When we finally went to the wedding site, there were no staff to assist with seating or — more importantly — to WIPE OFF THE WET BENCHES so people wouldn’t get their formal wear soaked. After the ceremony, everyone went to the building for cocktails and snacks. Not only was the area too small for the number of guests, but there were only a couple of tiny tables where people could put down their drinks so they could eat. Finally, soon after having dinner in the banquet room, our table and a couple of others were told by staff that our tables would be broken down to make room for the dance floor. When I asked a staff member where we were supposed to eat our dessert, she replied curtly that we could find empty seats at other tables! I don’t know how much money this event cost the families of the bride and groom, but I don’t think their guests got what was paid for.

Planning with Wedgewood Weddings has been such a great experience so far! Liv and the rest of the team have been so organized and on top of everything, it really has made the planning experience less stressful and more enjoyable for me and my partner. The venue is beautiful, the food tasting was delicious, and the vendors they work with have all been professional and great to work with. We're excited to have our wedding here!

We had a wonderful experience using The Pines as our August 2024 wedding venue. The team of expert planners made were a great resource throughout the planning process, and were extremely helpful and responsive. We appreciated the multiple planning calls and visits to the venue, as it helped keep us on track and helped us narrow in on our vision with the in-person visits. Our day-of coordinator Ashley was wonderful; she kept everything on-time and running smoothly which allowed us to enjoy our wedding even more. The venue itself is beautiful; we used the Aspen terrace and upper reception site, and were extremely satisfied with both. Decor can even be kept quite minimal thanks to the natural beauty, and the high quality of Wedgewood's facility (tables, chairs, linens, etc.). We were impressed with the food at our buffet, and the drinks packages were reasonable and very customizable. One of the great parts of working with Wedgewood are all the little things they have available and do; from table centerpieces and signage to champagne in the bridal suite, they really aim to make wedding planning easy and make the couple feel taken care of. We are very glad we chose The Pines as our venue and would recommend it to anyone else!

We had a really wonderful experience at The Pines throughout the whole planning process. They were communicative, professional and flexible to our requests. We got to come in several times throughout planning which helped to really envision what the big day would look like and how we could personalize it to us. Liv was our day of coordinator and she was amazing. She took care of everything and allowed us to just focus on enjoying our day with friends and family. Other shoutouts to Claire, Desmond, Ray and the rest of the team. They were amazing and really gracious to the bride/groom and my whole family. They made everything stress free so we could just worry about the special moments, which is what really mattered most to us. The Makery and Juniper and Honey were also amazing, communicative and really helped to bring our vision to life. Would definitely recommend this venue to couples who want to work with experienced and professional vendors that take a lot of stress out of the planning process. We're really grateful to all of them for making our day as fun and wonderful as it was.

The Pines by Wedgewood Weddings hosted our wedding on 8/01/2024. Our day was a dream come true! We wanted a mountain venue, and The Pines was a perfect choice. Both outdoors and indoors are absolutely stunning. We loved having an outdoor ceremony in the forest and an indoor/outdoor reception with the patio during August. As for their team - I can't recommend them enough. The entire year of planning and the wedding day were flawless. They thought of details that never would have entered my mind and were absolutely on point with communication. I truly never had to stress over anything and was completely free to party and interact with our guests on our wedding day. Cristen was a fabulous day of coordinator. We were also working with a limited budget, and Cristen and the team were happy to lay out all of our options and help us make it work. Booking our wedding through The Pines at Wedgewood Weddings was worth every penny. I highly recommend this venue and team! We thank you for the perfect wedding!

