Our florals were pretty but I did not receive what I paid for. On wedding day my bouquet and the girls’ bouquets arrived without the gold wrap that I had requested. The boutonnières were supposed to be magnetic, they were not. When discussing the church florals, I said there would be 4 vases, three of which would be the main focus and to be fuller while the fourth vase would just be stems of roses in memorial for the deceased. When we arrived at the church the vases were not full, we had talked about hydrangeas or something similar to fill out the vases so it wasn’t just eucalyptus and stems of roses and the hydrangeas weren’t there. There also were items not delivered to the appropriate locations. I purchased two boutonnières for the godfather’s and two corsages for the godmother’s to be delivered to the church, they were not delivered to the church but instead to the bridal suite at the reception hall. I also initially had 5 groomsmen and 5 bridesmaids, two had to drop out but their florals were still to be delivered to the church, they were not. Our centerpieces were three vases of different sizes, two of which had baby’s breath in them, when we arrived we were informed by the reception hall staff that the baby’s breath was placed in the vases upside down. So the stems were sticking out of the top of the vases. The staff at the reception attempted to fix as many as they could but that shouldn’t have been an issue. I’m glad that most people at weddings don’t even pay attention to those details, but as the bride I had expectations and they definitely weren’t met.

Words can't describe the attention I received. Jess made me feel like her only client. Showed me beautiful choices. Listen to every detail and made my wedding day spectacular. The flowers where amazing so fresh and lasted for over 2 weeks.
