Petite Bee Events is my heart & soul ! We are local to the Coachella Valley and take pride in providing services to couples from all over ! The desert is a destination wedding hub as well as the perfect location for our local couples. We not only provide floral design, but provide planning, coordination, decor, and setup service as needed.

Despite starting my journey as an event coordinator I was always drawn to florals as a little girl. I love the colors and textures. The ability to use my creativity to create a piece that will forever be remembered is an honor. I love hearing about the couples love story and incorporating personal touches into the designs !

tract, I noticed there was a long delay in response time. I thought that's ok, maybe she's busy. Then I asked her a few questions (with the contract almost signed), and she didn't respond at all (a month went by). I had a gut feeling that the lack of responses was going to stress me out during my wedding day and she might be unreliable.
I wrote her an email that we decided to go another direction and hire someone else because of her lack of responsiveness.... she responded within a few hours. I guess she wasn't busy for an entire month. She just chose not to respond. How does she run a successful business like this?

extremely anxious person. I needed someone like her because not only did she meet my anxiety with positivity and care. I also could count on her to follow through. She won’t just tell you pretty words she will follow through with actions on solving your worries. I used her for her coordination and decorating services and I wouldn’t have picked anyone else.
I will say brides don’t be afraid to seriously reach out with any concern. Sometimes I would wait to be nervous to bother her and really each time she affirmed me and always asked if I had any other worries. I am so sad my wedding is over because I don’t have an excuse to talk to her. She was fantastic.

home, and I could not figure out who I could trust enough to make sure my venue looked perfect when I arrived. When I booked Christie, I knew the minute we sat to converse about the details I wanted, that she was my go-to. The minute I gave her all my ideas and asked her for help even setting up the day of, she seemed so confident that it was possible. She told me she'd take helpers to setup and that I shouldn't worry about a thing that day. Every single text, email, and call I gave her came with a positive response and/or solution. She is an expert in putting you at ease and following through! Her and her helpers, Rebecca and Briana did an amazing job. From arriving early to what was over a two hour drive for them, to setting up and making sure that everything was perfect the moment my guests arrived. Christina is the most professional coordinator I have ever met, and I would like to add I have worked in events with multiple coordinators for over 10 years. Also, considering that I did not contract her for booking my vendors, she made sure the month of the wedding that she had all their contact information and was able to direct each of them to make sure delivery was on time and ready to go for my event. The only thing I regret, is not having booked her for the entire service from beginning to end wedding planning coordination, to everything else that is offered including florals (she's an amazing floral artist too)!