Working with the Pines staff to make my dream wedding come true was so easy and fun. They were super helpful and made everything run so smoothly. Cristen and Claire, our wedding day coordinators were so helpful and awesome to work with. I also highly recommend getting Darrian as your bartender. He is so much fun and always checks in on you for refills. The Pines is a beautiful venue with a ton of options to make any brides day perfect.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at The Pines by Wedgewood Weddings! All of the planning and event staff are very inclusive, kind and knowledgeable. Sara Trupiano and Cristen Altice are especially excellent planners and coordinators. The planning experts make the entire planning process so easy and straightforward. We felt as if they did all of the heavy lifting for us and they were checking in on us frequently to make sure we were doing OK. The venue itself is stunning. There are two options for beautiful and scenic ceremony spaces and reception areas, or you can rent out the entire place if that's something you're able to do! The pricing is very reasonable in comparison to other places we had toured. It's also VERY flexible. Wedgewood Weddings allows you to include any outside vendors of your choice, or you can do everything through them and their third party vendors if you so choose! It really feels like there are endless options. What's even better is that you do not have to pay everything all at once! Wedgewood weddings works with you on a payment schedule and most (if not all) of your wedding day decisions are not set in stone until 10 days before wedding day. The only thing I would advise anyone to do is to ensure that you thoroughly review your final payment details and keep/file ALL receipts and emails. We had caught that they had double charged us for something and once we had pointed that out to them, they were very apologetic and kind, and addressed the issue and corrected it almost immediately. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding venue. It's definitely worth a visit, whether you're looking for something budget friendly, or even something fancy and over the top if that floats your boat!

The Pines is a picture perfect venue. Their all-inclusive packages make the planning process affordable and manageable, and their vegan dinner options were tasty and well-received. Our banquet captain, Ashley, went above and beyond to make our evening special. She is a real gem! Our bartender, Darrian, was so attentive and absolutely fabulous. We loved every aspect of our time planning with Sara and working with our DJ, Wes. Highly recommended!

We had our wedding at The Pines last weekend and it was a magical experience. We were lucky that it snowed the day before our wedding, which made the ceremony site and surrounding area absolutely gorgeous. The entire planning and day-of-event group was very organized and everything seemed to run perfectly. Wedgewood has fantastic vendors that they partner with/recommend and the location made it very easy for out of town guests to get to. Most people stress about the planning of their weddings and I can't imagine using someone other than Wedgewood. One perk of using them is that you don't have to hire an outside coordinator or planner, which we thought was amazing. We wanted to give a special shoutout to Cristen (event expert), Sara (event planner), Claire (day-of operations), and Darrian (event bartender) for their service, kindness, attention to detail, and execution. In hindsight, the only thing my wife said that she would change would be to invest in ambiance lighting for reception room. There are a couple of add-ons that I felt should have just come with the standard package and not with an additional fee, such as the elite chairs, but Wedgewood is more cost-effective than most wedding options so it is hard to complain. One recommendation that I would give would be to go to one of their food-tasting events before your wedding. We almost completely switched our menu for the event and ended up being very satisfied with our selections. All things considered, our guests had a wonderful time and this is the third wedding with Wedgewood that our family has had, so we recommend them 100%.

When I proposed to my fiancée, I knew that planning the wedding would be a massive task. I have been involved in several weddings before, so I knew how involved it could be. Wedgewood Weddings at the Pines not only has an amazing venue in Colorado but has several other features that made wedding planning a breeze. The first thing that we saw was the venue. The unique location, right in the mountains outside of Golden, checked off all the aesthetics that we wanted – surrounded by nature and pine trees, an experience of the Rockies (and of course a ride that isn’t too far away from civilization). The venue itself is great. We had an opportunity to visit it beforehand and it has a nice floorplan with large windows and a balcony that overlooks nature. We love the Colorado mountain atmosphere, and this place has all of it. The outdoor ceremony location is amazing, so we are bummed we didn’t get to have an outdoor wedding! The second great thing about Wedgewood was the staff (Sara and Audrey helped us with our wedding). They were extremely responsive and flexible. They were transparent throughout the whole planning process, followed through with anything we asked, and answered all our questions. They made sure to periodically check in and keep track of the whole wedding process. Because they were so experienced, this took a ton of stress off me and my fiancée. The third great thing about Wedgewood is the flexibility of customization as well as the features included. Looking into other venues, things are often not included in the venue (i.e. food catering, the cake, florals, invitations, drinks, DJ services, officiant, etc.) which means you will have to go find and organize them yourself. The fact that the pricing is competitive with other places, but you have so many of these things included, was more than worth it. They gave us a wedding binder which easily explains all the aspects of the wedding and keeps it organized. In terms of customization, we were able to add or remove specific things that we did or didn’t want. For example, accent lightings are a part of the elite package, but we only had the premium. They allowed us to include these in our wedding despite not having the deluxe package. We were also able to remove a few things as well that we didn’t want. Don’t even get me started with how easy it was coordinating florals, cakes, or the photographer either! I am very grateful that a lot of the nitty gritty was taken care of so we could focus on other aspects of the wedding without stress. I’m writing this a few months before my wedding and the process up until now has been smooth and enjoyable. I cannot wait until we actually get married at Wedgewood at the Pines in a few months!

