Mrs. Jennifer and Ms. Rachel took such good care of my husband and I! They gave us amazing recommendations, tips, and advice on wedding planning! They took so much off of our plate and the reception was a breeze. We were so pleased!
Jennifer from the Petroleum Club was an amazing help! We even got a "to-go" box of our favorite food items from out reception buffet so we could enjoy the food after we left. The banquet room had plenty of room for the bar, 8 large round tables, a 9-piece band, and a separate area for the buffet and perimeter seating. The view was wonderful, overlooking the Shreveport Downtown at sunset. Our wedding cake was showcased directly under a crystal chandelier, the food was delicious (all the guests raved about the selection and quality!), and we have almost NO complaints! The price is rather high, but the stress levels of my parents, my husband, and I were very low because of the extra work this venue puts into their receptions. I would not have had it anywhere else! What you pay in money, you get back ten-fold in sanity!!!

Occupying the top two floors of the Mid-South Towers, The Petroleum Club of Shreveport is the city's largest downtown club. We can accommodate as many as 200 for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, 300 for seminars, and 500 for cocktail receptions! With unique, elegant rooms, critically acclaimed cuisine, and impeccable service, a Petroleum Club party is the most fitting way to celebrate your wedding, whether it be the Rehearsal Dinner or Wedding Reception. Each room is stylishly appointed with an atmosphere of comfortable elegance. Members take pride in the many views of Shreveport-Bossier from the club. The Mixed Grill is a wonderful place to watch the sun set over Cross Lake, while the Main Dining Room and banquet rooms provide an interesting panorama of downtown.
