Emily does such an amazing job working with you that it doesn’t even feel like you’re posing. She makes it feel so comfortable, as if you’re just having conversations together. There was never a time that my husband or myself know uncomfortable or awkward while working in front of the camera. As for the floral, they were absolutely stunning. Emily did an amazing job matching the floral color to our wedding theme. Everything blended so beautifully together and the flowers were just an amazing touch. She also created pieces that we can use in both the ceremony and reception which made everything flow so nicely. Overall my husband and myself were extremely pleased with everything!

Wow- where can I start? Emily at The Photo and Flower Girl is phenomenal. Our wedding morning was the first time we met her as we opted out of engagement photos and let me tell you, it immediately felt like she was an old friend. She was extremely organized, timely, knowledgeable and patient! I am not very comfortable in front of a camera but she was so encouraging, positive, and fun that it flew by. She gave us our sneak peek super early and our full wedding album was absolutely stunning. We could not be happier with our choice in Emily and are so happy she was part of our big day.

Emily is an amazing professional photographer! She was highly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. We felt comfortable sharing our vision and confident she understood our style. Her knowledge and talent on site was outstanding, as we encountered some rain, and she was able to capture both lovely umbrella pictures and keep my spirits up. We just received our final album (weeks ahead of schedule!!), and the end results are truly spectacular.

Emily was so great! I knew right away after talking to her that I wanted to book her, she was so helpful and friendly. I had a small courthouse wedding with a mini-reception with only about 12 people, and she was able to capture all of it with beautiful photographs. We also only planned it about a month before the actual event, and even with the short time line, she was so helpful and accommodating. It could have been weird having an extra person with so small a wedding, but she fit in great and was a pleasure to talk to (when she wasn't busy capturing everything). I didn't entirely know what I wanted in terms of pictures, but she had great ideas and all the pictures turned out so well. I would definitely recommend her, she was so friendly, professional, and, of course, took amazing photos.

Emily was a joy to work with! She was always pleasant and helpful. She helped me dial in my day of timeline to make sure we had enough time for photos. The photos came out gorgeous. Even family formals she was able to make fun and get more candid shots. She also did our flowers. She really understood my vision and created unique arrangements. You’ll see – as soon as you chat with her on the phone, you’ll see how quickly she puts you at ease, makes you laugh, and brings such a positive energy. This was even more clear when we met Emily for engagement photos and on our big day! Everyone – our parents, guests, wedding party – LOVED having her take their photos and went out of their way to share their compliments about her demeanor – and the photos showed it across multiple candid shots of laughter, joy, and love throughout our wedding. On top of being fun, kind, professional, prompt, and the type of person who could put anyone at ease on their big day, she is incredibly talented – her photos speak for themselves. She captured exactly what my daughter, the bride, had envisioned for her special day!!! All the guests commented on how beautiful the bridal party bouquets were as well as the table arrangements and other accent pieces. The flowers arrived promptly as scheduled and were placed beautifully, I definitely would recommend!!

Emily is AMAZING! Our flowers were SPECTACULAR and she is an INCREDIBLE photographer. She has been the most professional person we have worked with. Our engagement photos turned out spectacularly and we had many many people at our wedding say Emily added to the good vibes and made the wedding so much more fun. Hire her!

We're a family of strong opinions and Emily handled it all with so much grace. She was calm and collected when everything else was a frenzy. She was great with giving us directions on posing (not all photographers are!), and the photos turned out beautiful. If I could have done anything differently, I might have used her for flowers as well.

Emily was absolutely amazing to work with! My now husband and I had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19. We decided to elope just the two of us, and hired Emily to capture our "ceremony". She did an absolutely AWESOME job and I am in LOVE with how the pictures turned out. It was not the smoothest of events (the night before, we realized a giant protest was going to take over our original wedding venue), but Emily helped us work out all the kinks, find a new venue, and it all turned out beautiful in the end. She did my flowers too!! I can not sing her praises enough and could not recommend her more!