I booked this venue when it was still The Pines at Genesee and not owned by Wedgewood Weddings and Events. The transition between the two happened prior to my wedding and was a bit chaotic and confusing at times but everyone helped answer all my questions during the transition. We ended up with Audrey as our coordinator and she was amazing! She was on top of everything from the moment of assignment to day-of. She ran our timeline amazingly and helped so much when we found out that our main photographer didn’t show up and we had a backup coming in later. Her help and guidance on the day was really a stress reliever and everything ran so smoothly. The venue is beautiful, and I am so glad we chose to have my wedding here. The food was also absolutely amazing! We had breakfast and people are still raving about the waffles!

We got married at The Pines last month and it was everything we could have hoped for. We toured the place last year and knew right away it was the right choice for us. The venue is absolutely beautiful. Stephanie, our coordinator, was super transparent and gave us a ton of detail up front about the pricing. She was fantastic through the whole planning process with promptly answering any questions we had. On the day of, she was so professional and made sure things ran perfectly. Seriously couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. I also want to give a a shout out to the other onsite staff on the wedding day - everyone was unbelievably nice and made sure the event went off without a hitch. This place really knows what they're doing. Full disclosure, we booked the venue prior to the transition in management from The Pines at Genesee to The Pines by Wedgewood Weddings that took place Aug 1, 2023. When we booked, the prior management team did not have a liquor license so our contract stated that we would supply the alcohol. This was actually a huge selling point for us due to money saving. Initially it was hugely disappointing to find out that we'd have to choose a bar package through Wedgewood due to them getting a liquor license because it was going to cost us a lot more. However, I'm rating 5 stars because Connor, the Wedgewood General Manager, was very understanding and worked with us on the pricing. They ended up cutting us a significant deal. I understand this probably won't be the same experience for others going forward, but it says a lot about their integrity as a company!

Our wedding was everything we had hoped for! We selected The Pines for our venue because of how beautiful the venue is. The outdoor ceremony spaces are so pretty that we didn't use any decor, and left it as is. We used the upper/Evergreen terrace. The same can be said for the indoor reception spaces, and we used the lower level. We rented the venue's centerpieces which were these beautiful, rustic lanterns with greenery. This made things so much easier vs paying for floral arrangements or doing something ourselves. The rustic look of the space is complimented by newer beautiful wooden tables and chairs that don't need tablecloths. Everyone we worked with at the venue was amazing! Our coordinator Ashley Shade was awesome every single step of the way and made things SO easy for us. When the venue changed ownership from The Pines at Genesee and became The Pines by Wedgewood, both Ashley and the Wedgewood reps contacted us and put our minds at ease. The Wedgewood rep scheduled a Zoom call with us right away and addressed any concerns we had. Everything stayed exactly the same with respect to our wedding, with the added bonus of new ownership obtaining a liquor license, so we would no longer have to provide our own alcohol, which was fantastic. When our coordinator Ashley left the venue about a month prior to our wedding, the new general manager, Connor Swanson took over and coordinated on the day along with Stephanie. They were both amazing on the day of our wedding, so friendly, and took care of every little thing - things I wouldn't have even thought of. Our wedding went off without a hitch and was beautiful. All catering staff were super friendly as well. At the end of the night the venue staff even brought our bags out to our car, packed some of our wedding cake up for us, and even surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine. I can't say a single negative or constructive thing about the venue and staff. Everything was wonderful, and it made for such a special day for us.

This Venue was so great and Allison was extremely helpful. The venue was bought out by Wedgewood a couple months before our wedding but the transition was so smooth we didn’t notice. The only hiccup was they were messing with the sound system the day of our event which caused a lot of problems for the DJ, including being unable to take any requests. Otherwise a beautiful venue, amazing food, and very good planning help overall.

