Worst customer service ever. My initial meeting the owner showed my flowers through google. I went with this shop because they had a special going on. I added a bouquet... when I called the employee sounded unsure. A few weeks later I called to cancell my mom's corsage since she passed six months before my wedding. The owner had lost my order and wanted to know if I had a copy of the invoice... which I never got to start with. We had less then five interactions with each other. I had paid my balance in full when I booked in august. All I had to pay for is my added items. They had a sales tax increase in January and she tried charging me 27.00 for a 1% increase. After I complained she stated that the invoice was simple math and also that I was the worst bride she had ever workes with. If it was simple math how was 1% tax increase of $444.00 $27.00? She sent an email stating that I was unhappy with her service and that she thinks I would be unhappy with my flowers and that she would no longer be servicing me. After a week of no refund I emailed her.... that is when she said they take longer since her accountant paid the bills. I stated that I needed it to get another florist and that I would be there at the end of the week to get it. At that point she said there would be $50.00 less on my refund do to a service fee. How can she charge me a service fee when an is the one that cancelled? That is theft.... stay away from this business.