For some people, finding the right photographer is the first thing on their to-do list. That was definitely the case for me since I can be rather picky about my photos. Emily was accommodating, great at communicating, and super prepared for any situation! I instantly gravitated toward her style and aesthetic. She was also helpful in preparing family portraits after our ceremony, which I later printed and framed to give away as gifts. During our first dance, Emily captured so many amazing moments even with a low lighting situation. I also hired her for flowers and having one person do both was one less thing to worry about. I highly recommend Emily for your next event or wedding!

Looking for a photographer for your special day can be stressful! But when I found Emily's site and saw her photos I was so excited. After reaching out we scheduled a Skype call where she got to know me and my husband. The conversation was really casual and I loved that because it made us feel comfortable which was something important for me since taking pics can be awkward. Day of the wedding was one I'll never forget, not only because it was our wedding day but because it was probably the hottest day ever!!!! I thought oh no i'm going to look horrible and sweaty in these but when I saw the pictures...WOW!!! You never would've thought it was as hot as it was! She she sends you a "preview" pic and it just gets you so excited to see the full gallery. Emily doesn't make her presence at your wedding a full production, she's part of the fun and will even join you all on the dance floor! If you're looking for someone who will make you feel comfortable, have fun and deliver beautiful photos, she's it! :)

If you are looking for the perfect photographer, look no further! We had the pleasure of working with Emily for both our Engagement photos and our Wedding. I had never had professional photos done until my Engagement photos and Emily could not have made it any easier. She is very responsive with inquiries and very flexible with her time. She really listened to what we were looking for and what we were comfortable with. She got my Husband and I to open up and have fun with our photos and I couldn’t be more pleased with how they turned out! We also got our Wedding flowers through Emily, and boy were they amazing! She is very creative and they made for the perfect background when we said “I do”. I cannot recommend her enough!

Emily was the photographer at my husband's and my wedding this time last year, and we absolutely LOVED her. She made us feel comfortable while taking photos, not awkward and posed, and the photos came out amazing. Working with Emily was amazing! She made us feel so comfortable in the days leading up to the wedding and the day of. She worked with us before hand to find places we loved to get pictures taken! She also did my bouquet, all of my bridesmaids flowers and the boutonniere's for my husband and his groomsmen and they were BEAUTIFUL! My fiancé and I loved working with Emily for our engagement photos! She kept us laughing the entire time, which led to some awesome pictures. Emily has a lot of energy and made us feel super comfortable from the first email to the end of our photoshoot. She listened to our input and let us try different poses, giving us direction the entire time. She had the final photos to us extremely quickly for use in our save the date cards. They are romantic, but also really captured the essence of our goofy relationship.

Emily was incredible. We felt so comfortable doing our photos. We did a first look and we were never told to hold still or pose. We were always moving and interacting which made us open up. She made us laugh and feel as though we'd known her for years. Our wedding was really unique and she didn't miss a beat capturing it. Plus her flowers were spot on for the vision I had.

The pictures turned out GORGEOUS! and they were everything I had hoped for. Emily was an amazing photographer for our December wedding and captured our day beautifully. We chatted a couple of times before the big day to make sure we were all on the same page. By establishing a rapport early in the planning process, it didn’t feel like I was working with a complete stranger. Emily is warm, friendly, professional, and talented. I felt very comfortable with her. She was great with the kids in our wedding party, and overall, she was a great photographer. Our pictures were completed super fast within about six to seven weeks at competitive, affordable prices. We continue to enjoy our beautiful memories!

Emily did a FANTASTIC job with our wedding flowers! The bouquets were arranged beautifully and the flowers were fresh and vibrant on our wedding day. Emily is good at what she does and was very helpful throughout the entire process. If you need flowers for your wedding, Emily is the only person you should have on your list!

Emily was very sweet and made me feel so comfortable in the photos (knowing me I'm awkward) so that worked out great! She was patient, and did not rush. she actually seemed happy to be there. We only used the flowers portion but she did an amazing job putting together an arrangement of the flowers that my daughter loves (sunflowers and daisies). Then she made sure that all of the flowers were properly arranged and handed out to all of those that were to receive them. I definitely recommend her!

My husband and I got to do a bridal shoot with Emily, and she is amazing! She paid close attention to details and made sure everything (including the wind in my hair) was absolutely perfect!