My husband and I had our wedding in early August at The Pines. This venue is a fantastic balance of Rocky Mountain foothills with easy accessibility from Denver (15 minute uber ride from Golden). We selected it for the forested outdoor ceremony space, spacious and modern indoor reception space, location, and relative value. All of these elements were great. Furthermore, we loved Allyson as our coordinator. Downsides, albeit minor, of this venue were the limited food tasting options, food quality, limited options in alcohol through Wedgewood, and some rigidity in the day-of timeline. Overall, we had a beautiful, well-executed wedding and this venue played a big part - we would recommend it to a friend. Note: the Pines changed management on Aug 1, 2023 from The Pines at Genesee to The Pines by Wedgewood Weddings. As a result, our experience was a combination of the two management structures.

My husband and I wanted our wedding to be in the mountains, but also close enough to the airport for out-of-state guests. This location was not only perfect for its location to the airport, but also full filled our needs and wants. Lauren was our coordinator throughout the process and for the day of our wedding. She was always responsive to our questions and had a great attitude. She was very flexible and communicated well throughout our wedding day. I never felt left in the dark, but also not overwhelmed with too much information. We were thrilled to have her! We chose the Bistro Buffet and the food was excellent. The staff even made sure we had a plate and time to enjoy the meal. During the wedding planning, I found out that the venue, the Pines, is also well-known around Golden with lots of our vendors already working frequently with them and speaking highly of the location and staff. Overall, the Pines made our wedding day perfect and I am so grateful we chose them for our special day!

This venue was absolutely gorgeous and the staff just made it that much better. Everyone was amazing I don't think there was a moment my glass was empty and the servers brought my husband and I food exactly when we needed it. The coordinator we worked with was Stephanie and she was just simply amazing and helped me plan all of those details you didn't know you needed to plan. The evening was just perfect there's no other way to describe it.

I can’t say enough good things about The Pines at Genesee!! We got married this past Spring and despite a huge snow storm only 4 days before the wedding we were able to have our ceremony outside on the Evergreen Terrace! This was possible due to the amazing staff working diligently to clear the snow! Stephanie was so wonderful to work with!! She was kind, professional and extremely patient! She went above and beyond for us!! The venue itself is so beautiful and affordable. I had a tight budget to work with and they were great at staying within it! The food was super delicious!! I had several guests tell me that the food was the best they have had at a wedding! I would highly recommend you call and reserve your wedding date with The Pines at Genesee!! I highly recommend The Pines at Genessee for your wedding! It's a lovely venue conveniently located near Denver, and the prices are reasonable with lots of flexibility to spend in some areas and save in others. The food was absolutely delicious, even when served to a large crowd! But the most outstanding feature is the staff - from Stephanie the coordinator who is top-notch, to the servers and bartenders, every single person went above and beyond to make my daughter's wedding lovely! The Pines was such a lovely venue and the service we experienced was excellent. The views were STUNNING, the food was delicious, and the staff members were very kind and accommodating. It was truly our dream wedding and I could not have asked for a better experience. The close proximity to Denver makes it easy for guests flying in from out of state to travel to the venue while still maintaining a magical mountain/forest vibe. The only downside we experienced was the tight timeline and feeling rushed to set everything up (you can only arrive at the venue 1.5 hrs before the ceremony begins). Thank you to everyone at the Pines who made our day so beautiful and special!

My wife (still getting used to that) and I got married at the Pines at Genesee on June 17, 2023. We held our outdoor ceremony on their upper terrace and our reception was held on the upstairs level of the venue. I was honestly split on which of their 2 outdoor ceremony spots to use and it was a tough call between the upstairs and downstairs reception location. You can't go wrong either way. Even though another wedding took place that overlapped with ours (they started 90 minutes later), I totally forgot anyone but our guests were on the property and we never saw them. We were lucky with exceptionally beautiful weather, but the rest of the day we can thank the staff at the Pines. In the venue price, a Day-of-Coordinator is provided and Lauren did an AMAZING job for us. In the months leading up to our day, she made sure all of the details were locked in place and that we kept on track with our responsibilities. On the day of the wedding, Lauren made it so easy for us by taking care of both the large and small details (down to bringing us our food and knowing what we wanted from the bar so we could spend more time with each other or with guests). Everyone told us how the entire staff was pleasant and on top of the meal service and bar orders. That attention to detail meant that me and my better half simple got to enjoy our day! Some additional details you may find useful if considering the Pines: - We opted to add an extra hour to our reception time and that was well worth it as people kept dancing until the end. It was $500 extra for that hour and that was in line or better than most other places. - the food here is top notch! Even if we did not choose this venue, we were planning to use them as a caterer elsewhere. Don't miss the pistachio bread, random I know, but AMAZING! - There is not a ton of options for uber/lyft when leaving the venue as the location is a little bit outside the main town. We used a shuttle service with 15 passenger vans and it worked out great since we also had an open bar and then a late night after party in downtown Golden. - If you are doing a first look, there are some great parks and other locations nearby. We used an area with a bridge over running water, surrounded by a bit of forest at Keys on the Green. Thank you so much to The Pines and to all the staff and especially to Lauren for helping with our amazing day!

