize" the dress unlined. Again I stand by our reputation and our ability to out perform most other bridal shops. Once again - you can not please everyone.

l. We have dresses that have been discontinued or just have never really been loved by another bride. Erica is getting married at the Society Room and I had a dress in her size and silhouette that in my heart knew would be perfect for her. It is just one of those dresses that needed to find her bride. There are dresses you know that just speak to one particular girl. Then there are other dresses that just speak to 20 girls. That how the bridal business is it is a treasure hunt. So I brought up our beautiful dress to here and she tried it on. It fit beautifully she looked absolutely stunning in and and best of all she LOVED it. For me - it fit her figure beautifully, it fit the venue and space beautifully and this lovely dress that I selected for my shop - (and believe me I am very picky ) found her bride. I absolutely can not wait to see pictures of her in this dress. I am beyond thrilled. I was able to bring this dress in at Erica's requested price as it was a discontinued dress and Voila!!!!!!! A new Persnickety Bride is born!!! Erica thank you again for entrusting me in your search for your reception dress.
