Opened in the Summer of 2018, The Pheasant was the dream of owners Adam & Erica Dunn. Four years after Adam co-founded a successful seafood business in Brooklyn, Adam & Erica had grown tired of City life, dreaming of ways to relocate full time to Cape Cod. Adam and Erica were married in the Fall of 2014 at the Cape Cod Museum of Art. At The Pheasant, the focus is on sustainable locally-sourced dining and gracious but approachable hospitality. Our Chef sources the best of local and seasonal ingredients to create dynamic and bold flavors and made-from-scratch menus. We are committed to using only sustainably fished and farmed products and all of the seafood on our menu is wild caught, seasonal, and landed in local New England waters.