Working with the Pines Catering was such a great experience. They were on top of everything, helped out with tasks that I didn’t expect the would and the food was awesome! I keep telling everyone that we hired the right people for our wedding and it made such a difference. 100% would recommend and it was affordable on top of the great service/organization. They went over and above on every step of the way. Very happy we chose them 😊

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Pines. Our day of coordinator Stephanie was amazing. She calmed my nerves when I cried about the rain and brought me a cocktail. I don’t know what I would have done without her! She even saved me when my sister/bridesmaid couldn’t remember how to do my bustle. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. Our food was delicious and our guests agreed. We found the prices very reasonable when compared to other venues we toured. I highly recommend this venue!

My Husband and I got married at the pines in May. It was honestly the first venue we looked at and after touring the facility we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. We had our ceremony on the upper terrace and our reception on the upper level inside. The venue location was great and made for a beautiful background during the ceremony and reception. The service leading up to our wedding, and on our wedding day was incredible. Lauren was our coordinator, she was easy to get a hold of, and was absolutely amazing at making sure our day ran smoothly. I literally had to worry about nothing the day of, she took care of everything. We got so many compliments from our guests on how great the food and service was. All of the staff working were friendly and extremely attentive to us and our guests.

My Husband and I just got married at the Pines and it was an absolute dream! I cannot express just how magical of a day it was with their help. From the beautiful ceremony space to the delicious food everything was fantastic. I worked with Lauren and Jackie on the day of and they were so incredibly nice and made us feel like a big family! I would recommend the Pines to anyone who is looking for a great atmosphere, a wonderful team, and a fantastic dinner/lunch etc. (also if you are thinking about doing breakfast for dinner DO IT!) And not to mention we had deer and elk visit us after the ceremony!

This venue is absolutely incredible. My favourite thing about it was the customer service. Lauren, our day of coordinator, went above and beyond. I am a naturally anxious person and she helped me stay calm by ensuring everything ran smoothly. Even on the day of the wedding, she helped resolved minor issues caused by my forgetfulness. The bar and servers were also excellent. Our guests reported the food was delicious, especially the salmon and vegetarian ravioli. The kitchen was extremely accommodating to guests with highly restrictive dietary needs. We also saved so much money and had a good selection of alcohol because they allow you to buy your own from a liquor store. In fact, everything was very reasonably priced and customizable. They also provided a list of preferred vendors which made planning easier. The final thing I loved about this venue was the views. It's close enough to be easily accessible from Denver and Golden but provides lovely mountain vistas without high altitude. Both ceremony sites are also gorgeous. This was the perfect venue for the perfect day. Thank you to all of the staff!

Picking a venue is no small choice, and we are BEYOND HAPPY that we picked The Pines. Everyone was so kind to us throughout the entire process. Our coordinator worked with us remotely for our first few meetings as we don't live near the venue. When we arrived in person, it was like we'd been talking in person the entire time. The Pines is also a really inclusive venue. The catering is handled in-house, which makes things super easy. And the food was really good. We picked the fajitas buffet, which was perfect as we had so many folks who needed dietary accommodations. With the buffet, everyone could pick what they needed and it fit vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut and dairy allergies. The kitchen was also super accommodating of any other allergies as well. We also loved that the venue has partnerships with a lot of other vendors. Our photographer, baker, and DJ were all recommended by the venue. Because they have a partnership, we were able to get great deals with our other vendors, making it more affordable than if we hired them separately. They also allow bringing in your own alcohol, and the servers are included in the cost of catering. We also just loved the ceremony and reception spaces. The ceremony spaces are so beautiful, with the trees and string lights. The reception space is large and can fit a lot of people. Even though the venue runs two weddings every day, you would never even notice the other group. It also really helps to cut down costs, which was perfect for a gorgeous venue.

