The Pheasant

a year later during our anniversary weekend trip. The owners, Erica and Adam, have done an incredible job with this quaint, farm to table restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious, you can definitely taste the difference, the quality is exceptional! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and again, the owners are fabulous. My husband and I plan to go back every year when on the Cape!

We provided some general guidelines and they crafted a beautiful menu and custom cocktails for both events, thoughtfully accommodating vegetarians/vegans. They even created a beautiful tented outdoor space to create more room for our welcome party and allow guests to enjoy the nice late summer weather. The whole process was stress free and the restaurant coordinated directly with my wedding planner for many of the details including florists, etc. Couldn't recommend the Pheasant more enthusiastically for hosting an event in Dennis!

eyond cozy and the smell of firewood is always lingering. They did a beautiful job renovating the space, but also preserving the original flooring and wooden beams. We immediately made a reservation for dinner for the two of us, and since that day their food has impressed me more and more each time. We also had valentines dinner there and we paid for the optional wine tasting that went along with each course. Our rehearsal dinner was in their “flower room” where there’s barn doors that close for privacy, and huge window windows that give you a view of their garden. Prior to the rehearsal, Erica, Adam, Chef Toby and their restaurant manager sat down with us to go over the menu selections and also helped us with wine pairing for our selections. The week of the rehearsal, we were able to drop off our flower arrangements for the tables and the few other details I wanted to be included. They printed up their menus customized to our names, and we had purchased their hot sauce as gifts to each of our guests (highly recommend the hot sauce, it comes on the side of the oysters as well). The table was beautifully set up, I couldn’t have pictured it better. The entire dinner went smoothly, the staff is always attentive, and the meal was incredible. I highly recommend the pheasant for any occasion.