The pines KILLED it for our wedding. Lauren was our coordinator and she was calm, cool, and collected while being diplomatic. She responded to my emails promptly and was easy to reach. An absolute pleasure to work with and I (the bride) trusted her fully and felt calm on the day-of our wedding to make sure everything was organized and vendors were present and set-up. The Pines Catering made the BEST food for our wedding - everyone was talking about how delicious it was. One of my guests was vegan, and the chef made a special meal for her. She said it was the best vegan meal she has ever had at a wedding... and she was a wedding coordinator for 4 years! I also can not say enough positive things about the bar staff. They set everything up beautifully and all my guests were raving about how fun and friendly they were. I wish I knew their names so I could give them a shout out! The venue itself is gorgeous. We had to bring in minimal decorations because both the ceremony terrace and the reception spaces are both beautiful. It's right off of I-70 which was awesome for all of our out-of-town guests, and still has a mountain feel without the drive or price tag. The staff overall was great too - incredibly helpful and communicative! Of all of the venues in the front range, we could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. It was the perfect space to celebrate with our people and we wish we could live it allll over again.

My husband and I are so grateful we chose to have our wedding at The Pines. The staff, especially our venue coordinator Ashley, we’re nothing short of amazing. They had great communication and helped our wedding day go off perfectly! Their catering is delicious and our lead caterer Jackie was very accommodating of the many allergies and food restrictions some of our guests had. If you’re looking for a gorgeous venue with a mountain atmosphere and the convenience of being close to the city, The Pines is your choice!

I wish I could give The Pines at Genesee more than 5 stars!! My daughter's wedding ceremony and reception was absolutely perfect!! Lauren from The Piners of Genesee was such a wonderful on site coordinator. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and checked with us throughout the night to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The food was outstanding! And every member of the staff, the servers and the bartenders, could not of been nicer. We so highly recommend!!

I cannot begin to express how amazing this wedding venue is. From the ambiance of the ceremony to the friendliness of the staff to the ideal location. Having our wedding at the Pines was everything my wife and I had dreamed of and so much more! My wife and I are from MN and we always dreamed of getting married in the mountains. We found the Pines via the knot and are so glad we did. From the moment we picked our date all the way to the end of our wedding day, the Pines made everything seamless as possible. We worked with Ashley and Lauren throughout our planning process and they were wonderful. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful. The absolute best part is the location and the views it provides. We got married on the Evergreen Terrace and it was so beautiful. We had guests coming up to us afterwards saying that it was the most gorgeous wedding they've ever been a part of. There was another wedding that was two hours before ours, but as most people have commented, we never even noticed them. The food options are great and having the ability to provide your own alcohol provided a significant savings for us. I would HIGHLY recommend the Pines at Genesee to any couple looking to get married in the mountains of Colorado!

If you're looking for a beautiful venue, great staff, and lovely wedding day I highly recommend looking into the Pines. From the moment we did our tour of the venue to the time I left on my wedding day, the Pines staff made this process easy and enjoyable. The Pines isn't just beautiful but they offer a lot of choices and have a list of vendors that come highly recommended. They have two ceremony sites outside, two reception halls in the building, and different wedding packages to help keep cost affective. My husband and I decided to do the Evergreen Terrance and the down stairs reception hall. We were nervous since there was a wedding the same day as ours (started 2 hours after ours) and I wasn't sure if that would affect our day. I'm happy to say that it didn't. We barely noticed the other group and didn't hear them above us in the upstairs reception hall. With the wedding packages they combine choices of photography, dessert, up lighting, DJ, and photo booth if you want it. The vendors we chose from their list all did an amazing job, were very professional and responded to inquiries in a timely manner. Ashley who was our day of coordinator was amazing! She made sure I knew what was going on and where I needed to be. She also made sure my husband and I were able to eat on our wedding day! She, along with one of my friends, made sure the day ran smoothly and that I had nothing to worry about. I have heard horror stories about other peoples weddings but this venue and their recommended vendors honestly made my wedding day perfect and I couldn't have asked for more.

I got to have my dream wedding at the Pines! I would describe the Pines as a beautiful, mountain elegant venue that you do not have to drive too far down I-70 to access. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help in any way needed. Their in-house catering menu has something for everyone, and the food itself is delicious. In fact, several of our wedding guests shared that the food was the best out of any wedding they had attended. Plus, both of the ceremony sites are wooded and lovely, and the venue's surrounding views make for dramatic, outdoor photos. I am so glad that I found the Pines for my wedding. We just got married here, and it was an exceptional experience. Cannot recommend the facility, and the people who work here, enough. Lauren walked us through the whole process and was just amazing the whole time. If you’re getting married or having an event in west Denver/Golden, I highly recommend the Pines.

Professional, efficient, welcoming, and amazing at what they do, are just a few ways we would describe the staff at the Pines. We had a difficult time at first looking for a venue and the Pines ended up being the perfect location for us. Vivian kept everything running smoothly and our wedding went off without a hitch! The Evergreen Terrace was the most beautiful location for our ceremony and the downstairs reception area was perfect for our crew of guests. The food is GREAT and they offer all the support needed during the planning process. We highly recommend.

The Pines were amazing. The staff was so organized and professional. The venue is beyond beautiful and so close to Denver and Golden. Can’t speak highly enough of the great day we had at the Pines.

What a beautiful venue. My niece was married here and it was truly magical. The service was friendly and seamless. The only recommendation would be ensuring the catering company has sterno instead of just placing hot food on tables. If you were a later table the food was cold. This may have been an outside vendor so still gave the location, inside and out a 10!

This venue did an amazing job with my wedding. It was beautiful, went off without a hitch and my planner Allyson, really made sure everything was taken care of so I could relax and enjoy myself!! So glad we had our wedding here!!!

Allyson is the perfect balance between on task administrator and warm wedding day feels which is a tough balancing act. She kept the time line moving and made sure the day was perfect. Bravo Pines staff for attention to detail meets great service and food.

My husband and I are still in shock of how magical this venue and the staff there are! Lauren was our day of coordinator and she handled every detail big and small with tireless energy and enthusiasm! We had a very packed agenda and she made everything seem so flawless and fluid and took so much stress off of us on our big day. The food was the best I’ve ever had at a wedding. We did the Mediterranean style dinner and I can’t recommend it enough!! It was filling but perfectly light enough to still be ready to dance the night away after. And the staff was so sweet and kind to us, like they didn’t see weddings everyday. They made us feel so special! I wanted an enchanted forest theme and we knew from the moment we toured that it was the venue for us. It’s just far enough into the mountains that you get that authentic Colorado vibe without the hassle of driving to deep into the mountains. 10/10 will ALWAYS recommend this venue to anyone that will listen!

I secretly looked this venue up a couple of months before my husband proposed, simply curious because we had been shopping for rings. The scenic photos alone drew me in and made it the first venue with which I scheduled a tour. Looking back, the scenery of the venue is one of the MANY reasons why I'm so thrilled that we chose to get married here! Firstly, anyone reading this review needs to understand how incredible Allyson was to work with. The Pines assigns you a "day-of coordinator" and we were lucky to fall into the extremely capable hands of Allyson. I can't imagine how stressful this whole process would have been without her-- seriously, during the entire planning process and wedding day, she was incredibly organized, concise, kind, no-fuss, and whatever adjective describes her having literally everything under control so that none of us had to worry at all. The venue itself was so beautiful. Our guests felt like they walked into a woodsy fairytale tucked in the Rockies. For a June wedding when it's quite warm in Denver, the temperature at the venue was so perfect since it is at 7,900ft elevation. Our photos were so beautiful-- we really had an awesome photographer-- but even photos taken on people's iPhones were beautiful because the location and setup were so pretty! From a logistical standpoint, The Pines was extremely affordable and reasonable for the excellence they provided. The food was absolutely frickin' delicious, the service and support were stupendous, and the location unmatched. Many of our guests were "flatlanders" from out of town so we were concerned about keeping the venue in a convenient location while still keeping the Colorado vibe that my husband and I moved here for, but The Pines was just that! It's an easy drive from any suburb in the Denver area, easy to get to right off of I-70 (and the views on the exit bridge over I-70, holy crap!), and a one-stop shop for a beautiful ceremony and fun reception. I've always dreamt of getting married among the trees, so for The Pines to provide that to people without sacrificing convenience makes the venue a step above the rest. If it isn't clear from the novel I've written above, I will forever be grateful for finding The Pines!
